Good morning, and thank you for joining our virtual meeting of stockholders. I am Christopher Anzalone, the President, CEO and Director of Arrowhead and will be serving as Chairman for today's meeting. The polls are open for voting. If you have a question, you may submit it via the medium portal. With us today are Doug Given, Chairman of the Board; Mike Perry, Lead Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee; Will Waddill, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee; Mauro Ferrari, Director; Oye Olukotun, Director; also present are the following members of management; Ken Myszkowski, Chief Financial Officer; Patrick O'Brien, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; Vince Anzalone, VP of Investor Relations; and representatives of Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, our independent registered public accounting firm. I hereby call this meeting to order. It has been duly called and a quorum is present. Four proposals to be voted on were set forth in the company's proxy statement: number one, the election of 7 directors; number two, an advisory vote on executive compensation; number three, a vote to approve the Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals Inc. 2021 Incentive Plan; and number four, ratification of the selection of our independent accountants for 2021. Thank you. All votes having been cast. The polls are now closed. Based on the votes cast in person and by proxy, proposal 1 received the required votes with the exception of the vote as to Director, Mike Perry and Pat. The advisory vote on proposal 2 did not pass. Proposals 3 and 4 have received the required vote and are, therefore, passed. There being no further business, the formal portion of the meeting is hereby adjourned.
