And today, we are presenting on the financial statements, audited financial statements for the year ended 2025. And let's -- we will share our screen for the financial results. Here on the screen, we are presenting our -- a brief introduction of the company. Dhofar Beverage and Food Stuff Company SAOG is an Omani stock -- joint stock company registered in Sultanate in June 17, 1979, under the commercial registration number, and the company operates in the business segment of canning, bottling and distribution of mineral water, soft drinks, trading in the related products in the Sultanate. Dhofar Beverages Company is 100% owned by Omani nationals. The shareholding pattern of the company at December 31, 2025, was as follows: Our major shareholders are the Dhofar International Development and Investment SAOG, and they hold 25% of the shares of the company. And the second major shareholder is the Economic Enterprise for Trade & Contracting Company (sic) [ Economic Organisation for Trade & Contracting Company ], and they hold 14.21% of the total shares. And the third one is the Dhofar Foods & Investment Company, and they hold 10.45%. And the fourth one is the Global Omani Investment Company SAOG (sic) [ Global Omani Development & Investment Company SAOG ]. They hold 10.05%. When we say about the financial performance of the company, during 2025, the revenue achieved by the company during 2025 was OMR 4.653 million. There was a slight decrease due to some competition and other factors in the market, and there was around OMR 106,000. In percentage, that is 2.29% in comparison for the previous year 2024, which amounted to OMR 4.76 million. And the gross profit for the year ended was OMR 1.697 million against the last year OMR 1.845 million. And the company incurred an operational loss, OMR 133,000 as compared to the last year operating profit of OMR 10,900 (sic) [ OMR 109,000 ]. The fair market value of the investment, which the company made during the year 2025 stands at OMR 450,000 as compared to last year OMR 298,000. And the company's investment income for the year 2025 was raised and it became OMR 183,000 as compared to the last year OMR 169,000, and there was a slight margin. But the company registered a net loss of OMR 290,000 against a net loss of OMR 17,000 as compared to 2024. Dhofar Beverage is also operating in the export segment, and we are exporting to Yemen and Dubai also. When we talk about the segment-wise operations and revenues here on the screen can be seen. And within Oman, our revenue was OMR 4.513 million. When compared to 2024, that was OMR 4.590 million. And when we talk about our exports to Yemen and other countries, that was OMR 140,000 as compared to the last year, OMR 169,000. And the profits also increased during 2025 for the export segment, that is OMR 48,974. Here also the key financial details of the company. The total assets increased to OMR 6.3 million as compared to OMR 5.6 million. This change is for the ongoing can line project of the company, which is around about OMR 700,000 total CapEx. And the total liabilities OMR 3.7 million as compared to OMR 2.773 million for the last year. And this increase is due to also the term loans which increased for the company through banks. And the net asset per share decreased as the company incurred an operational loss during the year. This is as far as for the financial side of the company.
