Sorry, everybody. There seems to be a technical issue with my PC joining. So just bear with me. I was going through our introduction and run sheet. So look, I'll go back to that. My apologies for the technical issues. So I'm the Chairman of DomaCom. Welcome to this general meeting today. We do have a quorum of at least 5 shareholders. So I declare the meeting open again at 11:13. Again, apologies for the logistical issues. Let me just firstly introduce my fellow directors and Company Secretary. With us on the call is our acting CEO, Darren Younger; my fellow directors, Alberto Basile, Steven James, Ray Jourdan, and Vinu Koliyat. Our Joint Company Secretary, Philip Chard, also joins us with apologies from David Hwang, who's our Joint Company Secretary also. As the notice of meeting has been circulated to all shareholders, I propose that this be taken as read. The purpose of this meeting has been called to allow shareholders to consider and vote on the resolutions as set out in the notice of meeting and the explanatory statement. An Annual General Meeting will be held at a later date where we will be able to provide a more general update on the company and our strategy to move the business forward. Let me move to the resolutions for today. You'll see up on your screens there, Resolution 1, which is the subsequent approval and agreement to issue 71 million. Well, you can see the numbers there on your screen. Currently, we have for and against, as you'll see. Tony, if we can move on to Resolution 2, please.

So Mr. Chairman, maybe just the voting procedure, we should just explain a little further. So the voting procedure, maybe if I sort of step in here for a second. So shareholders were encouraged to submit their votes prior to the meeting. Voting is now open through the Lumi software if you haven't already voted prior to the meeting. So each vote will be allocated in accordance with the number of shares held. The votes will be combined with the votes received in advance of the meeting to determine the results of the poll, and will be released to the ASX after the meeting. So before the resolutions are put to the vote, so each individual resolution, there will be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions around that particular resolution. So if we can ask that those questions only relate to that particular resolution. So as we go through the resolutions, there can be separate sets of questions as required. And the questions will only be taken from persons who are entitled to vote at the meeting. And the Chairman has indicated as the appointed -- where he's been appointed a proxy, he intends to vote all votes in favor of resolutions. So maybe if I pass back to you, Ross.

Ross Landles

Yes, sure. So Resolution 1, which is the subsequent approval and agreement to issue ordinary shares. You'll see there on your screens the numbers of votes for and against currently. These are the proxies we've received up to this date. Any questions in relation to this resolution?

Philip J. Chard

executive
#6

So if you'd like to ask a question, either you can raise your hand or through Lumi, there's the opportunity to send in a question that I can read out. So I don't see any raised hands.

Ross Landles

executive
#7

Okay. So we'll move to Resolution 2.

Philip J. Chard

Before we just move on, Mr. Chairman, sorry. So we're now sort of putting the matter to a poll. So if you haven't already voted, if you can please vote now using the Lumi software. Okay. So the Lumi is open now so you can vote continuously now on any of the resolutions as we go through. So yes, Mr. Chairman, sorry, we can move on to Resolution 2, please.

Ross Landles
