Guidance from management
Management maintained its guidance for 2026 as a transition year, expecting improved performance in the second half driven by pricing and operational efficiencies. They anticipate generating over $300 million in free cash flow by 2027.
What management said
And Matt, these are costs that are due to the Iran war situation. So how that plays out going forward, it's anybody's guess, but that's what we see really essentially for the first quarter -- second quarter.
Daniel, let me talk about the $300 million. It wasn't sustainable with where the margins are in Europe and also in the other LatAm markets. So that was built into some of that when we think about the $300 -- achieving the $300 million of cash flow.
What analysts pressed on
Analysts expressed concerns regarding the operational reliability issues impacting earnings, particularly in Latin America and Europe. There were also questions about the effectiveness of the lean transformation amidst ongoing operational challenges and the potential for further tariff changes affecting profitability.
