executiveThank you, and welcome, everyone, to something awesome you're going to see today. So Digikore as you all know, is a technology-first visual effects and post-production and production company. We believe that innovation and technology and people who are actually leading in innovation and technology are going to be the winners of the future. Companies that are following traditional norms of business will be left behind sooner or later, and that is why we have heavily invested in R&D. Well, what that has got us to, that has got us to creating India's first AI-generated music platform. This is an opportunity like no other. Music is a large industry, part of the entertainment industry. And not only part of the entertainment industry, what is also very big in music today is what we call as AI user-generated content, so AIGC, AI-generated content, which is millions of individuals all over the world who are posting content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and all of these platforms, and they all add music to their stories, to their videos that they upload out there. So what we are trying to do is we are disrupting. We're actually disrupting multibillion-dollar industry to this platform. The music industry will never be the same again. Once you see this, and what I'm going to show you is actually going to make you believe what I'm saying because we are not talking here. We actually created it. I'm showing you a live demo. We were planning to launch this platform by today or tomorrow, but yes, we had a DDoS attack on our website 2 days ago. So we're just working on some nuts and bolts to tighten up the security. Also, the payment gateway which needs that to be done. So I'm assuming it's going to take us maybe a week, 10 days to get this platform up and running. In the meanwhile, what the model -- our business model for this platform is twofold. One is as a master distributor where we are creating franchises of our platform. We've already received over 40 franchise inquiries. Each of them ready to invest INR 10 lakhs in the platform. And second is obviously direct to retail, which is B2C. And our direct-to-retail market is 800-plus crores people worldwide. You can imagine the sheer volume that this platform has. Technology is changing the way for every industry, and it is -- we are among the leaders in the world to change it for music. Without me wasting much time, I'm going to now take you and show you something you've never seen before. And then we can speak more about the possibilities and what are the opportunities of the platform because once you see it, you'll be in a better position to also understand what this is about. I'm going to quickly share my screen and take you to the platform. I'm assuming my screen is visible?

executiveGreat. There you go. The platform is called imadeasong.com. The whole idea is to change the way people are into personalized gifting -- personalized gifts. When you -- there are so many times when you want to give a message to somebody. It could be your mother, your father, your children, your loved ones, your girlfriend. You want to propose to someone. You want to say thank you to your friends. It's been very difficult to put it in words. But now what we say is, say it with a song. And it just changes the whole emotions and the message that you want to get across to those people. So it's simple, create a song for any occasion or celebration in under 5 minutes. We say 5 minutes, but it actually takes less than a minute once you get used to the platform or probably 30 seconds, you can actually create that. We've tried to create a very international looking and international feel website so that people from all over the world are able to use the platform, create songs for birthday celebrations, weddings and mother's day, loved ones, anything. Anything you can create a song. And the beauty is we have been able to crack languages. We can create songs in any language in the world. And especially in India, we are able to create songs in Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Oriya, English, obviously and any language. So that opens up a huge market for us because India is a language-driven market, and we didn't want to do something which is just English, which is very easy. Simple plans that we have. You can create up to 4 songs for free. People want -- we want people to come to the platform, create their song. We want them to listen to what they have created before they actually pay for it. We don't want to take people's money and then tell them, hey, now if you didn't like the song, bad luck. We want to be fair to people so that you can -- anybody can create -- once we launch, anybody can create an account for free, no credit card required. Log in, create your 4 free songs, listen to them, and if you want to download any of them, then you are -- then you have to take a plan which starts at INR 399 and you can create 10 songs, which is less than INR 40 a song. It is one of the cheapest and most effective gifting -- gifts that you can give to anybody. In the free song thing. Yes, we understand that India works in jugaad. Anybody can probably create a song and they can record it on their mobile and they don't need us, no. We have stock out there as well. So where were song is created in the free song there, after every 10 or 15 seconds, there will be, this song was created on imadeasong.com. So obviously, nobody wants to give that song to someone else, and they have to pay for it to purchase it. So we're taking certain checks to ensure that there is no piracy or there is no unfair use of a platform. And anybody who wants to use our platform and with giving due respect to all the hard work that has gone in, they need to pay. And payment is very little. It's INR 399 for 10 songs and then you have various plans going up to 3,999 for 100 songs. We did not want to keep the subscription base because people in India in general fear subscription. The minute you talk subscription, they think [Foreign Language]. So keeping the Indians in mind, we've got 10 songs, 1-month validity, 20 songs, 3, 2 months validity, 50 songs, 3 months validity and 100 songs, 6 months validity. We've kept it validity based, so people don't need to fear that their credit card or debit card or GPay will be charged again. So we don't have any angry customers at the end of it. Now starts the magic. Let me just sign in, and I want to sign the demo account that we've created. I've always believed everything in the world starts with [Foreign Language]. We all have high levels of emotions and feelings towards our mothers. And so I'm going to start this demo with a song dedicated to a mother. So let's say, I'm going to create a slow song in Hindi, okay, because yes, I think Hindi is one of the things. So obviously, we have thank you mother. We have -- and I'm going to explain this, actually yes, so to make it simple, songs are created on prompting. What we realize is that the average person does not understand how to prompt well. So we made it now so simple that a 3-year-old child can come out here. We've made drop-downs for everything that they can choose, the style of music that they want, so like I'm choosing a slow song. I think you can choose -- we've put few languages, right now we're adding more languages, by the time we launch, we'll have around 7, 8 more languages. I'm choosing Hindi. I want the song in Hindi. So if we look at the various occasions we have right now out there, we have wedding, anniversary birthday, proposal. Thank you. Thank you, mother. Thank you, father. Thank you, son. Thank you, daughter. Thank you, boss, thank you, teacher and express love. You can express love to anyone. So we're going to now first one that we create, like I said, thank you, mother because that is, I think everything starts from there. Mother, obviously, it has to be heartfelt emotions. So I'm going to put an emotion of heartfelt out here. And let's just say female voice because, again, male is easy to create. Female voice is not difficult, but we've crack that. And once we click -- once I click this button, in 30 seconds, AI is going to generate magic for you. What you're going to see is a Bollywood level song created in AI, no human intervention, and you will not believe when you hear the song. [Presentation]

The voice, the vocals, the musical instruments, everything has been created using our proprietary AI platform. This is nothing short of magic. Let's again create another song. Let's try Gujarati because there could be lot of -- are there any Gujarati in the house, I don't know but yes, there aren't, well, you might just enjoy the music rather than listen to lyrics. So Gujarati, okay, let's do birthday. Again because that's going to be another very important occasion. Let's change the instrument. Let's create it for a wedding, maybe -- sorry, let's create it -- okay, let’s see a slow song, let's create a fast song rather than we had 2 slow songs. We're going to create that in English. We are going to go into wedding. Let's try -- okay, let's try flute. You can keep making any changes. By the way, whatever you choose out here, it's going to make a song based on that. It's not going to -- obviously, wedding here is a little bit joyful. We don't want that to be sad. And let's try male voice again. There you go. Any permutations, any combinations you give, any mood that you give is going to give you a song in that. 30 seconds. It takes 30 seconds to create the song, to write the lyrics and create the song. executiveThe last one I'm going to show you is, we are base in -- I'm based in Pune. So obviously, Marathi is very important. A large portion of our user going to be Maharashtrian, I'm assuming because Maharashtrian love to convey their love and feelings to everyone. So again, I'm going to create now a slow song in Marathi. Let's do, let's do birthday. Let's so birthday, let's change the new instrument into something which we've not done. Probably, we're going to do piano. Okay, let's make it birthday for somebody that you want to make sentimental and let's make this a female voice. There are other few additions. Once I'm done with the demo, I'm going to speak about that as well to make it, how do I make this more personalized. [Presentation]

executiveAll right. So enough of the demo side of it. So what do we do? Once we create the song and Phase I once we launch, we're going to let people not only create this song, but once you've create the song, let's say, you've created a birthday song for someone, you upload 10 images or 8 to 10 images or 15 images or however many images you want of the person alone, whose got birthday it is, or you along with them. And we merged that whole thing into a video. So we give you the song with a slide show of those images, make a video, which you can share to that person. We're going to bring a lot of tears, a lot of joy, a lot of happiness, a lot of warmth and spreading a lot of love through this platform. That is Phase 1. Phase 2 is you will be able to upload image of yourself if you want to propose this to someone just a static image, and you will be singing the song with your lip movements. Do you want to make a proposal song for someone, it will be you who will be doing it. And Phase 3 is taking this to the next level, which hopefully by December, end of mid-January launch, where you will be, we will make you speak 1 minute of text, we will train your voice. That takes around 3 hours to train it. Your voice is then in your dashboard. Whatever songs you create, 95% match to your voice, it's actually as if you have sung the song. And that is going to be a game changer as well. So what you've seen out here friends is something unique. I'm sure you've never seen something like this before. Me, I'm very excited. The world is our market. Our plans are not very expensive. We don't even know what numbers they are going to do because when somebody in the team says, sir, we're going to get 1 lakh download, somebody says, it's going to get 1 crore download. So I said, let it just happen because those numbers suddenly seem very big. Yes, I do hope we get 1 crore downloads and 1 crore viewers. Our platform is currently able to handle 25 lakh music songs a day currently. That is where we are. And I hope we need to increase that limit because then that is going to be crazy for the company. But as on today, our server, we are on very secure AWS servers. We are able to handle 25 lakhs songs generations a day currently. We are very excited, and I hope you are too. executiveSo I'll tell you what -- I'll tell you how AI works. AI is a baby, right? Now we can -- AI cannot think beyond what we fed that baby. As we continue to feed the baby, the number of variations for that 1 song will start getting multifold. Right now, we are not at too many numbers of variations. So today, as an example, hypothetically, if 1 lakh people across India or across the world give exactly the same prompt, there is a good chance they may get the similar output, they may get. As we progress and within the next 3 to 4 months because we are feeding and we are training our models, AI is about model training. And that's a crazy resource, high resource utilization job. We are using literally supercomputers at our end and online and various platforms to just train these models and create various -- because you can imagine, I want to create, let's say, 1 lakh versions of 1 song, the amount of training you have to do to that AI. As we progress, the probability will reduce, but yes, over the next month or 2, there is a possibility that some people may have the same song. But in our terms and conditions, we clearly mentioned this is not for commercial use currently. You cannot take our song and put it up on YouTube an monetize it and all of that. This is for personalized. We talk about -- our songs are for personalized gifting. You are going to send this to your mother or father or girlfriend or wife or whomever you want. Initially, in the first 3 to 4 months, there could be chance that 2 people have the same song.

attendeeAnd second thing, how much money do you think you are going to spend over advertising this new product? Any estimate or any budgets you've already created? And what are the platforms you're going to advertise it?

executiveWe are starting this platform with a one-of-a-kind unique viral campaign, which will start off probably on the 8th or 10th of December. It is a good chance that campaign may become extremely, extremely viral and well, we may have a few lakh visitors coming on our website automatically, even if we don't, we've already set up back-end campaigns already on marketing on primarily Google, Facebook, Instagram. We have a very robust digital marketing team. We are doing metrics of ROAS, which is revenue on ad spend, ROI, lifetime value of customer and all these metrics. And so basically, a healthy ROAS for any advertising campaign is around INR 4 to INR 5 at least for every INR 1 that I spend I should INR 4 to INR 5 of revenue from that. Because of the platform and because of its genuinity that we have, our digital marketing team believes that we can hit an ROAS of INR 10 very easily on this, which is completely amazing.

executiveWell, that's something which I cannot talk about right now, unfortunately. It's healthy, but yes, I cannot talk about that right now.

executiveI'm sorry, I forgot about that. But yes, by mid-January, that will also be possible where you will be able to add the name of the person as well, not currently. Right now, we are launching this in its form. And by mid-January or in January latest, you will be able to actually mentioned the person's name. So you can say happy Birthday, Shikhar and the song will mention your name Shikhar in that. But that's going to take us a month, 1.5 months because the model training for that is going on.

executiveI just showed you the plans, right? So we have a INR 399 -- the starting plan is INR 399 per 10 songs, and then you have -- just one minute. I just going to see the plans myself.

executiveNo, no. So the 10 songs is 1-month validity. We have a 20-song pack, which is INR 749, which has a 2-month validity. We have a 50-song pack of INR 1,799, which has a 3-month validity and we have 100 songs pack of INR 3,999, which has a 6-month validity. See, we have to keep a validity, right? Otherwise, that customer will just spend INR 399 and for the rest of the life, we will -- see the whole idea about any campaign, any advertising is lifetime value. When a customer uses a service, we should be able to get repeat revenue from the customer. That is very important. And when a customer has unlimited validity. Anything in the world today, if you take even a mobile plan it has validity. Forget mobile plan, if you take even a points of mileage program, it has a validity of points expire. So nothing can be lifetime now.

executiveYes. So Shikhar, let's say, you created a song. You created a song, you put a male voice and you like the song. So what you have to do onetime is that there will be a 1-minute audio script that we will put up on the platform. You will just, on your phone or on your computer or wherever, any basic -- you don't need to go to a professional recording studio for that. Any device that you have, you will read the script in your normal voice tone as you would. We are then taking your voice, training your voice, training your voice model that will take us around 3 to 4 hours. That's a onetime fee that we take. And once that is there, kept -- fed into your account and kept into your account. Every time you create a song, you can choose whatever song you like and then say, okay, make this in my voice now and you will actually get that song, music and everything but your voice, as if you are the singer. Another amazing application that we've actually -- we've been doing some market feedback a lot, we've being doing market feedback. So certain applications, we never thought off. And a lot of people are -- thousands and thousands of people are [indiscernible] and musicians -- Shikhar, you are breaking.

executiveA completely different song with completely different lyrics because that is what AI is about. It's not in our control.

executivePradeep-ji, any living person in the world is a customer for our platform. Today, you want to dedicate a song to your children or your mother or father a wife or a boss or teacher, anybody, right? Everybody has relationships in the world.

executiveYou'll purchase the 10-song pack. That's fine. No problem. The 50-song pack and 100-song pack is I tell you, as an example. So one of the very large markets and because of the feedback that we got, there are lakhs of musicians across India. So -- I didn't speak about stem separation part about that platform. What you can do is once you generate this music, now this music is not copyrighted by anyone because there is no Tips or T-Series or anyone who owns this music, it is generated by our AI platform. So nobody can say that, I want copyright on this music. So let's say you're a singer in a band and you want to start creating your own -- what you will be doing so far. You've been actually creating covers, what we call covers [Foreign Language]. Now what you can do is you can create a song out here by stem separation on the platform itself. You can separate out the vocals out of the song that's been created, and you can sing it out yourself and that becomes your original song. Imagine the lakhs of singers across the world will now be able to create original songs of their own within -- because the biggest problem for them is creating lyrics and write and composing the music. We are doing this for them. All they do -- now need to do is sing it out. Not only that, even, let's say, people who are into -- let's say, DJs. DJs have a huge restriction on paying Bollywood songs at night clubs. Now they can compose their own music. They can play their own songs. So even the professionals -- so the larger packs are mainly for professionals. For individuals, it is a small pack of INR 399.

executiveI do think and we do think as a business that there is going to be tremendous traction. In fact, I created a song for someone in my office, her sister was getting married, and she said, okay, now let's create this song. And I created the song and she's not somebody very senior, mid-level, her sister was getting married. So I created a song, wedding song for her. I said, how much would you pay for this? She said how much do you want? I said, INR 1,000. She said, give it to me now. I said, I just want to test the pricing. People once, you create a song for somebody's special and they like that song, they will pay anything. But we've kept at INR 399 because we don't want to loot people. I think INR 399 is a fair price, INR 40 per song. We have song generation costs. We've had cost to build this platform.

executiveNo, advertisements is something which is traffic based, and there are too many complications in that. And we believe a service, which is going to benefit the user, they should pay for it. It is as simple as that. Anything free in the world has no value. Unless you don't put your money up to it, you have no value for the service.

executiveI think INR 399 after a lot of market research, we have come to the price point of INR 399. And for 10 songs, I think it's -- we all think in the company, it's a pretty fair price of INR 399 for 10 songs. Because at the end of the day, it's INR 40 a song, and based on our costs and all that we have that, I think that's a very fair price.

executiveThat you will be able to do once we launch the version where you are able to add the name because there apart from Dropbox, you will be able to prompt it yourself. So instead of just choosing the parameters like Hindi or Bollywood and like Dropbox, out there, you will then be able to add a prompt, create the song from your prompt. So let's say, your sisters name is Manisha. You can actually say, create a Hindi song in Manisha for her wedding, wishing her all the best. We've had some great moments together. I remember the time in Lonavala we spent together and we have so much fun. You can actually create that into prompt and that is when we launch with the name feature, whatever way you can prompt it out. And then you will be able to add emotional moments or celebratory moments you've had with the person as well, and that will be then included in the lyrics also.

executiveChatGPT is only text. It can give you answers. We are the first platform in India who can generate a song and nobody else is there. You can try out any of the platform in India, there's nobody else.

executiveWell, our technology team is fully in-house, completely in-house. We have R&D team, we have AI coders, ML coders, everything. So this whole thing has been built in-house. There's no outside, it's secured.

attendeeSo there are so many companies in the AI in the world right now basically being there? So why is that your, basically, this platform is unique? Or basically, this is the technology basically which is unique in a way?

executiveSee, we are the first to create it. That's why we are unique. There will be 10, 20, 30 more, but the market is 800 crore people each creating -- if I were to even assume 10 songs a year that 8,000 crores songs to be created potentially, when there's scope for 100, 200 more players in this. So we are the first, that we'll enjoy the first-mover advantage at least until somebody else comes up with it. This is not something which nobody -- others can't create. There's nothing that we are -- nobody apart from Digikore can create this. We thought about this first, we created this first, and we will enjoy the first-mover advantage.

executiveNo copyright violation. Our models have been trained in such a way that there is no copyright. You will not find the same -- see the tune, it's subjective. Even within Bollywood you will find 2 songs that sound similar, but that does not mean [Foreign Language]. How many tunes can you come out with? How many different lyrics can you come up with? There's always going to be something which is not taken from there. But by default, it has gone in there. So when you want to create love song, you can't have like 100 billion versions of a love song. There are only so many versions you can create. Even if in Bollywood creates or Hollywood creates, you will always find songs, [Foreign Language] feels like that, but that's music. You can't do anything about that.

Each and every person across every segment of society, across every culture, across every religion, across every age is a potential user. Humans have feelings. Feelings is a human in-built thing. Anybody who has feelings is going to use this platform.

So there is nothing that we think is missing currently or which will not be added in the next 2 to 3 months' time to make this platform a global rage, this is going to become a global rage because, like I said, you can create a song, forget the Indian regional languages, you can create a song in Japanese, French, Spanish, German, any Italian, any language that you can think off a song can be created. executiveWe have rock solid marketing strategy. The team has been working on the strategy for more than a month now. You will get to see that. Like I said, we have a twofold distribution strategy. One is through distributors, in fact, any of you want to become a distributor, you can create this platform in your domain, in your name, everything is yours, we just power up your back end, you just buy -- you just purchased the song generation credits from us. So we are doing that. We have a plan to create 1,000-plus such distributors/franchises/resellers all over the world, and which is possible because everybody wants to start a business, they want to start the business in AI. The investment is INR 10 lakh, nothing potential to generate INR 4 lakh to INR 5 lakh a month, fabulous. So we're getting tremendous response for the distributor inquiries. There also at the end of the day, we make our revenue from -- for every song, they generate, they pay us a fee to generate a song for them, tremendous opportunity. See, because how much of our marketing we may do by ourselves, it's impossible to reach the world quickly. And that's why people go for franchisees. That's why McDonald's is franchised. That's why Burger King is franchised. That's why Domino's has franchisees. So these are considered, you can say franchises of ours with their own branding. So you may create a portal of your own, let's say, lovelysong.com, and we power the whole thing with our back end. All you do is create the portal and go and do the marketing and advertise digital marketing yourselves, that's the only thing you do, and you can earn tremendous revenue. So that's one side of the story where our goal is to create 1,000 such resellers over the next 12 months' time and obviously, direct customers by itself. We're launching with an insanely amazing viral campaign, which is going to start on WhatsApp latest by 10th December, hopefully. And after that, we have a rock-solid plan for digital marketing from -- on Instagram, Facebook and Google, which are the primary drivers of traffic for our website. We've already created several audiences and several copies and we have a very solid digital marketing team in-house, which we've been using for all our other digital marketing activities. So yes, be assured that we are going to leave no stone unturned to generate maximum revenue from this as quickly as possible.

executiveNo, 10 songs is for every song that you generate. So once you generate a song, it is counted as a credit. You can generate 10 songs, maybe you may want to download 1, 2 or 3 or 4 that you like for every generation. Because for every generation, we have a cost that are server costs, there are so many costs that are involved. So it's not that I can let a person keep doing unlimited generation. So today, let's say, if I allow unlimited generations, a person generates in the INR 399-plan, let's say, 200 songs and download only 1 song, I will be in a loss because I have spent the generation cost for 200 songs. So we allow 10 songs generation. If you like all 10, you can download all 10. Whatever you don't like, it will remain in your dashboard. Let's say you like 5 out of those 10, you can download 5 out of those 10.

executiveThere is a good chance that the same song will not come, at least in the initial -- sorry, in the initial 2 to 3 months till we are expanding our model training to insane levels, there may be a chance where the same song may come. Not that if you do it and then within 3 times of doing the same thing, you'll get it, maybe after some 30,000, 40,000 times, you'll probably get the same song. But as we continue to train our models that we are trying to take a probability to 1 in a million or 1 in 5 million or 1 in 10 million as we progress.

We will launch that once we have our prompt based model ready where people can prompt. So mid-Jan, in Jan is when we plan to take this into other countries. India is a mass market by itself. We're talking of 140 crore people even at a very conservative level, 10 crores to 20 crores, people can afford an INR 399. So the market in India is insane by itself. Let us first look at home market, and then we can grow worldwide.

executiveMost songs are typically 3 minutes long, which is average length of an average song. You can't have a song which is 10 minutes long, so we keep it between 2-minute 45 to 3 minutes, which is a good decent amount of time for a song.

executiveI don't remember that, but see this is AI at the end of the day. AI is not perfect. As we train it more and more and more, it's going to get more and more perfect. AI is today a 6-month old baby. As the baby grows and I give the baby more and more knowledge and as the baby from 6 months become 5 years old, they get obviously the 5 years is not a 5-year period, but in our case, probably 5 weeks or 10 weeks because we train them so fast. So as we train the baby more and more and baby from 5 years becomes 10 years to 20 years, or 25 years, they get wiser and they start giving out better outputs.

Because I remember very clearly, ChatGPT had this issue, where one of its AI voices called Sky, it was very similar to Scarlett Johansson. And Scarlett Johansson had accused OpenAI of copying her voice. So how do you ensure to some extent, while I can understand that there is a subjective element to voice in itself, but how do you ensure that it's not roughly matching out to some celebrity?

executiveSo Rohan, if there are 8 billion people in the world, there are 8 billion voices. Voices are only a few hundred when you look at modulations and we've done full research on that, when you look at modulation, pitch and all of that, there are only a few hundred types of voices in the world. You will find at least 1,000 or 5,000 or maybe 20,000 people having a similar voice like yours and mine for that matter. The pitch and all becomes a little changed here and there, obviously. While AI randomly picks up in mixes and mashes several voices to make it 1 voice, there is a good chance that voice may sound like someone, but that has not been done intentionally. When I'm creating, let's say, 1 million songs or 2 million or 100 million in a month, there is a good chance that voice that comes out, it's going to sound like someone, but that has not been done intentionally to copy. That has been done because I picked up 20 voices. I mixed them up, my own versions put 20% weightage to somebody and 2% weightage to somebody and 4% weightage to somebody. So that I tried to get a unique voice. But that unique voice may be close to someone which is in nobody's control, unfortunately, but it wasn't copied. It wasn't that I took the person's voice, I train that person's voice, and I've made that so just from that person's voice. That is copyright infringement.

executiveSo the first step is launching the platform where a user, what you just saw, dropped down menu base. What they will be able to do during launch itself is they will be able to upload some images of them or their family or whatever occasion and they will get a video out of it along with the song. So that will come on launch day by itself. Within a week, 10 days, maybe 15 days of launch, they will be able to then upload of photo of themselves and photo will sing out like if I -- if the photo is like this, it will actually, the lip movement will happen and it'll actually seem as if the person is singing that song out. That's going to be the functionality that's added. And after that, we have the functionality of prompt base where you can type in a prompt and put in the name of the person as well, that we are estimating by end Jan for the prompt-based functionality to happen. So these are the things that we are looking at adding. And as we progress, as AI progresses, as we get better in technology, the possibilities are endless out here.
