Good morning, and thank you for joining our Virtual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Christopher Anzalone, the President, CEO and Director of Arrowhead and will be serving as the Chairman for today's meeting. The polls are open for voting. If you have a question, you may submit it via the meeting portal. With us today are Doug Given, Chairman of the Board; Mike Perry, Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation and Nominating Committees; Will Waddill, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee; Marianne De Backer, director. Also present are the following members of management: Ken Myszkowski, Chief Financial Officer; and Patrick O'Brien, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Representing -- representatives of Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, our independent registered public accounting firm, as well. I hereby call this meeting to order. It has been duly called and a quorum is present. Three (sic) [ four ] proposals to be voted on were set forth in the company's proxy statement, the election of 6 directors, an advisory vote on executive compensation, a vote to approve an amendment of the company's amended and restated bylaws to implement a majority vote standard in uncontested elections of directors and ratification of the selection of our independent accountants for 2020. Thank you. All votes have been cast. The polls are now closed. Based on the votes cast in person and by proxy, all 3 (sic) [ 4 ] proposals have received the required vote and are therefore passed.
