Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveThank you, Malav. Once again, hello, everyone. As Chairman of your company, Allcargo Terminals Limited, it is my privilege to address you all today. I hope, in my brief address, to answer most of the questions which already have been put to us earlier by my shareholders. And hopefully, this will give you an idea of exactly where we are today and where we are progressing, your company is progressing further. Even then, I'm sure you have certain questions, which you may please put to us, and we'll be more than happy to the best of our ability to answer them. I'm pleased to share that in FY '25-'26, your company has steadily made progress despite global geopolitical uncertainties, changing trade dynamics, disruptions across shipping routes and continued supply chain volatility. India's resilient economic activity, supported by infrastructure spending, manufacturing expansion, policy reforms and accelerating multimodal integration provided a supportive backdrop for the EXIM and logistics sector. Against this backdrop, we focused on disciplined execution, cost efficiency and customer responsiveness. Our gateway presence, integrated logistics capabilities, and customer responsiveness enabled operations, enhanced our ability to address evolving supply chain requirements, improved financial performance, and strengthened key trade corridors. India's logistics and EXIM ecosystem is undergoing a structural transformation, driven by Make in India manufacturing, global supply chain diversifications and large-scale infrastructure investments. Containerized trade is becoming an increasingly important part of integrated supply chains. This transformation is reflected in rising trade volumes with container traffic across the key ports of JNPT, Mundra, Chennai and Kolkata. Port modernization, dedicated freight corridors, linked evacuation capabilities, and improved hinterland infrastructure are supporting more efficient cargo movement. In parallel, ongoing industry formalization is increasing the importance of scale, operational reliability and integrated service offerings. Our presence across ports handling nearly 80% of India's container traffic provides a strong base from which to participate in this long-term growth. During FY '25-'26, we handled over 723,000 TEUs, registering a 6% year-on-year growth. This increase in throughput supported an 8% rise in revenue. EBITDA increased by 26%, while profit after tax improved by 46%, reflecting stronger operating performance across our network. These results were supported by higher capacity utilization, process optimization, improved productivity and disciplined capital allocation under our asset-light operating model. Cost control, operational flexibility, service consistency, turnaround efficiency and execution quality further strengthened our performance. Our multimodal connectivity, integrated capabilities and technology-enabled operations position us well for India's evolving logistics ecosystem. Sustainability and responsible governance remain integral to our operating model and long-term growth. We are advancing environmental stewardship through renewable electricity adoption, energy-efficient infrastructure and resource-conscious terminal operations. Currently, 12% of our energy consumption comes from renewable resources, helping avoid 739 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions during the year. At ATL Chennai CFS, renewable electricity contributes significantly to power consumption through open access renewable energy and rooftop solar power. Additionally, 25% of our 3-tonne forklifts have been transitioned to electric models, while the deployment of sensor-based lighting systems further supports our efforts to reduce emissions and improve operational efficiency. These initiatives support our long-term goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040. Beyond environmental stewardship, we remain focused on building a responsible and future-ready organization. All 7 ATL locations are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT standards, while ATL is also ISO 20000-1 certified. Our risk management framework is aligned with ISO 31000 and supported by business continuity practices aligned with ISO 22301, reinforcing resilience, accountability and operational excellence across our network. Our Board-approved Aspiration 2030 road map sets out our long-term ambitions for building a scalable, future-ready enterprise. To support these ambitions, we have planned cumulative CapEx of over INR 400 crores, focused on strengthening capacity, improving network density, enhancing operating leverage, and deepening our presence across high-growth trade corridors and logistics hubs. In line with this road map, we advanced key capacity and network initiatives during the year. Our JNPT expansion added 170,000 TEUs of incremental capacity at India's largest container gateway. Upcoming developments at Mundra and Chennai are expected to strengthen our coastal logistics presence. Inland, our proposed Farukhnagar ICD initiative aims to leverage DFC-linked infrastructure, improve access to industrial and consumption centers and expand rail-linked cargo participation. Technology and digital integration remain central to our long-term strategy. Through our MyCFS platform and streamlined workflows, we simplify cargo management, provide real-time visibility, improve turnaround management, and enhance customer convenience. Increasing digital adoption across documentation, tracking, operational coordination and customer interface is strengthening execution quality, transparency, process efficiency, responsiveness, service reliability and reducing turnaround time. As India's EXIM dynamics evolve towards greater scale and integration, we remain focused on participating in the resulting logistics opportunities. Our network across major gateway ports, technology-enabled infrastructure and disciplined capital deployment provide a foundation for sustainable growth and consistent performance. On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our customers, business partners, employees, shareholders and all stakeholders for their trust and support. As we execute our Aspiration 2030 road map, we remain focused on strengthening our capabilities, supporting trade across critical logistics corridors and creating sustainable long-term value. Thank you very much. Over to you, Malav.

Malav Talati
executiveOkay. Thank you. We can go to the answers Kaiwan sir.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveOkay. Let me just attempt to answer a few of the questions put to us. There was a question about Speedy, one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries. Speedy is exactly in the same business as we. We had acquired Speedy a few years ago, and we're very happy that Speedy operates part of our CFS at JNPT. As far as the growth and the global situation which we are facing, and what is the growth potential which we are looking at, the current network is operating at around 80% to 85% utilization with some facilities already at full capacity, providing scope for near-term growth. The Speedy JNPA upgrade and Farukhnagar PFT are expected to be operational by early next year, followed by Farukhnagar ICD in 2029. Chennai is another location where we may look to expand. And these capacity additions are expected to support the next phase of growth with earnings contribution building progressively as utilization ramps up. Yes, there is a slight blip in business because of the global geopolitical situation, but we are very hopeful that India has, with all its provisions that have been made by the government, we are reasonably secured and we are insulated, and we hope that even issues like fuel costs, which are increasing, will not have a very large impact on our balance sheet. Of course, it will have an impact, but we are anyway moving towards electric supply, and these kind of progressive matters have supported our balance sheet. At the moment, I don't think we have a rights issue planned. Of course, at any stage, if we do, then we'll certainly come back to you on that. So far as AI having an effect on our business, of course, AI has an effect on everybody's business today. But we have been very mindful of that. We've already, as part of the Allcargo Group initiatives on IT, all this is being looked into. We hope that we can derive the best out of AI for our company as well. There was a question on CapEx plan. Maybe Pritam or Pranav, would you all like to just -- I did mention something in my speech about the CapEx plan. But if there's something which any of you all would like to add to my...
Pritam Vartak
executiveYes, sir.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveYes. Please take it.
Pritam Vartak
executiveYes. So I would like to explain about the CapEx plan of the company. So for the company's stated objective to achieve 1 million TEUs by 2030, there is an expected CapEx outlay of around INR 400 crores, which company will incur. And the sources for those CapEx requirement has already been identified. The company had raised equity in the last financial year, and that would be used for the funding of CapEx program. Our company has cash reserves and also company continues to generate healthy cash flow from its existing business, and those would also be flowed back into the business. Overall, close to INR 290 crores to INR 300 crores would be raised out of the existing sources, which I just mentioned. Over and above that, whatever additional fund would be required, close to INR 100 crores, INR 150 crores will be raised by way of debt. So that is how we plan to cater to the CapEx requirement, which is estimated to be in the range of INR 400 crores.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveExcellent, excellent.
Malav Talati
executiveSir, we have answered all the questions.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveWe've answered all the questions. Yes, I believe our shareholders are very supportive of our management, of our promoters. Thank you to Mr. Shetty and his entire team supporting our company being part of the Allcargo Group. And with that, thank you to shareholders. Thank you, my co-directors on the Board. Thank you for everyone's support. And if, Malav, we have anything else, otherwise...
Shashi Kiran Shetty
executiveCan I say a few words, Mr. Chairman?
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveYes, please, Mr. Shetty, go ahead. Any other director would like to say something is always welcome. Please, Mr. Shetty, start. Yes.
Shashi Kiran Shetty
executiveYes, yes. Thank you very much, and thank you for conducting such a wonderful meeting, Kaiwan, and rest of the members of the Board. And also for all the shareholders who have participated in this AGM, I'm very glad and very happy to note that you are pretty excited about the company's past performance and future plans what we have. And we thank you really for your support and confidence in our management team. As all of you know, now we have another distinguished leader join the company to lead the future development and growth of the organization, Mr. Pranav Choudhary. Please join me in welcoming him and wishing him all the success, so that in the future AGM, we will continue to see the sustainable growth for the company, which we are very confident he will be -- and he, with his leadership qualities, will be able to mobilize all the team members to work hard and work smartly to making the right investments and bringing the right partnerships to take the company to the new heights. And we are very confident of that. And all shareholders can be rest assured that with the eminent members of the Board who are present here today, and I'm deeply thankful and grateful to them for their continued support to the management to manage the affairs and the governance so well. And the Company Secretary has done a tremendous job. Thank you to him also. Thank you. That's what I wanted to say. And all of you can rest assured that your investment will be definitely valued, and I'm sure that it will be accretive for all of you. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveThank you very much. In addition to what Mr. Shetty has said, I must also thank the services of our MD who has retired now, Mr. Suresh Kumar Ramiah. He had steered our company very well through these last few years. On behalf of the Board, I'd like to thank him very much. Also continued support and thanks to Mr. Chandna, who is here in this meeting. Mr. Chandna is our CEO. He has also been doing some [ human ] work in increasing the business and the capacities of our company. Thank you, Mr. Chandna, for all the assistance we have. Of course, the Secretary and team, Malav is doing an excellent job; and Pritam, who has been our CFO, has been a great support. Thank you.
Shashi Kiran Shetty
executiveThank you, Mr. Chairman, for saying these things which slipped my attention to say it. But I must tell you that we hosted one of the most beautiful sendoff party in honor of our former MD, Mr. Suresh Kumar, and the entire management team of the company and of the group participated with a nice celebration of dinner and music, which we all enjoyed. And Suresh was extremely happy that this kind of a celebration was done for his [ human ] service. And Pranav was quite appreciative to witness something like that. That speaks about the culture of the company and the care that the shareholders and promoters and the other colleagues give it to deserving people from time to time.
Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla
executiveThank you very much. Thank you, everybody.
Malav Talati
executiveThank you, sir. The consolidated report of remote e-voting during the meeting will be announced within 2 working days from the conclusion of the meeting and will be made available on the website of the company and also on the website of stock exchanges. I would like to thank the Chairman, all the Board of Directors, the KMPs, the shareholders, the statutory auditors, secretarial auditors, secretarial team, scrutinizers, finance team and NSDL for contributing in smooth conduct for this AGM. Wishing all the shareholders good health, continued success, and your prosperous blessings to the ATL and the whole Allcargo Group. Thank you all.
