I was going to just see if with the consent of the meeting of the shareholders present, if there's any objection to Cam forgoing the formalities of the full reading of the script, and we could allow him to abbreviate approvals. Everything is set to pass, which would then allow any questions to be asked at the end of the meeting. Is that okay if I do that, Cam? I imagine.

Okay. Do any shareholders have any objection to dispensing with the formal reading? Because all matters are set to pass, Dora, I know I need to sign a ballot, and I'll do that here very shortly on the share compensation plan. But I wanted to first check to see if any concerns with that.

Sure. Sounds great. Well, thanks, and welcome, everyone, to the Annual General Meeting of Draganfly Inc. My name is Cameron Chell. I'm the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. I will be the Chairman for the meeting today, and thank you, Denis, for all and your team's work for today. And in terms of our agenda today, we'll first address: We've elected and heard no opposition to skipping the formal business portion of the meeting. And so -- but that said, prior to the start of the meeting, if there are no objections, I'll ask Denis Silva, representative of DLA Piper, our external counsel, to act as the recording Secretary and Dora Wang, representative of Endeavor Trust Company, the company's registrar and transfer agent, to act as the scrutineer for the meeting. The "Notice" calling at the meeting, which will hereafter be referred to as the Notice of the Meeting, and other meeting materials were sent on May 19, 2026, to the registered shareholders. The Notice of Meeting and affidavit of mailing, the meeting materials were available for any shareholders to read. Unless there are any objections, I will dispense with the reading of the Notice of the Meeting. And I direct that a copy of the Notice of the Meeting with proof of delivery of the meeting materials be filed with the minutes of this meeting, if you don't mind. Great. So then that being the case, we'll move down to the A, and I'm just -- Denis, if you don't mind, that's apparently that -- here we go. We'll move down to Schedule A. So in view that there...

So in view that there are no shareholders or other persons present, unless there are any objection, I move that the reading of the script be dispensed with and declare all matters set forth, as Denis had talked about earlier, in the Notice of the Meeting and Circular and are approved as provided for in these documents.
