Draganfly Inc. (DPRO) Earnings Call Transcript & Summary
June 18, 2026
What were the key takeaways from Draganfly Inc.'s June 18, 2026 earnings call?
In the Q2 2026 earnings call, Draganfly Inc. (DPRO:CA) did not provide specific financial results or guidance updates, leading to a lack of clarity on revenue and earnings performance for the quarter. The absence of detailed financial metrics may raise concerns among investors regarding the company's transparency and operational performance. Management's focus on procedural matters during the call suggests a potential distraction from critical financial discussions, which could impact investor confidence moving forward.
What topics did Draganfly Inc. cover?
- Lack of Financial Disclosure: The earnings call did not include any financial results or performance metrics, which is unusual for a quarterly update. This omission may lead to investor uncertainty regarding the company's current financial health.
- Procedural Focus: Management spent significant time on procedural aspects of the meeting rather than discussing financial performance or strategic initiatives. This could indicate a lack of preparedness or focus on critical business updates.
- Shareholder Engagement: The call included discussions about shareholder attendance and voting procedures, highlighting a commitment to shareholder engagement. However, the lack of substantive financial discussion may undermine this effort.
- Management's Confidence: Despite the procedural nature of the call, management expressed appreciation for shareholder participation, which could signal a positive outlook on shareholder relations. However, without financial data, this sentiment is difficult to substantiate.
What were Draganfly Inc.'s June 18, 2026 results?
- Revenue: (no revenue reported during the call)
- Earnings Per Share (EPS): (no EPS reported during the call)
- Operating Margin: (no operating margin reported during the call)
- Guidance: (no guidance provided during the call)
The lack of financial information and substantive discussion in the earnings call raises significant concerns for investors regarding Draganfly Inc.'s transparency and operational performance. Denis Silva
ExecutivesHi, everyone. This is Denis Silva. It's 10 a.m. in Vancouver and about to start the AGM. I just wanted to check if Dora from Endeavor is on the line.
Dora Wang
AttendeesI'm on the line and in person at the meeting room.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesExcellent, Dora. Okay, thank you. I see -- Dora, have we taken a call in terms of -- shareholders are present? Or should we do that now?
Dora Wang
AttendeesSo I can look at the name on the list because this is -- my understanding is only in-person shareholder can -- their vote can be counted.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesYes.
Dora Wang
AttendeesYes. So I can check attendance to the -- four here.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesMaybe there doesn't seem like a lot of folks. There are a few shareholders, but just to make sure we have the right list, maybe if we could start with -- maybe just a quick rundown of shareholders on the line. So I think I see David. If you're there --- sorry if I'm pronouncing the name wrong. Is that correct, David? I'll go on to the next individual here. A Khan? Peter Nelson? Roy Del Rosario? Paul Sun is on. Rolly is on. Cam, I see you're logged on. Are you...
Cameron Chell
ExecutivesYes, sir.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesGreat. I was going to just see if with the consent of the meeting of the shareholders present, if there's any objection to Cam forgoing the formalities of the full reading of the script, and we could allow him to abbreviate approvals. Everything is set to pass, which would then allow any questions to be asked at the end of the meeting. Is that okay if I do that, Cam? I imagine.
Cameron Chell
ExecutivesYes, it's good to me.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesOkay. Do any shareholders have any objection to dispensing with the formal reading? Because all matters are set to pass, Dora, I know I need to sign a ballot, and I'll do that here very shortly on the share compensation plan. But I wanted to first check to see if any concerns with that.
Dora Wang
AttendeesYes, of course.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesI'm hearing none. Cam, I think you would just read the first page and half up until quorum and then go to Schedule A, and we can kind of dispense with the formality and see if anyone has any questions for you.
Cameron Chell
ExecutivesSure. Sounds great. Well, thanks, and welcome, everyone, to the Annual General Meeting of Draganfly Inc. My name is Cameron Chell. I'm the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. I will be the Chairman for the meeting today, and thank you, Denis, for all and your team's work for today. And in terms of our agenda today, we'll first address: We've elected and heard no opposition to skipping the formal business portion of the meeting. And so -- but that said, prior to the start of the meeting, if there are no objections, I'll ask Denis Silva, representative of DLA Piper, our external counsel, to act as the recording Secretary and Dora Wang, representative of Endeavor Trust Company, the company's registrar and transfer agent, to act as the scrutineer for the meeting. The "Notice" calling at the meeting, which will hereafter be referred to as the Notice of the Meeting, and other meeting materials were sent on May 19, 2026, to the registered shareholders. The Notice of Meeting and affidavit of mailing, the meeting materials were available for any shareholders to read. Unless there are any objections, I will dispense with the reading of the Notice of the Meeting. And I direct that a copy of the Notice of the Meeting with proof of delivery of the meeting materials be filed with the minutes of this meeting, if you don't mind. Great. So then that being the case, we'll move down to the A, and I'm just -- Denis, if you don't mind, that's apparently that -- here we go. We'll move down to Schedule A. So in view that there...
Denis Silva
ExecutivesIt's on the right, yes.
Cameron Chell
ExecutivesYes. Great. So in view that there are no shareholders or other persons present, unless there are any objection, I move that the reading of the script be dispensed with and declare all matters set forth, as Denis had talked about earlier, in the Notice of the Meeting and Circular and are approved as provided for in these documents. Having heard no opposition, I declare that motion carried. Is there any further business to attend to? There being no further business, I'll now declare that the meeting be terminated. Any discussion? Any opposed? I declare that this meeting is now terminated. Thank you, everyone, for your work and consideration.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesExcellent. Just out of custom, if there's any questions for Cam, we can take them now. Otherwise, we'll break and appreciate everyone logging in and making their votes. It doesn't sound like it, Cam.
Cameron Chell
ExecutivesSounds good. Thank you, Denis. Appreciate it, everything that everybody is doing. Thank you.
Denis Silva
ExecutivesThank you. Thanks, everyone.
