Thank you, Manish. Dear shareholders, good morning. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Limited, it is my privilege to welcome you to the 48th Annual General Meeting of your company. I thank you all for your presence today. As our nation has celebrated 75 years of independence with the campaign Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. Alkem is entering into its Golden Jubilee year as we take the first stage towards our 50th year of excellence, it is a right moment for us to reminisce our glorious past and reignite our passion to further strengthen the legacy that was incorporated on 8th August 1973. On this occasion, I recall with gratitude the zeal of our Chairman Emeritus late Samprada Singh whose old vision and aspiration initiated the magnificent journey of Alkem. Let us embrace this golden year with our open arms and continue to work with determination to ensure further growth of Alkem in the years to come. Before we take up the agenda items in the notice of the meeting, let me briefly explain to you the performance of the company in general on account of the continuing COVID-19 impact and threat and considering the safety of our dear shareholders as also permitted by regulatory authorities, the executive for the consecutive third year, this general meeting is conducted on virtual mode, which also allowed wider participation of the shareholders across the country. The annual report for the financial year ending 31st March 2022, comprising the Board's report, the audited annual financials, the auditor's report and the management discussion and analysis report have been circulated to you, and I assume them to be read. The fiscal year began on a somber note with the loss of countless lives and a surge in COVID-19 infections in India. Sadly, some of our team members also succumbed to the deadly virus since the outbreak of COVID-19. On behalf of the Alkem Board, we offer our deepest condolences to the bereaved families. The fiscal year 2022 had been a year of multiple global economic and political challenges. The world GDP slumped from 5.7% in 2021 to 2.9% in 2022. The geopolitical problems have their own adverse impact on the Indian economy. The rising fuel prices leading to a spike in inflation and rising input costs, sliding Indian rupee against the major currencies of the world, supply chain bottlenecks, pricing pressure in the U.S. market amongst others, affected the working of your company. Against the backdrop of multiple challenges in the operating environment, I am pleased to share that the company reported healthy performance. We recorded revenue growth of 20% on a year-on-year basis. Our EBITDA margin stood at 19.3% while net profit growth has stood at 3.8%. We continue to maintain a disciplined approach to our cash flow, adding INR 4 billion of net cash to end the year resulting in a net cash balance of INR 9.7 billion. In line with the dividend distribution policy adopted, the company had paid an interim dividend of INR 30 per share and proposed for the approval, a final dividend of INR 4 per share, resulting in a total of INR 34 per share of INR 2 each. Let me now take you through our India performance in greater detail. Our domestic business recorded solid growth of 29.9%. We continue to outperform the Indian pharmaceutical market as per secondary sales data reported in IQ here, Alkem grew by 27.6% compared to IPM's growth of 18.2%. Our acute therapy segment contributed to a strong volume-led growth. Most of our mega brands continued to outperform in their respective markets, thereby maintaining their leading positions. Our chronic portfolio also performed well, growing almost 2x faster than the market. Our trade generic business achieved a robust growth on a high base. We recently launched the Pulmocare division catering to the respiratory segment. This division has made a promising start growing faster than the therapy growth rate. Thus, as you can understand, our solid domestic growth has been brewed best. With regard to our international business, in the U.S., significant pricing pressure on our base portfolio resulted in sales declining by 4% on a year-on-year basis while several new products were launched significant pricing pressure completely offset the impact of these new launches. During the year, we filed 14 ANDAs with U.S. FDA and received 21 approvals. We now have a product pipeline of 160 ANDAs filed with U.S. FDA, with nearly half of them yet to be commercialized. This strong pipeline of filings provides considerable opportunity for scaling of our U.S. business. Apart from the U.S., our other international markets delivered a robust growth of 34.8%. Your company has been giving top priority on the R&D spending, which works out to around 6%. Being more cost effective than their biologic counterparts, biosimilars expand patient access to critical medicines much like generic medications. I am glad to share that our nascent business of biosimilars is making good progress. Enzene, our biotech subsidiary, launched 3 biosimilar drugs in India and onboarded multiple new customers for contract development and manufacturing services. Additionally, Enzene signed out licensing agreements with leading international companies to develop and commercialize products in key markets across the globe. Our subsidiary also commenced global clinical trials on selected products. As a responsible pharmaceutical manufacturer, Alkem places the highest focus on regulatory compliance. All our manufacturing facilities supplying to the U.S., except St Louis facility, which received 3 observations in the recently concluded U.S. FDA inspection, have an establishment inspection report, EIR, as of date. Talking about the performance in the first quarter of the current financial year, your company achieved revenue of -- revenues of INR 2,576 crores, which is 5.7% lower than the previous year. Also, our net profit after tax came in at INR 128 crores, which is 72.7% lower than the corresponding quarter in the previous year. Alkem is focused on being a sustainable and socially responsible company. Going beyond financial metrics, we place an equal emphasis on key performance indicators related to environment, health and safety. In the area of cancer care, our initiatives in partnership with Tata Memorial Center is making good progress. With the establishment of 3 mini cancer units in the districts of Bihar, namely Buxar, Jehanabad and Bhagalpur and the construction of an independent radiotherapy block of the company in the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Center Muzaffarpur that Unit Tata Memorial Center, Mumbai, which intends to offer a state-of-art cancer treatment to needy cancer patients of the region -- that region. Alkem has proudly partnered with the India Olympic gold first by supporting the training cost of 156 national level sports representatives, out of which 23 athletes in the various sports have represented India in Commonwealth Games 2022. It is a proud moment for us to announce that 11 participants supported by Olympic Gold Quest have owned and -- owned 8 gold medals, 2 bronze Medals and 1 silver medal in category of different sports. We have also planted over 1 million trees in drought-prone area of Maharashtra. In closing, I would like to thank our employees for their hard work and dedication. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to our valued customers, business partners, the medical fraternity and government agencies, banks, state governments for their support over the past year and my sincere appreciation to my fellow Board members for their guidance and support. Finally, I thank you all esteemed shareholders for your continued support and trust in Alkem. My best wishes for your health and safety. Thank you. As the notice is already circulated to all members, I take the notice convening the meeting as read. Sir, I'm from Mumbai and a very old shareholder since inception. I've received your balance sheet. It is very nice, colorful. It contains everything which we require by the Companies Act. It is something more we have received than the what Companies Act demands. Thank you for the same. Sir, now coming to the -- we have lost our Managing Director, Mr. Dhananjay Ji. It is very sad incident for our company. We are very sad for that same. Sir, now coming to the dividend, we have declared INR 34 dividend, INR 30 interim and INR 4 we are going to pay now. But sir, looking to the our income of INR 137 earnings per share, it is very less. And this is one of the reasons our share price is going down and down, sir. Our performance is not that bad. No doubt, COVID period is over, but our products are essential. These medicines are there, essential. So in medicine, the share prices have not going that much down. I'm giving you the example of Lexo -- we have -- I don't want to compare with anybody. But in pharmaceutical, the share price should not go down. Our share price last -- in the last AGM, it was around INR 4,000. It has gone now to INR 2,920 today. So I'm not concerned about price. I'm not -- company should not think about the share price. But if you declare the dividend properly that how Lexo and other pharmaceutical giving high dividends. So the share price never goes down. The people don't want to come to the sale. They keep as an investment. Now coming to the this, sir, our foreign exchange is INR 1,992 crores and spend is INR 391 crores. So sir, it is we have excess foreign exchange earning is INR 1,601 crores. Last year, it was INR 1,709 crores. So this year, we have received less of INR 108 crores. So -- but no doubt, sir, but last year, sir, our -- this rupee value was -- to the dollar was INR 68 and now it has gone to around INR 80. And it is going to touch INR 81. So sir, we will be gaining from this devaluation of the rupee. So sir, how much we will be benefited, please do answer. Sir, our turnover is increased, no doubt. But sir, our raw material price, it seems it has increased. So how much percentage has been increased in the raw materials and whether we will -- we are able to transfer this to our customers? Sir, our total turnover is INR 10,634 crores. So sir, I want to know how much is the -- we have benefited in the current year from the export turnover? Sir, crude prices has gone up very high, sir. How much that will affect our business in the margin because this year, I have noted that our margin has decreased. So -- and what steps you are going to maintain this. Sir, it is very nice to note that we have -- Alkem as a very -- taken very nice steps to save water and electricity and started using solar power. That is a very nice step towards the environment. We have also done so many good ESR activities, particularly we have 30,000 students have been benefited. This is my one of the requests that we should give more this scholarship to girls rather than boys because in village, normally, people don't encourage their daughters. So this is my request that you will divert that fund to the girls. It is good to note that we have achieved one like consultancy on -- consultancy service by doctors on the phone. That is very nice. We are updated with our technology and the person -- people who are updated with technology, they will only survive in this world. Sir, on Page 41, our profit after tax is INR 1,645 on turnover of INR 10,634 crores, which is up by 3.8%, but margin is under pressure. Sir, our export turnover is INR 1,959 crores. And last year, it was INR 1,910 crores. It is only up by INR 2.90 crores, sir, we should try to export more because the rupee is depreciating, so we can gain from there. Sir, now coming to the balance sheet. Our sundry data, last year, it was INR 1,556 crores has gone up by INR 1,768 crores. It is up by 14% and inventories also have gone up from INR 1,513 crores to INR 1,975 crores. It is up by 30%. Sir, it is my request that we should try to control these expenses. And sir, we have also bank balance of INR 2,215 crores. Sir, I want to know why we are maintaining so much bank balances -- liquid bank balances. Sir, we can use this by -- on purchasing the raw materials, et cetera, on cash basis and get this discount of 2% to 5% minimum. And we can -- by that way, we can earn more profit. Sir, it is very nice to note that interest expense, we have very negligible, only INR 38 crores. It is very nice that we are doing this. Sir, ours is a debt free company. So sir, I think we can declare bonus. It is my request that if you will declare bonus, the share price will go above INR 4,500. Sir, now coming on Page 145, 146, profit and loss account, other expenses. Marketing expense, it was last year, INR 293 crores, it has gone to INR 518 crores. It is up by 77%. Selling and distributing expenses, last year, it was INR 186 crores. It is now gone to INR 280 crores. It is up by 51% and traveling expense likewise, it was INR 127 crores, it has gone to INR 192 crores. Here we should try to be conservative. Thank you, sir. I hope you will find it.

It is really very, very in this difficult days to get a dividend of INR 34 and market capitalization also is quite good quite -- quite up. So next is I congratulate you for all the awards received, all are documented on the annual report. I don't want to speak of each one. I appreciate the CSR work, so many pages are there, which is showing how our company goes for the CSR. Also, good ESG initiatives are taken. I would like to know whether we have gone for ESG rating and if rating, what is our score and who is the rating agency? Now my queries, sir. We have total around 16,500 employees in 40 countries. I would like to know what is on the average attrition level? And what is the average age of the employees? Are more of young age because young age employees, I have seen in many balance sheets I have read, there's a lot of hopping there. Then there is second number is there are 19 manufacturing facilities all over the world. The capacity -- average capacity utilization of them. Next one is we have 6 R&D centers, driven by plus 500 scientists. Here, even I would like to know what is the average age, attrition level of these scientists. I would like to know also how much is spent in percentage on R&D of the total sales. Do we also take [indiscernible] business in R&D? Next one is, have we got the business sales or plant in Russia and Ukraine? I would like to know whether any effect on our margin due to geopolitical issues, namely supply chain, logistic bottlenecks, rising oil prices and also rising interest rate due to inflation, et cetera, et cetera. Could you throw some light on this? The future road map for the next 3 years, especially for CapEx or any organic and inorganic growth. I support all the resolutions. I wish my company the best of health and because from wealth, we can always get health, we can get wealth. So therefore, I wish you all very good health. And now Mr...

Executive Chairman, members of the Board and my fellow shareholders. Good morning to you all. My name is the [indiscernible] At the outset, I thank the management, company secretary for sending me a balance sheet, which I received on time. It is self-explanatory and enormous. Our results are excellent, as shown by facts and figures and a very handsome removable dividend, very good sir, keep it up. Now many questions that have been asked by my wife and predecessor shareholders. I don't like to repeat. I have only 1 question to ask. Since we are export house, we export to different countries of the world. I see that most of the payments we receive are in dollar terms. Now if we receive in dollar term, we stand to gain. So how much is the gain we received by way of dollar because dollar is going up day by day and depreciating rupee. And also, I want to know whether we are hedging and only this, how much we have received dollar remittance. With this, I end my speech wishing you personally, all the board members and more importantly, all the employees, all the very best. We are in the midst of a festive season, I wish you one of our very happy festive season. With this, sir, thank you very much for patient hearing.

Good evening, Board of Directors and my fellow dear shareholders. my name is [indiscernible] from Mumbai. So I received your balance sheet in time along with digital balance sheet also. So for that I want to thank to our secretarial team, Mr. Manish Narang and [indiscernible] because they are the real pivot of the company for helping the shareholders. Even today, I was finding it very difficult to connect with you. But then I called her, and I could connect so I am very thankful to all of them. Now for the outset I would express my condolence for the loss of the life of many of your members, employees due to this pandemic because that was a very worst period, including our Joint Manager, Dhananjay Singh, but I don't know whether our Joint Managing Director had some other medical complication or it was due to corona. Can you please elaborate on that, sir. Of course, I feel very aggrieved that such a nice person who has been with you for a long period is no more with the firm. Anyway, on performance of the company, 20% revenue where Chairman has already mentioned, sir, it is very heartening because it was not expected in this particular year when there were a lot of uncertainties going on due to corona disruption or all those things. So we have done really well. And I feel it is commendable, however, our EBITDA and profit could not increase due to the challenges stressed by entire management due to the various factors. This I strongly believe you could have got better, but whatever you have done, I think it is fairly nice. Now it can be assumed that it is a satisfactory performance. But then when our Chairman gave a figure for our this quarter, June quarter. Then if there is something -- some performance wise somewhere we are lacking maybe due to geopolitical tensions, now that Ukraine war going with Russia, all those things are causing uncertainty. And that is the reason our share price also fallen. So we should not worry for that because company is on the very right track, because when I found that our earnings per share for the last year has been INR 137. It is a very [ pertinent use ] because we were not expecting that much. Not only get the cash generated by you which was INR 15 crores last year has been increased to almost INR 82 crores. So you are on very solid footing sir. There will not be any problem, I believe. And also because you are also almost debt-free. So there will not be any problem for moving ahead. But I would like to know, sir, what is the forecast of future achievements for this company? Because everybody has asked this question and because of on certain period going ahead, I think we have to be more careful and protect our term in terms of the turnover as well as the profitability because our market value should not fall so much as one of the shareholders already pointed out. One question -- can we go for a stock split? Because somebody asked bonus. I do not know at this point of time, you can go for bonus. But if you take this is type of stock split, although our share first value only INR 2, it can be a notional value of INR 1, which many of the companies have done. That is also our value per cup in the market. There will be more transition going around and it will more influence. So once again, thank you for giving me the opportunity, sir. And I wish you all the best. Looking for better returns in future. And 1 last question, sir, sometimes where, the company also arranged a trials visit for the shareholders. That time I was abroad, sir. So we were looking ahead for such an -- second opportunity, but with corona and all that, we could not meet personally. And now is the time I think you can thinking in that direction so that we can also have a similar opportunity. Thank you.

So a just little correction typographical just wanted to highlight. Sir, our equity capital of the company has to be [ commencement ] with the size of the company. In coming -- in the 2 years, we'll be entering into the Golden Jubilee years. So my humble request is to consider the giving the bonus. And there is not much queries -- lots of questions. Respected Chairman, Basudeo Singh; MD, Sandeep Singh; our CFO, Rajesh Dubai; and our CS Manish Naranj. Good afternoon to everyone, sir. I have voted for all these 6 resolutions sought to be passed in today's AGM. Sir, I have noted that the revenue of the company, over INR 10,634 crores, of which Indian revenue was [ $75,266 ] million, that is INR 7,526 crore. U.S. revenues were INR 2,329 crores and the rest of the world was INR 778 crores. It's good that you are exporting it. They're having foreign income also is a good thing. And the net cash balance that you have got is INR 1,116 crores. So my 2 or 3 queries which comes up. You've got 6 R&D centers, and you're spending 5.3% of your revenues, that is by INR 67 crores you have spent on R&D and you filed INR 163 crores and with the U.S. FDA, out of which you've got 123 ANDAs, I'd like to know what -- how many basic new research are we doing so that we get 18 years or 20 years of sole product rights, like generic is -- research is going for a product that has gone out of this thing, and then you file to make those products. We should have our own new chemical entity with this INR 567 crores of R&D expenditure, how many of this will be there? And I've also noted that we had -- out of the 19 plants, we have 12, zero water discharge. So we are also good on that. Sir, another thing, sir, you got on the CSR thing. [indiscernible] tied up with 3 smaller mini cancer hospitals in Bihar under Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital in Muzaffarpur, which is good, sir. And the 514 megawatts of solar per power [indiscernible], that is about 4.96%. Sir, any supply chain impact was there on a company -- any raw materials coming from China or anything like that, sir? And 16,500 employees are shown. What is the attrition rate for them? So I like to know -- sir, I wish the company all the best. I am greatful to [indiscernible] and Manish Narang for helping me joining this AGM and they are always helpful in answering the queries of shareholders as and then very promptly, sir. I sign off [indiscernible] from Mumbai, sir.

For resolutions to team Alkem for the ES revenue of INR 10,600 crores with a very healthy CAGR of 13%. Though there is a degrowth in PAT margin to 15.5%, net profits are at all-time high of INR 1,680 crores. There has been large improvement in data turnover. However, debt equity ratio increased to [ 0127]. Also, there has been a substantial increase in marketing expenses, freight costs and traveling expenses. I had about 8 to 9 queries relating to the financials. Chairman sir, I'm delighted to inform that I have received meticulous and accurate replies to each of my queries. I won't take precious time of this August gathering by repeating the same. I thank [indiscernible] team Alkem for prompt and comprehensive reply to all of my queries. I came right from pre IPO time, when you had an analyst meet, every year, regularly, we have been attending your AGM with delight and pleasure. We missed your physical AGMs. And now I just want to ask you, we come on the essential services during lockdown. So were our plants running to full capacity those ways? Or what happened was there the restrictions with respect to the number of employees, employees in the factory and our condolences to those who have lost their lives to COVID. In my own house, there has been a casualty. And even I had COVID during those difficult days. So that's why I'm interested in knowing I was given [indiscernible] I became all right in just 5 days. So I want to know, sir, do we have in medicines for COVID? I want to know that. And how many sales representative you have? And do you know, during lockdown, they never had medicines? At [indiscernible] at least, there are 4, 5 chemist shops. But once they got over, there were no further medicines. And my brother started having your Alkem diabetic medicine, I said -- I used to get from Dawa Bazar with the greatest difficulty where [indiscernible] go and give my mother [indiscernible], those were the days. So I wanted to know do you have any problem with respect to procurement of raw materials for the manufacture of your medicines? That is the reason I was wanting -- any supply chain problem after. So now the lockdown has been, of course, lifted, are your plants running to full capacity? We want to know. And so we wish our company all the best. You all are doing excellent work, your medicines are excellent. I just want to know, have you been able to do research and manufacture new products, any new products you have manufactured? Sir because many of your items have also got substitutes, even other companies are manufacturing. That much I know. So I just want to know about your thinking. And if I close my speech here, looking forward to next year, meeting you all personally at the AGM. Thank you very much.

A very good afternoon to all of you. our respected Chairman, Mr. Basudeo Singh, Mr. Sandeep Singh, the MD; Mr. Madhurima Singh and other directors of the board. I thank Mr. Manish Narang, our Company Secretary for giving us an excellent presentation in the form of an annual report. The whole year -- doings of the company is very well portrayed. I also thank Rajesh Dubey, the CFO of our company, for giving excellent financial figures. Mr. Dubey and Mr. Narang ji, have done a very good job. I thank the whole Secretarial Department, Mr. Prasad. Thank you very much for being cooperative, [ Divya ] and all other people. Sir, here, I would like to pay respect to our Mr. [indiscernible] Singh, the joint MG, my heartfelt condolence to the family and all the very best to them. Time is our best healer. Alkem born in the year 1973 on 23rd of August, just the 50 years, I think will be over next year. And this is the 48 AGM. So the AGM will be 50 years after 2 years. But next year is the 50 years for Alkem. Sir, how are you going to celebrate both the years, the birthday of Alkem as well as the 50 years of AGM? We are eagerly waiting for it. Today's share price is INR 2,936 and the dividend that you're paying is INR 34. Sir, I congratulate the company and all the features who are working in it for the excellent awards and accolades that the company has received. Partnering with Olympic Gold Quest for the [indiscernible] placed and best company to work with -- supporting national sports, especially with Mr. Lakshya Sen, the badminton champion. Very good, Alkem, thank you very much for it. Sir, in biosimilar business, you are coming out with monoclonal antibodies. Could you please explain in detail about what is monoclonal antibodies? And what are the different products under this? Is it for the nutrition or it is anti-inflammatory products? If you could let me now please? Sir, your subsidy Enzene has launched 3 products, which are these products? And what is CDMO services that you mentioned on Page 13? The company has given a very strong balance sheet. The finances are very excellent, revenue, PAT, EPS, paid up capital. I'm not keeping well, so my voice is a little hoarse, please excuse me. Paid up capital turnover and share capital have been very excellent about the company. Sir, you have a cash balance of [ INR 11.2 billion ]. How is the company planning, or how is the finances planning to use this cash? The cash balance and the bank balance both are on increased side. And dividend you are paying out is only INR 34. You could have very well paid the dividend of INR 50 when your cash balance is so much your bank balance is overflowing because your paid up capital turnover are all excellent. Share capital has also gone up. It's very excellent. Anyway, sir, the Board meet -- AGM is meant for shareholders and the Board meeting is meant for the directors. If importance is not given to shareholders at the time of AGM, it is not worthwhile. Because AGM is only once in a year. And if the company and the secretarial and the finance department is not supportive or is -- does not come on the line to answer our questions, it is unfair on the part of the company because we will not get all the details. Secretarial department was definitely likely -- any secretarial department of any company is likely to say that we don't deal with finances, finance department is with it. I will tell somebody to get in touch with you and then nobody comes on the line from the finance. And yes, secretarial department is excellent for giving services to us. But, at the same time, this is a balance sheet. We are going to discuss the balance. Only praises and slocks and slogans and [Foreign Language] are not required at all. We are bearing off with all this, but we have to discuss the finances of the company. Once in a year we shareholders get this chance. And please importance is given to shareholders in this AGM. I request the company to [ register ] this, please, if possible. Also, the Board meeting was -- which was on 16th March was a physical Board meeting. Today, AGM is converted into [indiscernible]. Why is it so? After 5 months also, you are not able to hold a physical meeting for us. Why? Innumerable companies have held AGMs physically. Why could Alkem do it? Innumerable pharmaceutical companies are taking our tests, giving us various products, samples of their products. What secretarial practice or what compliance work is Alkem doing for us? This is so [ stinginess ] on the part of the finance department, not to part with anything for the shareholders. In CSR work, you give it freely. Your hands are open in donating. What about shareholders? We are investing back in the company. You all should first give importance to shareholders. People are giving -- keeping on producing and producing children and children and children and they're deplenishing the mother earth all products. Well, we shareholders are utilizing whatever we have and deploy it back in the company. And then if the company doesn't sense the worthiness of shareholders in this AGM, it is not proper. It is only in once a year that we are doing this to us. And it was -- jolly well it could have had a physical meeting when Board Meeting was held on 16th March as a physical meeting. Anyway, I also appreciate the company. Somebody asked a question on foreign exchange. It is very well present on the Page 73, where you have mentioned that your foreign exchange is more than the outgoings. I would -- as a shareholder, I would like to know that how is this? Because innumerable, believe me sir, 75% to 80% of the companies have the earnings less than the outgoings. But here is the company is really [indiscernible], I'm really proud to meet the shareholders of this company. Finance department has took an excellent trouble. Even in this fluctuation of dollars and Dinars and all, still we are earning more than the outgoing in the foreign exchange. Really appreciable if you could throw some light on it, I would be very much pleased. CSR, you have donated INR 276 million year spend. And please, please I request the CFO not to give amount in millions. Please give it crores, if possible, sir, please. Sir you have acquired Mobile Health when for INR 1.29 million. Some amount of it could not be united to the shareholders. We would be putting back that amount in the company only. Why are we left out? Maybe then you are giving us very less. No other facility, physical meeting is not conducted, no gift of your products is given to us. Gift in the sense, we should know what are the various products of yours and some samples of your products should be given to us. I don't say give us a sample of cancer or give the sample of TB or this. But nutritional product samples maybe given. You can take tests or COVID tests, or whatever tests, thyroid test for the shareholders. This is the way you can you can please the shareholders also so that we would like to.

Yes. Thank you very much, sir. So I have just a general query to get some view from the company. In the North America, U.S.A. market, which is we are doing a lot of exports, and you have filed a lot of ANDAs as the Chairman said in the speech, in the beginning. So are we exporting formulations in our own brand name by Alkem, meaning Alkem is exporting their own brands to U.S.A. Or we are only in generic medicine? Because the full U.S. market have been going to the balance sheet of many other [indiscernible].

Unknown Executive

Please, [indiscernible].

Unknown Shareholder

#124

Call came -- I think I'm audible?

Unknown Executive

Unknown Shareholder

#126

Yes, they are exporting mostly generic medicines. And in India, there is a formulation all the companies saying this brand is my top 10. This brand is my top 50. So they are emphasizing the brand valuation for all these lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension or any other long -- where the people have to take medicine for a long duration. So they are marketing their products and their brand through the MR and other channels. But Government of India and the prime ministers from [indiscernible] be some scheme, they are giving ads in the paper that please there is a 80% or 70% or 50% same medicine in generic form, so that you can save on the cost. Because all these lifestyle diseases, they have to take the medicine more than -- continuous they have to take for the life. So I have been -- recently, I went to one -- took my wife to a doctor. So she was taking generic medicines, some few generic medicine. He said, now you're taking the generic medicine, you are doing it at your own risk, meaning that doctor was against generic medicine. And we, as a company, are exporting generic medicine to U.S.A., not our company, other peer group also. So in India, are we making generic medicine, or in India market is better to use brand rather than going for generic? Is there any difference between both? I just want to know. Were you saying that the people who make generic medicine, they don't have a -- the drug authority do not test in India, and a lot of impurities can come. So you are playing with your own life. So to do not substitute the brand against the generic. Just a few -- if you -- you can enlighten us for the Indian market by the Chairman, it will be helpful. Thank you, and all the best for the Golden jubilee year, 2 years' end, and we look forward to a bonus ratio by 50th year. Like every -- I've been waiting from the IPO date. I [indiscernible] to join you at the [ Sanchar Rewakening ] [indiscernible] also stand up [indiscernible] with you. And certainly [ death ] is truth. So many people have asked the question. When last man just a generic it was very good but quality control is not there. I am against the generic cheap medicines because my brother is handling 1 shop. Coming to the business point of view. Firstly, I must say to all, our contribution of the pharmacy world is tremendous. So certainly, I see that there should be mute growth, there should be growth I expected this year INR 13,000 crores of revenue rather INR 10,000 crores and INR 3,000 crores further up profit EBITDA. But how you improve the growth and prosperity in the years to come? And particularly, I wanted to comment on the diabetes market in India and global in that direction. What are our company's vision and mission? That I want to know from the management. You are doing the well, but still excellence has to come. It's a high time to come with bonus. Because I remember the '88, '90, I used to go to the Cipla AGM. And they asked this old man Hameed, when you will reward us. Certainly, okay, we will discuss the profit, one day he laughed. Then, I understand he will rather announce within 6 months, we gave the split and bonus. It was INR 100 share. I was surprised. So if you were to surprise us in the years to come, certainly, I hope this is a high time to give the bonus. You are doing well, but still what is your management experience dealing with the European and the particularly American regulator it's FDA, just like India, a U.S. drug-related regulator, they are tough. They are -- don't want Indian to come up. They are [indiscernible] and all is there what are you call, how you are going to define this? If you can elaborate the environment there rather than the conduct. I will be thankful to you experience that what is our investment in Germany? And how yield from that also. Thanks and good luck.

Good afternoon, Chairman, Managing Director, Director and my dear fellow shareholders. My name is Ronald Fernandes. First and foremost, I wish to thank the Company Secretary, the secretary team and especially Sudesh and -- Ganesh and Divya, for sending the AGM notice on time. Of course, no doubt, looking at it, Alkem Laboratories Limited as usual, it is having 24 alphabets. Sir 24 alphabets, and I mean to say it's just too short for 26 alphabets in them. Also no doubt sir, I'm looking at it also, you have very firm page covers issuing enhancing lives longer, better and fuller. Actually, it is a very good suggestion that you all have put forward sir. If you look at it in enhancing lives is having 14 alphabets. And longer, better and fuller having 6, 6, 6 that is 18 alphabets total. Of course, not also Page #48, it is showing there completely that it is Enzene, MyoScience is limited and [indiscernible] factory limited and [indiscernible]. In fact I'm looking for [indiscernible] but the all the shareholders over there, you can always think over it because a long time began, we have not had a factory visit, and this is a 48th year of AGM. When I say 48th AGM, it is 4 plus 8, 12. So one financial year full completely we've been all is [indiscernible] everything. And now with network completely, it will become BCM and become something different. And your 256 pages pull out, it's nothing sir. It's 2 plus 5, plus 6, it's 13. 13 plus 48 AGM is 12 alphabets. So 13 plus 12 has come to 25th, today's date is 25-08-2022. Looking at it sir, if we total up 25-8-2022, it's coming to 21. So the financial year is '21, '22, which -- we have declared a very good dividend also, sir. That is I'll let it. But you know what happen when you pay giving a dividend, INR 34 are given and thank God you're giving another INR 2 in which face value become INR 36 or the face value will become INR 36. So in fact, it was -- looking at it, you sort of declare a little lesser dividend and given a bonus.

Many thanks to the company and our secretarial department for giving me opportunity to present myself at this meeting. Then the company is, of course, doing very well and has rewarded our shareholders with a very good profit and performance. I mean, that is one more feather in the cap of the company. And that is in Economic Times recently, about 2 months back, there was an article that Alkem Laboratories is one of the best places to work for as a workplace. So I mean, congrats to the company and to the management. In a lighter note, I would then like to say that as it's [indiscernible] shareholders, we would like to visit such a good workplace. Then my thanks are due to Mr. Narang, Manish Narang, and Divya Mewani, I mean, cooperating with from time to time and giving all the information that we require. And also one more thing that I could not register my name as a speaker. It was very nice that Divya accommodated me to speak at this meeting. Then lastly, I would say that -- Lastly, thank you and all the best.

Yes. Good afternoon, everyone. We'll try to answer most of the questions. And if we have missed some, Manish, we could answer that to them individually later because maybe I have missed some. Okay. So thanks a lot, everyone, for asking us very important questions. I'll start with the attrition level. Attrition level of staff in the field is around 20% and the head of -- I mean, and non-field is close to around 15%. There was also a business on -- do we have a major exposure in CIS countries, Russia and Ukraine. We don't have much business there. We don't -- we have hardly any business, a very small exposure, so nothing to worry there. There was also a question on road map for growth like next few years, how we would be growing? So clear, clearly, our focus is chronic business where we are subpar. We are not in line with the industry. We will be focusing there. Biotech, it is also a growth area. And I think these 2 things will obviously help us grow in the next few years. There was a question on number of field force we have. So total, we have 11,500 field force for Alkem all over -- this is consolidated with the subsidies included. There was a very important question on biosimilars. What products we have launched in India? We have launched 3 products in India so far, and there'll be many more coming forward in the next few months to years. A shareholder also asked us what is CDMO? So CDMO stands for Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization. It's a small part of our business, but Enzene could focus on that. Could be important in the future. But as of now, it's not contributing greatly to our sales or turnover right now. Questions on capacity utilization and R&D spend. We -- capacity utilization is close to 85% all over in -- if you consider all our plants. R&D spend is 5.3%. And now a very important question on new product contribution. So for international business, it was 14% last year. And for domestic, it was 3%. There was also a question on Enzene, which like on monoclinal antibodies, so what are MABs? So MABs are man-made proteins. They act like human antibodies in the immune system, this for various indications from oncology to even osteoporosis and things like that. A very important question on supply chain. Do we have China dependency? Yes, like the whole world, I mean, China is a supplier to not just pharma, but all the industry globally. If we consider -- all the inputs came from China, including indirect because they supply some Indian suppliers and we take from them. Including that, we get to a 74% of raw materials are relied on China. Number of ANDA filings? We have filed 164 ANDAs, 124 have been approved. And some of them are NDAs as well. What is the top brand contribution? The top 4 brands in the domestic business contribute 24% to our sales. What is -- there was a question also on a number of products. I mean the turnover which is under DPCO, price control, that is. We have 30% of our domestic turnover is under DPCO. There was a question on how many subsidiaries do we have, and how many of them are loss-making? We have 23 subsidiaries, 19 of them are operating, and 5 of them are making losses right now. A split -- a simple question on split between international and domestic. 70% is domestic, 30% is international of our revenue. There was a question on why cash balance has increased compared to the previous year? I think very simply 2 things. There was some release in working capital, and we had a lower CapEx. Yes. Thank you. And there's also a question on U.S. business outlook. I think U.S. business is going through tough times for the industry, but we think we will still achieve double-digit pricing -- double-digit sales growth. We have pricing pressure that would continue. And we may kind of file 10 to 12 ANDAs every year for U.S. business. Raw material pricing, there's a lot of questions on that. So yes, raw material price has -- is impacting our gross margins. We also spoke about it in the analyst call in the last quarter. It would impact our gross margins by 100 to 150 basis points. There was a question on the R&D center, how many scientists we have. We have -- I mean, how many employees we have in R&D. We have close to 900 employees in R&D. And it's spread across multiple locations, some of them biotech, some of them are also in 2 locations overseas. There was a question on when was bonus given in the past. This was pre-IPO. And obviously, post that, we have not given anything, and we will obviously discuss that. Yes, I think with that, I'm done with the question and answers, Manish. Thank you.
