So without further ado, I will pass this over to Joe Conway, the Chairman of the Board.

The next item of business at this meeting is to reappoint the auditors of the corporation for the ensuing year and to authorize the Board of Directors of the company to fix their remuneration. May I have a motion with respect to the approval of the following resolution: be it resolved that Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, be reappointed as the auditors of the corporation to hold office until the close of the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders?

Larry Phillips
executiveThank you, Mr. Chairman. And to those who have been able to attend today. Obviously this is unusual circumstance through the COVID requirements. So we are managing to complete the corporate requirements here. We have not gone to the expense to prepare a video and a full presentation of the company. We have taken the time over the last 2, 3 weeks to complete extensive consultation, presentation and updates to almost all of our shareholders that we could reach. And there's nothing substantive to add to those presentations, so for today, I want to express some appreciation and acknowledgment: first, to our Chairman, for his outstanding recitation of the necessary business of the meeting; and to our Board of Directors. I've said before, and it continues to be the case, we function really as a group management team. And the advice, direction and suggestion from our Board to our management team is an important part of being able to move the company forward and to do it in a way that's efficient and -- time efficient and cost efficient. The management team that works with me and, again I've said before, through this circumstance of remote communication, devising ways to complete necessary steps, disclosure, reporting. And communication requires experience and ingenuity, and we're fortunate that our team has it individually and as a group and has been able to function through this time. I guess, in -- I guess the most important team that I really need to acknowledge is our team on the ground in Mali. That's where the essential work is being done. Again, as I've said before, there's no value being created in a boardroom or an office. It's at the end of the drill bit and with a bag held by a geologist, led by a capable team. So Dr. Madani Diallo, our Malian specialist; and his team of experienced geologists have managed to work effectively in a timely way; cost effectively; and most importantly, safely. They've managed the COVID challenge without any health impact on our team, which we should take great comfort in and they should be very proud of. Lastly, to our shareholders, the support, inputs, feedback from our shareholders throughout the year. It's been a year of Zoom calls and telephone calls; some face-to-face meetings, I have to say, often in an outdoor setting, be it a golf course or a walking trail, but understanding what we're doing is important for shareholders. And how our shareholders are understanding what we're doing is essential for us, and so we're grateful for people taking that time. We've laid out what we believe is an exciting plan to move the company forward in a very significant way for the last half of this year. The team is ready to execute on that plan. As we speak, drilling is continuing based on the funds and the plan that was set out at the beginning of this year, so there's no pause or gap. And we are looking forward to the same sort of exciting results being brought to our shareholders; and the value to be created from the drilling at the Tarabala trend, on 3 very exciting targets that have been identified already by Dr. Diallo. Sandy Archibald as well, I should acknowledge in terms of his partnership in the preparation and managing and strategizing of our exploration work. So having said that, I will just add my wish that everyone enjoys a safe holiday weekend, for the Canadian folks, coming up. As always, myself and Sandy, the rest of the team, we're available by telephone and e-mail, so if there are questions that shareholders have that are on the call that they'd like to have addressed, please don't hesitate to just reach out. And happy to speak with folks directly and individually. So with that, I'll thank James Brown for hosting us here with -- we do have an in-person setting with four of us in 1 room, which is probably...

attendeeA new record.
Larry Phillips
executiveA big -- a new record, yes. So thank you, and everyone have a good evening.
