Baltic Horizon Fund (NHCBHFFT) Earnings Call Transcript & Summary

Good afternoon, and welcome to the General Meeting of Baltic Horizon Fund, the 2nd of July 2024. So this time, as it's also been previously, the meeting -- first meeting will be quite short. But still going through the meeting process. So I'm opening the meeting as Fund Manager and act as the Chairman of the meeting, where Jana Karimova is present as recording secretary. So at this point, for this meeting, quorum has not been reached, and we are not able to adopt any resolutions. The resolution proposed for this meeting was to decide on a private placement of new units, limited amount, in order to strengthen the balance sheet of the Fund. So at this point, more than 50% of the -- of all investors need to be present in the meeting. But today, we have votes and power of attorneys for approximately 14% of all investors. So the quorum has not been reached. And since we cannot vote on the agenda points, then we are as well, closing the meeting. And the Fund management will take some time to discuss and whether to propose a repeat meeting over the next couple of weeks. So in regards to the agenda point, there's been previously also several webinars and discussions. So one can review this as well, the history of the Nasdaq pages. So hereby, I don't have any choice but to close the meeting, and then we will follow up with additional information in the coming couple of weeks.
