Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for standing by. Welcome to the Bionano Genomics' Conference Call. At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Mr. Erik Holmlin.

Thank you, and good morning, everyone. I am Erik Holmlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bionano Genomics. And I will serve today as the Chair, Secretary and inspector of election of today's meeting. And so welcome again to the Bionano's Special Meeting of Stockholders. As you know, this meeting was originally convened at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2020. At that time, we announced the adjournment of the meeting until today to allow Bionano additional time to solicit proxies for Proposal 1 relating to an amendment to our Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of our common stock from 200 million to 400 million shares. At this time, the meeting will now officially come to order. The time is now 10:01 a.m. on September 29, 2020, and the polls are open for voting on Proposal 1 as set forth in the proxy statement for the special meeting. [Voting]

The time is now 10:02 a.m., and the polls are now closed for voting on Proposal 1. In my capacity as the inspector of election, I hereby report as follows: Proposal 1, to approve an amendment to Bionano's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 200 million to 400 million shares is carried. We expect to report our preliminary voting results, or if available to us on a timely basis, our final voting results on an amendment to our current report on Form 8-K to be filed with the SEC within 4 business days from now. If not reported earlier, we expect to report our final voting results in amendment to our Form 8-K within 4 business days after the final results are known to us.
