Good afternoon. I'm Marcus Lemonis, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camping World and the Chairman of today's meeting. Very happy to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders being held virtually. Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the other officers of the company who are joining us today. The other members of the Board joining us on the annual meeting webcast are Stephen Adams, Andris Baltins, Brian Cassidy, Mary George, Michael Malone, Dillon Schickli and Brent Moody, who is also our President. In addition, we have Karin Bell, our Chief Financial Officer; and Tamara Ward, our Chief Operating Officer; as well as Matt Wagner, our Executive Vice President. Also present is James Mills of Deloitte & Touche LLP, the company's independent auditor, who is available to respond to appropriate questions via the question-and-answer function on the annual meeting web page. I'd like to call this meeting to order. The meeting will now officially come to order. We will proceed with the formal business of the meeting indicated in the Notice of the Annual Meeting and the company's Proxy Statement. The polls opened today, May 14, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. Central Time for all voting on all matters before the meeting. If you have already not voted and wish to vote, the polls will remain open until we finish presenting the proposals and then close the polls. You do not need to vote during the meeting if you have already voted and do not wish to change your vote. On the virtual meeting web page, you will find the agenda for the meeting. You will also find the rules of conduct for today's meeting. Please review these rules. Note that only stockholders who are logged into the meeting using their 16-digit control number will be able to vote and ask questions during today's meeting. If you'd like to submit a question, you may enter your question in the question-and-answer function on the annual meeting web page. You must include your name and, if applicable, organization with your question. Please limit yourself to 2 questions. The Corporate Secretary will file the proof of mailing of notice of the meeting with the records of the meeting. All stockholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2021 or holders of a valid proxy are entitled to vote at the meeting. A complete list of the holders of record of outstanding shares of the company's common stock on the record date for the meeting is available on your screen if you have logged into the meeting using your 16-digit control number. At this time, I'd like to introduce Charles Zade of American Election Services, LLC, who has been appointed to act as Inspector of the Election at this meeting. Mr. Zade has signed the customary oath of office to execute his duties with strict impartiality. We will file this oath with the records of the meeting. I've been informed that a quorum is present. Therefore, I hereby declare this meeting to be duly constituted for the transaction of business. We will now proceed with the formal business of this meeting. There are 3 proposals to be considered by the stockholders at this meeting. The company recommends that the stockholders vote for each of these proposals. Moody to serve as Class 2 directors of the company for a term of office expiring at the Annual Stockholders Meeting to be held in 2024. The second item of business is the ratification of the Audit Committee's appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of the company for the year ended December 31, 2021. The third item of business is the approval of the following resolution: Resolved, that the company's stockholders approve on an advisory nonbinding basis the compensation of the named executive officers as disclosed in the company's proxy statement for the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders pursuant to the compensation disclosure rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, including the compensation discussion and analysis, the compensation tables and the narrative discussion. The time is now 1:37 p.m. Central on May 14, 2021 and the polls are now closed for voting. I've received a preliminary report of the Inspector of Election to be kept with the company's records of the annual meeting. Andris A. Baltins and Brent L. Moody have been elected as Class 2 directors. The appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent and registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2021 has been ratified. And the resolution to improve -- the resolution to approve on an advisory nonbinding basis the compensation of Camping World's named executive officers has also been approved. The final tally of the votes will be published within 4 business days in a current report on Form 8-K to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This meeting is now adjourned.
