executiveThank you. As the notice was already circulated to all the members, I take the notice convening the meeting as read. The reports of the statutory auditors and secretarial auditors do not contain any adverse qualifications, observations or comments on the functioning of your company and hence are not being read. Let me now appraise you of the performance of your company during fiscal year '22 and Q1 FY '23. Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. It gives me immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you to the 74th AGM of Blue Star Limited, which turns out to be the third consecutive one in the virtual world. I was hopeful that the entire Board would have an opportunity to meet all of you in person at least this year. But we thought that it is prudent to avoid a physical meeting given the fact that the infection rate continues to be high in Mumbai. The good news, of course, is that hospitalization rates and fatalities are negligible, thanks to the high vaccination rates. Therefore, the central and state governments have been operating with minimum restrictions and businesses are able to function normally. Let's look back at the year that was. As I reflect on the period since the last AGM, 6 things stand out clearly as far as your company is concerned. The company's growth accelerated every quarter and we closed fiscal '21-'22 on a high note, delivering all-time high profits. Strategic initiatives, such as the rejigging of the product portfolio to address the value of the market, the implementation of a new manufacturing footprint with backward integration and a focus on localization, implementing the total cost management program, strengthening our research and development, investing in digital initiatives, enhancing Blue Star's brand salience and building a leadership pipeline, all these progressed extremely well. And as a consequence, your company is poised to grow faster than the market in India and enter new overseas geographies such as the U.S. and Europe. Your company continued to manage cash flows exceptionally well and strengthened its balance sheet. The Board and the management believe that the Indian air conditioning and refrigeration industry is expected to witness huge growth in the next 5 years. At the same time, the CapEx cycle has set in and the construction cycle has begun. These developments will propel the growth of your company. In May 2022, the Board approved an ambitious 3-year strategic plan. The company has remained ahead of the curve in terms of its commitment to environmental, social and governance standards. As I had stated last year, Blue Star has reinvented itself once again and has emerged stronger. And I believe that with its strong fundamentals, the company will be able to overcome headwinds such as inflation, interest rate hikes and the depreciation of the Indian Rupee. I continue to remain optimistic of our Blue Star's prospects. Now let us look at the just finished quarter, Q1 FY '23. Earlier today, your Board met and approved the results for Q1 FY '23. As you are aware, the summer season was impacted in '20 and '21. This year, we witnessed a reasonably good season without any lockdown restrictions. Despite continuing supply chain disruptions, inflationary pressures and the fact that the softening of the commodity prices was benefited only in the quarters to come. Your company maintained its growth momentum and delivered impressive results for Q1 '23. This is the third consecutive quarter of good corporate performance and it sets the tone for the rest of fiscal '22-'23. Financial highlights for the quarter ended June '22 on a consolidated basis are summarized below. The revenue from operations grew to INR 1970.32 crores compared to INR 1052.04 crores in Q1 fiscal year '22. EBITDA, excluding other income and finance income for the first quarter, was INR 123.31 crores. EBITDA margin 6.3% of revenues compared to INR 42.23 crores and an EBITDA margin of 4%. In Q1 FY '22, due to the higher scale, net profit for Q1 '23 was INR 74.35 crores compared to a net profit of INR 12.71 crores in Q1 fiscal year '22. Net cash position as on June 30, 2022, was INR 81.03 crores compared to a net borrowing of INR 68.47 crores as of 30 June 2021. And the company repaid 50% of its NCD borrowings. The current forward order book as on 30th June 2022 is that a record INR 3901.48 crores in comparison with INR 3152.3 crores as on June 30, 2021. Our profitable and sustainable growth has happened through innovation. All of us must take pride in the fact that India is a fast-growing economy and that the world looks at our country not only as a huge market but as a potential destination for source. All the stakeholders, including the central and state governments, policymakers and the public and private sector enterprises are working towards accelerating India's growth, infrastructure development into ease of doing business, the introduction of production-linked incentive schemes for various sectors, entry into FTAs with several countries and investments in skill building are some of the major measures being undertaken. While much work still remains to be done, the direction is indeed encouraging. In this context, I would like to highlight the fact that there has always been a direct correlation between the sustained economic growth of the nation and its R&D spend. When countries such as the U.S.A., Germany, Japan, South Korea and China grew, their R&D investments, as a percentage of GDP, also grew. According to the data published by the UNESCO Institute of Statistics, India's R&D expenditure as a percentage of its GDP is estimated at 0.66%. Unfortunately, it has been steadily declining over the past 3 years in comparison to the corresponding figures for Japan, 3.3%; South Korea, 4.8%; Germany, 3.1%; China, 2.2%; U.S.A., 2.8%; Israel, 5%; and Taiwan 3.3%, which are much higher. Ironically, in the case of India, the government spending in R&D is much higher than that of industry. If you look at the number of full-time researchers per million population, the picture is shocking. The data available for 2017 reveals that India has 253 full-time researchers whereas Japan had 5,331; South Korea, 7,980; China, 1,307; Taiwan, 6,380; Israel, 8,342; Germany, 5,212; and U.S.A., 4,412. Even Brazil had 888 full-time researchers per million population. I would like to share one more data. While the number of nonresident patent applications filed in India was approximately 34,000, resident patent applications filed were a little over 16,000 as per the data published for 2018. The corresponding figures for Japan were 60,000 for nonresidents and 254,000 for residents. In South Korea, nonresident patents were approximately 47,000 and resident 1,63,000, while China received 1,48,000 nonresident patent applications and 13,94,000 resident applications. We can look at many other data points. But it is very clear that as a country, we have been ignoring the importance of investments in R&D. It is not just the government but it appears that industry itself did not recognize the potential of R&D and innovation. As India prepares for accelerated economic growth and aspires to position itself as a major sourcing destination for the world, there is growing consensus that substantial investments in R&D innovation are critical. Blue Star believes that there are a couple of compelling reasons why a focus on R&D and innovation is imperative. Scale, must have. There is no doubt that the domestic market is growing. But in terms of market size, India is small compared to China. For example, the domestic market for room air conditioners in India is less than 10% of China's domestic demand. This is the case with every product category. There is no doubt that the domestic demand in India will steadily grow. But in order that we compete with Chinese players in the global arena, you will agree that it is important for us to innovate and offer customized and superior solutions. We need to integrate with global supply chains. Post the pandemic, Europe and the U.S.A. are in a hurry to find partners outside China to derisk their supply chains. And this opportunity is not going to be open for a long time. Custom designing products and solutions for the export markets is a critical success factor that we need. Sustainable and green products and solutions. In terms of energy efficiency as well as global warming potential pertaining to refrigerants and insulation, the air conditioning and refrigeration industry is on a treadmill to find sustainable solutions since regulatory standards across the world are fast becoming stringent. Blue Star has always been ahead of the curve and in its pursuit to be the frontrunner, continues to invest in R&D in terms of expert resources, testing laboratories and partnerships with international agencies. Affordable products, penetration of air conditioning, both in the B2C and the B2B segments, is extremely low in India. For example, in the room air conditioners category, the household penetration is around 7%. More than 90% of the customers are first-time buyers. And the demand from Tier 3, 4 and 5 markets is approximately 65%. The growth driver is the aspirational middle-class consumer whose preference is affordable, functionally superior and reliable products supported by dependable aftersales service from a trusted brand. Therefore, products must be redesigned and also differentiate in order to address the belly of the market. Even in the B2B space, the growth potential offered by the smaller towns is huge. Keeping in mind the applications and user segments such as a shop, showroom, single-screen cinema theater or marriage hall in many smaller towns across the country, it is necessary for us to constantly innovate and introduce affordable products. Component ecosystem. India has been dependent on imported components and raw materials. And post the pandemic, supply chain disruptions and the volatility of prices as well as exchange rate fluctuations have left the company with no choice but to explore alternate vendors. It is pertinent to also note that thanks to the PLI scheme introduced by the Union Government, a new domestic component ecosystem is developing extremely fast. Simultaneously, the company has invested in certain backward integration initiatives. Without a strong R&D organization, adapting to these changes will not be possible. And finally, food security of India and the world. With its wide range of product offerings, Blue Star is a leader in commercial refrigeration and the company has the expertise and domain knowledge for the preservation and life extension of perishables, which includes fruits, vegetables, dairy, processed food, meat, poultry, fish and even flowers. India is a large producer of many fruits and vegetables but the wastage is huge due to improper post-harvest practices. Moreover, our experts are -- our exports are negligible. Even in the case of fish, India has enormous potential to grow exports. Therefore, the development of an integrated cold chain infrastructure continues to be an important focus area for the government as well as other stakeholders. Blue Star will continue to innovate and introduce cold chain solutions that are energy efficient, sustainable, dependable and affordable. We have been steadily increasing our investments in R&D and we will continue to do so. We are perhaps the largest Indian air conditioning and refrigeration player in terms of dedicated resources and investments in R&D. This also includes prototype facilities and state-of-the-art laboratories. We have 12 performance-testing laboratories and 15 reliability and simulation laboratories. 5 of our laboratories are approved and accredited by international agencies such as the American Heating and Refrigeration Institute. 8 of our laboratories are accredited by the government [ of India ]. In fact, we have just set up a large testing facility for chillers at Vada. We've also inaugurated a modern innovation center in Thane. The construction of a global R&D facility is on the anvil in Dadra. We have received 14 patents so far and 30 more are pending approval. I also take pride in the fact that 12% of our R&D engineers are women as on date and our target is to increase this number to 20% by March 2024. As Blue Star embarks on its next phase of growth, we will further strengthen the company's R&D and innovation capabilities. I would like to thank my colleagues on the Board as well as Mr. Ashok M. Advani and Mr. Suneel M. Advani, Chairman Emeriti, for their counsel. And I wish to compliment the executive management and every employee of Blue Star for delivering exceptional results in fiscal '21-'22. I'm grateful to you, dear shareholders, for your continued faith in the company. My best wishes to you all. Sir, have you any plans to split the shares from INR 2 to INR 1 to increase the liquidity and the market capitalization? And what's your future plan for the next 2 to 3 years with CapEx? And how do you face the competition from Voltas, Whirlpool and IFP? And Voltas and the Whirlpool is also planning to launch some commercial refrigerators to use in shopping malls and others. So how you face that competition? Mr. Chairman, our brand ambassador is Virat Kohli. Why are you not bringing more -- another -- from other sports activity a Virat Kohli? Now that females are -- they are doing very well in the sports. So we should consider to make a brand ambassador from our lady hockey or lady cricket team so that in sports -- they will inspire and they will do something. And recently, in the Commonwealth Games, you see the result, how they have done for the nation in the sports. And how do you face the challenge of inflation? The raw material prices has gone up 20% to 30%. So how you face this challenge? And unclaimed dividends before sending it to the Investor Education Protection Fund, send a notice to the shareholders that they can claim their dividends from the company and try to reduce the expenses. executiveI now invite Mr. [ Anil Parekh ] to speak.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholder[Foreign Language] Chairman, before 10 minutes back, our moderator has said that please limit yourself to 2 minutes. I have witnessed since last 1 hour that majority of the speakers are not speaking to the point to the balance sheet. Other than balance sheet, they are speaking festival, these, that, I don't understand. Sir, why you are allowing them to waste our time? I don't understand this kind of things. If you want to allow them, let them speak later. Sir, they are wasting our time. [Foreign Language] I'm very displeased, sir. Chairman, sir, Board of Directors and fellow shareholders. Sir, my name is Anil Parekh, and I'm speaking from Bombay. I hope you all are fine and safe at your respective end under the circumstances. But my next request to you that please have physical meeting next year so that we can meet and greet each other for whatever best you have done for the shareholders and for the company. So I hope you will do that next year. Secondly, I would like to thank our CS team, Rajesh, Sharani Pujari and all other people at CS team for doing excellent job. Several times they have reminded us to attend the meeting and they all facilitated us to join this meeting. I'm thankful to all the CS people. Now sir, coming to balance sheet, I have with me voluminous annual report of around 304 pages. And everything is depicted very well in the balance sheet. So it does not left any questions. But however, for my anxiety, I would like to ask few of the questions. First of all, I would like to congratulate for excellent work done and which you are doing since last so many years. And also, you are rewarding shareholders with a very good dividend. Your dividend policy is excellent, sir. Sir, on Page 5, we have mentioned Atmanirbhar Bharat driven PLI scheme has been availed by Blue Star. So sir, what benefits we have derived from adopting Atmanirbhar Bharat? Sir, also, you have spell out there that your ambitions plan of reaching from INR 6,000 crores turnover to INR 10,000 crores turnover between FY '23 and FY '25. Sir, I truly admire that you will reach this goal very soon, not '25, between '23 and '24. That what I foresee the way we are going ahead, sir. Now on Page 9, sir, our performance is excellent. Our electromechanical projects has also done very well and the unitary products also has done very well. Congratulations for that. Sir, our R&D, the company received 3 new patents in FY '23 and applied for -- approximately 44 more across product categories. Sir, which are they? I would like to understand that and how well this has been received and what is the expenditure we have done for getting patents? Sir, also, I would like to ask you last questions -- 2 questions. Our joint venture company, that is Blue Star Oman Electro Mechanical, where we have exited from the joint venture. So after exit, what benefits we'll get? Because I hope it is a loss-making company or something like that. So give me your views on that. Also, I would like to know expenses on technology upgradation. And last but not the least, our companies -- subsidiary companies, all the subsidiaries companies are doing well except 2 companies that is BSL AC&R and Blue Star Climatech, these 2 companies are making losses. So kindly have your views on that. Other than this, I don't have any questions to ask you. Sir, thank you for patient hearing. I'm supporting all the resolutions very strongly. And I'll always be there at your help, wherever you need our help.
Shailesh Haribhakti

shareholder[Foreign Language] It's a great pleasure to join you. Majority of people have spoken but very few people have spoken on the organization better. All are just praised the secretarial department and the company. So well, there is a long way to go. 74 years is over. Convey my greetings to Suneel and Ashok, the 2 main -- those who brought this company to well standard and a strong foothold. Suneel and one of the [indiscernible] I used to meet at the JN College. So 74 years of operation but growth is mute, sir, INR 6,000 crores only. It should be more than INR 10,000 crores out of the vision and mission. In this regard, how we are linking global footprint, a huge market internationally. What are the investment in the global market apart from India? And what is yield? How we are going to enhance our global market? Because great potentially, huge manpower competent people and sincere hard worker, I acknowledge. And our revenue is only this profit before tax INR 250 crore, INR 168 crores net profit. Should be compared to -- should have 10% profit. It should be around INR 600 crores. It is a locked value or unlocked value, I don't understand. You are the right person to comment how the locked, unlocked value there. And the future growth will come, new product, because everybody is interested in the visit. Certainly this discount coupon is must because 10% to 15% discount if you give to the shareholder, they were eager to give the relatives. I have a shareholder at Blue Star. 10% to 12% will enhance our marketability because we never go Indian -- middle class people. Certainly, we received this coupon, we give to some relatives. They go, they enjoy even East India Hotel, Titan watch, we can go for INR 1,000. We go and buy INR 5,000 watch Titan because of the discount. So look into this because everybody is interested in your AC now. You see the essential included in the [indiscernible]. So a huge market. How we're going to take the market in light of -- value of the investors and high time reward when there is certainly bonus. I will mail the secretary department for further queries.
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveThank you so much.

executiveWe move on to our next speaker shareholder. Ms. Celestine Elizabeth Mascarenhas. [Technical Difficulty] I do think we have a connectivity issue here. We could move on to our next speaker, Ms. Vasudha Vikas Dakwe.
Vasudha Vikas Dakwe
shareholderCan you hear me?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes, we can hear you.
Vasudha Vikas Dakwe
shareholderRespected Chairman, Board of Directors, and my fellow shareholders. Myself Vasudha from Thane. I would like to chorus our Company Secretary for sending me the soft copy of the report already in advance, which is clear and transparent. Most of the speakers have already asked so many questions. I don't want to repeat it again and save your time. Only one question I want to ask. Please look into the matter of unclaimed dividend amount of minority shareholders, which is going to transfer IEPF fund, which is the hard and fast money of the minority shareholders. With this, I support all the resolutions. Thank you very much and wish the company all the best for coming financial years.
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveThank you. Thank you very much. Are any of the previous speakers who were not able to come through available?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes, sir. We have Ms. Celestine Elizabeth Mascarenhas. We are attempting to reconnect with her.
Celestine Elizabeth Mascarenhas
shareholderCan you hear me?
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveYes. Yes.
Celestine Elizabeth Mascarenhas
shareholderNow you're smiling but on the photo you're not smiling. So I was going to ask you what is different. You used to worry about the future, about what is happening in the future? So you must take care of the future. Let the physical meeting come. I will come and tell you, you -- I always have so much faith in you. And future, you should not allow you to be non-future. So I look on you that something good can happen. I'm invested from many years, I am feeling it, what to do. This is what happens. So anyway, Chairman, Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti, first, I agree the Emeritus Chairman, who are all instrumental in bringing such a great company and 75 years, Mr. Ashok M. Advani and Suneel M. Advani, Emeritus. I don't know whether they are also there in the meeting. My greetings to them. Now Chairman, Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti, Vice Chairman and MD, Vir S. Advani -- especially, I cannot forget Mr. B. Thiagarajan. He's always on the national TV, always sort of telling what's sort of happening in the company, whether there was ship shortage, whether there was logistic problem. So he really keep this going. It's very good that in the TV we know everything, what's happened. It's a very good thing. I'm speaking from Mumbai, Ms. CE Mascarenhas. First of all, I thank the Company Secretary, Mr. Rajesh Parte and his team, for sending me the annual report and also registering me as a speaker at my request and giving me this platform, which is definitely the Zoom but we could attend it nicely. Now revenue is -- I come to the annual report, very good, so many pictures. This runs through everything what is happening in the company, the pictures. It was like a metaphor, virtual metaphor. I was looking across the TV, very nice. Sir, now coming to the revenue part, basically PAT is up. Dividend is also very good, INR 10 per share of INR 2. Also, market capitalization is very good. Now it is -- we are coming to the 75th year, I think -- 78th, 75th -- here it is put 74th Annual General Meeting. So I think it is 75th year, which is platinum. So there should be some celebration. So anyway, I leave it to the board how to be celebrated. Anyway, congratulations for all the awards and accolades as given in the report. I also appreciate the CSR work done and also the full ESG initiatives taken. Now my question is have you gone for the rating of the ESG? And if we have gone, who is the rating agency and what is our score? Now my query is, there is quite range of products given in the annual report. But prices of these products are not given. Sir, it would be better the prices. And I would ask any concessions to shareholders will be given? We have -- we are or we have a very realized scheme. How much benefit we will get from the scheme? And have we to build or built already a special plan for availing this PLI scheme? Next question is our plant -- our plants are at Dadra, Himachal, Wada, Ahmedabad, what is the total capacity average of each of these plants? Then next one is how much of manufacturing -- how much of percentage of manufacturing we spend on R&D because R&D will bring all the innovations. Next is our brand ambassador, Virat Kohli, how much we have to spend on his campaigning for our products? Why we could not have our own internal -- some Board members, Shailesh Haribhakti, you would have been a very good brand like or like how Baba Ramdev does for Patanjali products. He himself comes and talks about his products. I think you would have been -- and your smile accepted more than all the hype, which is putting on, [ fully even ]. So anyway, how much we spent on it? Rest, I don't want to because many speakers have spoken and so many meetings at a time, so it has become all clashing. So of course, I'll wait for your answer. I support all the resolutions. I wish my Blue Star all the best in the future and especially good health to you, our members of the Board and our staff, especially who are doing so much of work even in the COVID time. Best of health and best of growth. With this, I thank you. Mr. Mascarenhas will also speak, don't disconnect.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderI'm the next speaker, and I would like to talk to my thoughts on this occasion. So I start my speech. Can I speak, sir?
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveYes, sir. Please go ahead.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderRespected Chairman, very distinguished members of the Board and my fellow shareholders. My name is [ Aloshy Mascarenhas ]. At the outset I thank the management, our Company Secretary and the team for sending me a good balance sheet, full of features, information, data, charts and the working of our company, the financial highlights beautifully given PBT, PAT, very handsome dividend of INR 10 on a face value of INR 2, all-around progress of our company, different types of ACs, coolers, refrigerators of all kinds. Sir, and also 19 countries, we are exporting. Now here, my question is, are we exporting to countries where we get payment in dollar terms? Now if we are getting payment in dollar terms, we stand to gain because dollar appreciates day by day as again the rupee depreciating. So here, I would like to know how much revenue by the foreign exchange we have earned? And we are doing very good share activities. And going forward, what is our future plan road map? And we are 75 years old, so what is the celebration? Any bonus that you think of giving? Any acquisitions also in the pipeline? Now one question that is hurting me most about this company -- about our company is that about demating my shares. I have sent my shares for demat and also, one 7-year-old small share of -- dividend was only INR 4, only INR 4 for which till now they are harassing me saying that your signature is mismatched. Even after giving all the KYC forms, the From SR1, SR2, bank attestation, nomination forms, still, they are saying, "We don't recognize your banker," which is HDFC Bank. They are most recognized bank, which is time, seal and signature of the officer concerned saying that the signature of mine and my wife is verified. In spite of that they say that we have to do the affidavit because the signature -- as per their record, the signature is not tallying with the bank record. Actually, as per SEBI rule it is the banker when it certify has to be taken. Not only that the nominee, my son, his credential KYC is required. What nonsense is this? His photo, his Pan Card, his Aadhar card, his address proof, what SEBI has told that nominees KYC is required. Why you're keeping such intent people's registers? They are out of time. They don't know the SEBI rules. I don't think SEBI is so cruel that to do this. I'm bringing the whole set of papers and I come to your office and show you what type -- and I'm 73 years old. They are harassing me. Please take it up, sir. Board members and all the employees.
Unknown Executive
executiveSo we have 2 speakers who have just joined in, who had registered to speak. So with your permission, we'll try and connect with them. Mr. [ Sarathkumar Gibrath Shah ] and [ Mrs. Surekha Sarathkumar Shah ] have logged in from 1 device and will speak in succession. Over to Mr. Sarathkumar Shah.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderCan you hear me?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes, we can hear you.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderSir, I'm speaking from Seattle, U.S.A. Can you hear me, sir?
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveYes, we can hear you. Yes, go ahead.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderI have got only 2 points, sir. Our company is very old, 74 years old. And Bajaj Electricals is a consumer company and his price is more than ours. And now he started thinking of splitting because the price is high. But our price, we are [indiscernible] our price is not increasing. So my question -- another question is, whether we are going to change our brand ambassador, Virat Kohli, so that our price of shares will increase? That is the only question I got right now.
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveThank you very much.
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderWhenever I come in Mumbai, I will see you in personally in office.
Unknown Executive
executiveIs Ms. Surekha Shah going to speak as well, sir?
Unknown Shareholder
shareholderNo, sir. It's over.
Unknown Executive
executiveOkay. With that, all shareholders who have registered to speak at this AGM have now spoken. And I hand the proceedings back to our Chairman to address the shareholder queries. Over to you, sir.
Shailesh Haribhakti
executiveSo thank you all very much for creating this as one of the most engaged AGMs that Blue Star has had. The common theme running across are congratulations to Rajesh Parte. I will make sure that Rajesh and his team deal with Mr. Mascarenhas's issue on demat shares. We will certainly look at it. But Rajesh and team, full praise for you. The second is the gratitude for the dividend. We acknowledge that and we take that on board. The third theme I saw was that CSR expenditure has been commented on very positively and all the awards we won have been recognized by almost all the shareholders. So thank you very much for that positive feedback. And we will certainly consider a physical or a hybrid meeting next time. So those are the common themes across all questions that were raised today. Now let me answer individual questions of individual shareholders. Smita asked about demat shares. 98.34% of our shares are dematted. Our CSR expense was INR 3.67 crores. Innovation center has about 400 employees and it was started in March 2022. Women employees as a percentage of the total employees is close to 9%. Bimal, we don't give any guidance for the future. It's the only -- we are all engaged in doing our best for all shareholders. And we hope that the results will show you that our efforts are paying off. Prakashini asked about the road map for growth. In the domestic market, we are looking to raise our market share and move to the mass premium market. And in global markets, we are looking at expanding our geographic reach to the Middle East and other geographies as opportunities show up. Our digital future is very bright. Your company has invested significantly in digitalization. And you will be happy to know that we are trying to bring in every new innovation in a very strong IT team that we have in-house. The expenditure that we spent on R&D is 1% of our revenue annually, which is quite a substantial expenditure on R&D. Lekha asked about the Sri City factory. It seems we should be in a position to commence production in November 2022, so not too far away. The market share in room air conditioners is 13.25%. We are still considering what needs to be done in terms of our celebrations for this year and for all other milestones to come. So we will -- you will hear from us as we make our plans and we will communicate them to you. We will certainly look into special discounts for shareholders. We need to bring first the cost of the product down to a level where they've become, as we said, mass premium in a way. Our e-commerce sales are 15% of the total sales. And our dividend policy is very generous, as you have seen this year. But we first make sure that we have sufficient resources to reinvest in our business. And only after that, we think in terms of giving a dividend. Our total exports are USD 50 million. Our CapEx plan for the next 2 years is not absolutely cast in stone. But as it seems today, around INR 200 crores per annum will be spent on backward integration, capacity expansion and in moving towards greater digitalization. In terms of managing the challenge of inflation, we have, of course, tried to reduce our cost and we have attempted to raise prices in a graduated manner. Santosh Kumar talked about rainwater harvesting and single-use plastic. And you will see that we are very conscious of our ESG obligations and we will take your suggestions and recommendations into consideration. In terms of the PLI scheme, we are investing in Sri City and that is the Blue Star Climatech, which somebody asked a question about. The benefits will start once production starts and will last for 5 years. We hope to recover a significant percentage of our investment through the PLI scheme. Our patent expenditure is negligible. They are created during development and design and we have patents in commercial refrigeration and commercial air condition. Our Oman JV is closed and we have fully provided for whatever may be the potential cost of foreclosure. The Singapore subsidiary that holds our Malaysian business was hit by COVID and it will recover in the coming year. Blue Star Climatech is a new company set up for room air conditioning business. Production will start later this year. It will turn profitable in a very short period of time. Our focus, Mr. Kotwani will be on exports as we go forward. So we are fully conscious of the global markets. On unclaimed dividends, we have a sum of INR 36.04 lakhs, which we have had to transfer, which related back to the INR 30.40 lakhs. We have not sought any ESG rating, Mrs. Mascarenhas because we are formulating through our CSR and ESG committee, our net zero commitments and the way that we want to take our ESG commitments forward. So as soon as we have our whole strategic plan in place, we will come back to you on when we will see great. Our prices on all the products are available from our website. So if you need to look at the prices, they are fully transparently available on our website. And as I mentioned earlier, the PLI scheme, our investment is about INR 153 crores and we should get about INR 53 crores as incentive. Our capacity utilization is between 80% and 85%. We -- I'm not clear about the question on Virat Kohli but I can certainly say that we are benefiting significantly from his brand ambassadorship. So we will deal with Mr. Mascarenhas' thing. Mr. Rajesh Parte will deal with it. Our ForEx earned is INR 242.34 crores. And we are -- I think with that, I have answered all your valuable comments and questions, shareholders. I trust that you are satisfied with the comments and answers. The e-voting facility will remain open for the next 30 minutes. Members who have not cast their vote yet are requested to do so. All business as per agenda has been transacted. I therefore declare this meeting has concluded, subject to completion of the e-voting by shareholders present through VC or OAVM. The scrutinizer shall present a consolidated report on remote e-voting and voting in the AGM within 2 working days on the conclusion of the AGM. I therefore authorize Mr. Rajesh Parte, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, to announce the results of voting and submit the voting results to the stock exchanges and the same shall be placed on the website of NSDL, the company. And the said results shall also be displayed at the registered office as well as at the corporate office of the company. I thank you all for attending this meeting. Be safe. Be healthy. Thank you.
