executiveOkay. Great. Well, thank you all again for joining. Just to kind of go over some housekeeping, this is about a 50-minute webinar with about a 10-minute Q&A session at the end. So if you have any questions, please submit them in the Q&A chat box, and we will get to those at the end of the webinar. This webinar is recorded, so you will get the recording and the slide deck presentation at the end with any of the other reference materials that Melissa mentions. We will also be sending out a feedback survey, and we would greatly appreciate if you complete that survey let us know your thoughts, let us know anything else that you would like to see Expeditors offer or things that you would like to know more about EXP.O NOW. And Melissa will be sure to get in touch with you. So without further ado, Melissa?
Melissa Reyna
executiveThank you. Good morning, good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining today's webinar. My name is Melissa Reyna, I'm the Customer Solutions Manager for the West. Based out of San Diego, I've been with the company for 12 years, almost 13. 13 this year, actually. And we will be covering EXP.O NOW today. So here's a quick glimpse of an agenda that we're going to be covering today. So what is EXP.O NOW. We're going to review what you are able to do within our website. Then we're going to actually go to our EXP.O NOW site and go through the track and trace portion of it. We're also going to be covering reporting. We're going to do a transportation -- a very simple transportation report, and we're also going to check out the newly released customs brokerage reports functionality, okay? So hang tight for that. It's going to come towards the -- for the second half of the webinar today. And then we're going to come back to this presentation to cover what other features are going to come out later this year that we're still working on, okay? So let's go ahead and start. So what is EXP.O NOW? So for those of you who have been customers of Expeditors for a little while, I would say, more than 2 or 3 years, you know that we've always had a portal where you can have access to the different applications that we have developed over the course that we've been in business, right? We've been in business over 40 years. We understand how important data and technology is to you guys as well as how important it is to us. So we created a bunch of applications that address -- are meant to address certain challenges that you might have within your supply chain when it comes to retrieving data or analyzing data and managing your supply chain operations. So what we're going to be covering today is one of the applications within the EXP.O NOW suite. We are hoping that we will be doing another set of webinars that are going to cover the other applications that we have on there already. So the first one that we're going to start with is our tracking and tracing and our reporting functionality today. This slide is meant to help you with your most tactical needs from your day-to-day operations. Everyone is -- everyone can benefit from knowing where your shipments are at any time. right? That's the whole point of having visibility is knowing where your freight is at any given point during the life of that shipment. And we see that even in our real lives, right? You order something online and you get it -- at some point, you get an e-mail that says, "here is your tracking number". And what do we do? We click on it. Even though we just received that e-mail maybe a minute ago, we click on it, we open up our browser and the page will say something like labels have been printed or package is on its way to the courier or the carrier that's delivering the freight -- or the shipment for you. It doesn't really say anything, but we still click on it. We know that there's not going to be much information on there, but we still want to see, right? We still want to know what's going on. And maybe a couple of days later, if that package hasn't been delivered, then you might go back and check if you received an e-mail or an alert or if the e-mail that came through tells you that it's been delayed or something like that. And then you go in there again and check, it's still in transit, with an estimated delivery time of maybe another day or the next morning. So it's the same thing in the supply chain world, right? You want to know where your shipments are at any point to understand if you maybe need to make business decisions based on that. So that is the purpose of having this visibility platform available to our customers is to address that most tactical need that you might have within your operations and your day-to-day data needs. So for those of you that responded to the poll and said that you did not have access to EXP.O NOW, we continue to live in these 2 environments because we have our old track and trace portal, our old website, right? It's still available, you can still use it. And now we have this new version that we've been working on adding more features, making it more modern, et cetera. So if you have an EXP.O legacy, let's call it Legacy, the old website, if you have an account there, you are able to jump over to EXP.O NOW, but you have to set up your account, because it's a brand-new website, right? So you're going to click on there and you're going to click sign up. You're going to make sure that you sign up. This is if you are trying this for the very first time. Next time you log in, you're going to go straight to sign in. You're going to use your e-mail address to do that, all right? When you do not have an access or an account to our old website, maybe you're a brand-new customer or maybe you just never had the need to get access to our old portal, but you do now. You want to go in there and click Sign Up. You can self-register. When you do that, you're going to get guest access. You will be able to track shipments, but you will not be able to see everything that I'm going to show you today because you just set up your account. We want to link you to get access, full access to your customers, your account data. So what you're going to do in that case is reach out to your local representative, and we will simply switch on the full access feature so that you can see everything that I'm going to show you today. So just a quick recap. If you have access to the old account, you will be able to get an EXP.O NOW account and both of them will be linked, you will have full access on both. If you never got an account to our old website and you're just using EXP.O NOW for the first time, then you're just going to need to request full access, just reach out to your local representative, and we can take care of that, okay? All right. Very easy, very simple. All right. So what is available within EXP.O NOW? What is it that we're going to show you? What are you going to be able to get out of this? So first of all, 100% of our tracking and tracing functionality has already been migrated. So that means everything that you're going to see today is in the new version, and it was also some of that stuff was also in the old version as well. You're going to be able to track shipments, of course, look up shipments by a house bill number, by container number, by PO number, item number, reference numbers, right, different references. You're going to be able to check status updates. Is the shipment still in transit? Has this arrived? Maybe there's a customs hold, you'll be able to see that. You're going to be able to also download documents related to those shipments. So any documents that you share with us or any documents that we generate on our side, like a house bill of lading or like a POD, you'll be able to see them there. You'll be able to download them. You'll also have access to customs details. If we are acting as your customs broker as well as your freight forwarder, you will be able to see everything that we sent to Customs to clear your freight. Everything that you see on that 7501 document -- form that we submit, you'll be able to see it here. You'll also be able to download a copy of the 7501, along with commercial invoice, certificate of origin or any other documentation from a Customs perspective. You also have access to global data. So depending on the size of your company, we might be handling your shipments in other parts of the world as well, right, not just where you're located at this moment. You may be interested in having visibility to that or maybe you only handle that particular business unit locally, and we can segregate your visibility. So that is completely customizable. We have to change the setup for your account, but we can actually isolate only the activity that you care about, only the stuff that matters to you. That kind of goes hand-in-hand with exception management. Only the shipments that you care about, only the shipments that require your attention. And then from a reporting standpoint, then you are able to run different types of reports. We have transportation reports. We have customs brokerage reports. And then eventually, we're going to see order management and all of our distribution and warehousing reports there as well. The type of reports that you can run are either historical data type of reports. For example, all of the shipments that were booked in the last 30 days or all of the shipments that were delivered in the last 2 months, right? We're looking back at what happened. You need a list of all those shipments that have already been completed. Or from a customs standpoint, maybe you need all of the entries that were filed in the month of January, right? So all those entries have been cleared, that those shipments probably already delivered, hopefully, right, but you want to take a look at those entries. So from a historical standpoint, you are able to do that, too. But then also reports on current activity. right? Everything that's going on right now. All of the shipments that are in transit, all of the shipments that are arriving in the next 2 weeks, shipments that have a book date in the next 5 days, all of those things, not just historical, but also happening in the future can be found or can be included on our report that you are able to run in EXP.O NOW, okay? So this covers a lot of data that you'll have access to. And like I said, the ultimate goal here is that you are able to make decisions based on this. Sometimes we hear from customers that they need to hire a couple more people to be able to receive more containers next week, right? So you're going to make those decisions based on how many shipments you're going to receive next week. Or maybe you need some -- you're committed to some sales contracts, right? So you need to know if the freight is going to get here at the time so that you can still fulfill those contracts or those services that you agreed to conduct, right? So all these things are going to help you make sure that you have the right information at the right time. All right. So now let's go to EXP.O NOW. I'm going to turn off my camera and take you over to our portal. So like I said, this is our EXP.O NOW website. If this is the second time that you're using EXP.O NOW or after the first time, you're going to click here. But this is your very -- this is your very first time doing it, then you're going to click Sign Up, right? You want to create an account with EXP.O NOW. So let's click Sign In. It's going to ask you to enter your e-mail address. You won't need a user name or anything like that anymore. There we go. All right. So upon logging in, you're going to get to the home page. The home page is where you're probably going to live most of the time that you dial in to EXP.O. Let me just go into our demo platform. So this is our home page. This banner right here at the top of the screen gives you access to the other applications or the other functionality that's available. We have our quoting tool. So this is one of the topics that we plan on covering in another webinar. But our quoting tool at this moment allows you to get a quote instantly for airfreight only. So quoting anything under 1,500 kilos that's not hazmat. You'll be able to get door-to-door charges or fees included on that quote, right? Then we have our booking tool, another topic that we plan on covering on an upcoming seminar. This -- at this moment only allows you to book air shipments but we are also working on enabling ocean and domestic services on here as well. Then we have our tracking and then we have reporting. So we're going to start off with tracking, which is the most basic functionality that we have on here. So let's start off with the tracking piece. One of the things that I like about this the most is the fact that you are able to search by more than just one reference number. What do I mean by that? You guys usually speak the purchase order language, right? Someone is going to come in, maybe if you're in logistics, maybe someone from purchasing will come over and say, "Hey, where is this PO number? I'm looking for that PO" or "Has this order come through?" And in some cases, you would have to figure out how to link that PO to a container or to a house bill or to your service provider tracking number. That's not the case with us. As long as that information was included on our -- any of the documents that you shared with us or that was given to us at some point, that information will be entered in the system so that you can use it as a reference, a traceable reference number. That is a PO number, a commercial invoice number. Maybe you have a project number or a sales contract, maybe you have seasonal business that back-to-school stuff or depending on the products that you guys have. You might have a project that only goes on for 3 months, and you want to link all of those shipments to a particular code that is going to be useful for you. So we can totally do that, but then also that becomes a traceable reference. You'll be able to use it to find your shipments on here. So shipments is the option that shows up as default, but we can also enable the search by declaration. This is customs entry declarations. This is what we mean. So if you enable this, then you are able to search using the customs entry number on that 7501. Now there is also another thing to note here. There's a difference between these two because transportation data is only available online for 120 days after the shipment has been completed, all right? 120 days, only 3 months. After that, you won't be able to find it here, but we don't get rid of any data, so we'll be able to give you that information if need be. For customs purposes, you are able to plug in your customs entry number here and still find it up to 5 years after entry date, right? So 5 years for customs data, 120 days for transportation details. right? So if 2 years from now or 3 years from now, you have an audit and Customs is asking you to produce a copy of the 7501 and for some reason, your document retention program that was put in place, failed and you're not able to get a 7501 or the copy for that particular entry. You can come in here as long as you have that customs entry number, the full number, including those dashes, you plug it in here and you'll be able to find documents and all the customs details. For anything else, you can stick to shipments. You can plug in a container number, a PO number, a house bill or whatever reference is important to you. All right. Then we move on to these 2 panels. We have the shipment by status panel and the shipments by location panel. So the first one here is kind of helping you, I guess, manage exceptions, right, focus on what matters. So we have here that there are 6 shipments that are said to be delayed. So this means that at some point, during the life of these 6 shipments, we noticed that there was something going on that is going to prevent us from having the shipment arrive at the time we expected it or have that shipment delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. There's something that is impacting the possibility of that happening when it was supposed to happen, right? So then we mark those shipment as delayed on our site, and that makes those shipments appear in this category. Everything else will show up as on-time, okay? Then once those shipments are completed, once we deliver or in some cases, we don't deliver it to your door for import or for domestic or for exports, we only deliver it to the port. And then upon arrival, we turn over the documents to a broker or maybe to your own transportation company. So whenever those services are completed, our services, then the shipments are going to show up as completed on this category, okay? Then we have this other panel, the shipments by location panel. This is based on where the shipment is as opposed to the life of that shipment. There's -- we first received the booking request, we get an e-mail from you or from your shipper that says, "Hey, I'm going to have 5 pallets going to Houston to this location." So everything that happens before that shipment is confirmed on board, the vessel, the aircraft or the truck, all those shipments are going to show up here. As soon as they're booked, we started the clock on them and you start having visibility to them here. Once those shipments are confirmed on board. We pick them up, we took them to the port or we just took them to the hub and then they are said to be in transit. They're going to move on to the next bucket, the in-transit bucket, right? Once they arrive to the first port of unlading, then they move on to this one, right, At Destination. And then eventually, obviously, they're going to move up over here. So let's click on this one right here. Let's look at shipments in transit. All right. So you get this list of shipments, right? It's going to show you there are 231 shipments displayed as of this morning, right? You get some details on these shipments just to help you identify them. The first one is the Primary Reference number. PO usually takes priority on the list of references that were provided on any given shipment. If we have more than one PO, we can only fit one here, right? But all of the POs will be linked to your shipment and you'll be able to see them in the shipment page. But for display or visual purposes, we can only fit one. So you'll be able to see the first one that we entered in our system as being included as a reference. Then we have our house bill. Usually, this is the house bill or for domestic business we have a tracking number or final number that we gave you. Origin, destination, shipper consignee. Then if I scroll a little bit more then we see current status, if this is on time or delayed. Current status, confirmed on-board and then the ETA that was recorded at the time of booking, right? What I really like about this view that we didn't have in the old version of EXP.O is this filter right here that we added. So especially if you have a ton of shipments shown here, like 231, you might want to filter it even further and just show maybe only the shipments by this shipper, right? So I know that the shipper's name is Friendly Shipping. So I just type in the word friendly, and it's going to show me the only 2 shipments that we have coming from that vendor, right? But you can also do that if you maybe don't remember the PO number or you don't remember the house bill of lading number. Even if you don't remember the whole number, you didn't write it down or anything like that, but maybe you remember that the last 4 characters on that house bill were 80FC, right? That's all you can remember. You plug in those 4 characters and it's going to look through the list of shipments that include those, right, and show you that shipment.. And that also works with the PO. So there's another one there. I only remember that it ended in -088. So I plug that in and it shows me that there is a shipment with that PO number, right? That's super easy and super helpful, especially when you have a ton of shipments on display here, and you didn't write it down or you're looking for one specific one. Another thing that we added is the ability to search for any shipments from almost every single screen that you get to. So this search box is basically the same one that we have on our home page, right? So we go back to our home page, and then let's scroll down a little bit more. We have this map here. Now when we started this project, when we started working on the new version of EXP.O, we did a couple of focus groups where we reached out to our existing customers and asked them for feedback. We asked them, what would you like to see on there? What we're missing? What we should be including? What's not very useful? How can we do a better job at giving you a tool that's going to address most of your needs? So one of the things that a lot of people mentioned was they wanted a map, right? So if you are -- I mean, I'm a very visual person, so I like to see where the shipments are, too. So we added that map because this is kind of like a work in progress type of thing because we do want to show you from a map standpoint where your shipments are or the route that those shipments are going to follow. So there are a couple of challenges when trying to provide you with those details. One, because the map is not usually going to give you real-time data unless you have a GPS device, unless you have a GPS device added to your pallet or added to your box or added to your container. So how can we provide you with that without the need of having a GPS device on it, which is another service that we also provide. We can give you that, too. But without it, how can we give you those details. So we are working on that. I think we've reached a point where we know exactly what needs to be done. So we should see a little bit more about it or see more updates later on this year. But just know that the goal here is to show you on a map where your shipments are. And as those shipments progress, you'll see those dots moving along until it reaches destination or your door, right? Then over here we see what we're working on. And then at the bottom of the page, we see our social media feed and our Expeditors newsflash with information on supply chain related topics, customs details and all that stuff, okay? All right. So let's go back up and click on a shipment right here. So now we're going to go through the shipment page. This is what you're going to get when you track a shipment. This is the particular shipments page that you tracked the details on all those pieces of information that you want to know about that house bill or about that tracking number that you searched for. So the first thing that we see here is a shipment number for the house bill, status, this is on time, origin, destination and the most recent status update, arrived and released by Customs right? Then we have these tabs with even more information. The first one being the details tab. So the first thing that we see within this tab is this shipment time line. You can see it vertically or switch to see in horizontal. This time line was also another thing that we added to give you a visual representation of where your shipment is and what you should be expecting next right? So you know that we received the freight on January 10. And maybe perhaps, let's say, that we were here, but the shipment has not arrived. And you would know that eventually it's going to depart and then we will do the customs clearance, et cetera. And right below that, we have origin, destination, piece, count, weight, et cetera. The next tab is the events tab, right? So the events tab is going to go -- is going to show you the milestones or every single step that we take to process your shipments. So everything gets logged on our side so that you can see it here, too. The purpose is, obviously, to be transparent and give you visibility to everything that happens, but also so that you can be, I guess, noted on everything that happens that could potentially become a risk factor, like an exam at Customs or a process hold, like an FDA hold or something like that. It also allows us doing this -- by doing this, obviously, it allows us to measure against some of these milestones. Overall, at the end of the month, maybe you want to see how long, on average, it takes us between receiving the booking, to picking up the freight, right? So we are able to provide you with those details because we log every step that we take. Some of these events codes or events or status updates are updated manually by our teams and some of them come to us straight from the steamship line, the airline or the truckers. By default, you're going to see the core events, but we can switch that and see all events, which is every single step, right? We can add notes to you if we wanted to let you know something about the shipment. But if you scroll all the way down, you're going to see how we started. And vendor called for booking on Christmas Eve. Okay. Then we have the references tab. Kind of like the same stuff that I touched on at the beginning of the demo. These are all the references that are traceable references. So I can grab any of these and find this shipment, right? We have container numbers. We have a receipt number, that's the name of an individual. Maybe this person is the buyer. Sometimes we capture those things, too. We have a house bill, we have a project number as well and a work order, right? Maybe these details were given to us in the commercial invoice or at the packing [ list ]. Then we have orders. So we always capture the purchase order number if it's included on the commercial invoice. And for those of you who are order management customers, you know that, that gives you visibility at an item level, right? Not just the carton or the pallet or the container level. It's going to tell you exactly what's included on those boxes. So if you are an order management customer, you get to click on this little arrow pointing down, where the PO number is listed and you're going to see the item numbers, the line, the description of the goods and then the quantity that was shipped, right? But again, this is only for order management customers. Everyone else just gets the PO number listed here. Then we have containers. So for ocean shipments, we have the breakdown of all the containers under the same house bill. It shows you the seal number, obviously, packages, weight, volume and then the size of the container right here, right? For LCL, it will also include the container number. For import business, where we also handle the ISF services, where we file the ISF on your behalf or if you use our tool to file it on your own, you will see those details here as well. Then we have the clients. So these are basically the parties involved in this shipment. Vendor and shipper but then also the consignee, right? Then we have declarations. So all of the customs entries that we filed whenever we act as your customs broker, whether it is here in the U.S. or anywhere else in the world, we also capture and save that data in our system so that we can provide it back to you. This one is going to show you U.S. entry details. We have the customs entry number, our file number, the type of entry, declaration date, port of filing, import date and export date. As you noticed, this is a hyperlink. If I click here, this is a page that is going to be available for up to 5 years. This one right here. The one that I showed you before is from a transportation standpoint, right? Because I plugged in the house bill or clicked on the house bill to get to that. And most of them are transportation details. Here, we have customs details. This is what you're going to be able to see up to 5 years after entry date. So summary of that entry, flight, vessel, carrier, total declare value, et cetera. Then we have declaration details. which is pretty similar to the container breakdown. But now we're going to see the breakdown of every single line that we included on that 7501. And you see here, line #1, HTS number, tariff description, country of origin and declared value. If I click on the little arrow next to it, then I see the details on that specific line. We see the PO that it belongs to. We see the duty rate. In this case, it's 0%. We also see the manufacture ID. If there's MPF and HMF and all that stuff, you'll be able to see it too. You can quite on any of these. Example, this one does have a 5.3% duty rate, right? Declared value, $0.15 per unit, PO number, item number and then the line within the 7501. We see containers if this was included in a particular container, events, this will include customs events like entry filed, entry released, if there was a hold, if there was an exam, all that stuff, liquidation date, all those things. References and documents, okay? Let's go back to our shipment page, just to finish it up with the last tab, which is the documents tab. So this is where you will be able to download any of the documents that you either share with us or that we created, such as 7501 or a bill of lading. There's a set of documents that will be available here by default like these ones that are shown on the screen. And then there are other documents like for export, the export clearance, customs clearance, the EI that we file with Customs for your shipments. If we file it on your behalf, then that document can also be made available here. It's not available by default. It is only going to be available to the shipper/USPPI. So if you are the shipper and USPPI that was listed on the documents and the customs clearance, then you are able to get access to that document. You reach out to your local representative, and we'll take care of it. All right. So another thing that I want to show you that I kind of skipped when we started this, is these 2 features right here. Do you see there's a word here subscribe, it's going to click in, so you see how it should look. So the word subscribe is going to be included on all of your shipments, and then we have this little icon next to it. First, let's click on subscribe. What this is going to do is that it's going to make this shipment right here available on my homepage under subscriptions. Maybe you know that you're going to have to track this shipment again in a couple of days just to make sure that it's still on its way, that nothing is going on with it. And you don't want to write it down or maybe you don't have a piece of paper at that moment and you just want to make sure that you come back to it in a couple of days. You subscribe to it, and it will land on your home page until you unsubscribe, right? So you get to choose when you want them to not show up under subscriptions. So you click here, you see how it says unsubscribed. That's how I would make a drop off from that [ reference ]. But then this other icon next to it, when you click on it, this window is going to pop up and it gives you the option of setting up alerts or e-mail notifications for some of these milestones, right? Some of the milestones that any shipment goes through. So by default, it's usually selected confirmed on board and delivery is usually selected, but you can choose any of the other ones if the shipment is still in transit, for example. Any of the milestones that you select means that you will get an e-mail notification whenever these things happen. So in this case, I selected import customs released and shipment arrived and cleared customs as well as delivered. Whenever these things take place, I will be receiving an e-mail message that says shipment so-and-so, piece and weight, basic details on the shipment, and then it will let me know what the status update change was, right? You can add more e-mail addresses to this box. So everyone will get an e-mail at the same time. On our side, we have the ability to set up these alerts for you from an ongoing standpoint, meaning for all of your shipments. So maybe you want to be notified when all of your shipments are delivered. We can do that on our side, so you don't have to do it on every single shipment here. But if this is an urgent shipment or it's very critical that you notify your boss or you notify another group within your organization, perhaps it'd be a good idea to come in here and enter their e-mail addresses and everybody will be notified at the same time. All right. So let's go back to our home page. We see that the shipment is still there. You can choose to not receive those notifications if you want to, but still be subscribed to the shipment straight from your homepage, right? So the tracking and tracing portion of this demo is done. Let's move on to the reporting features. So you click on reporting, it's going to take you to this page. We have standard reports and customized reports. Standard reports are kind of like templates or the options that you have to create a report from scratch. Customized reports are reports that you created and saved, all right? And this is by user. So we don't have access to seeing the customized reports that you've created if you've done so already, right? Only the owner of those reports, which would be who created those reports in EXP.O NOW to begin with. So we have standard and customers. Within the standard reports, we have 3 categories available already. The newly released customs brokerage reports. We have 2 for distribution here already, which are kind of the book ends when we receive freight into our warehouse and when we ship it out. And then we have transportation reports. We have reports that run at a container level. This means each row on that report is going to represent a container. And then we have the shipments report where each row in that Excel spreadsheet will represent a house bill. So if you have multiple containers on each house bill, you might want to run this one instead, unless the stuff that you want to see is just whether it was confirmed on board and it has a arrived, right? Then you can stick to shipments, because they're all going to run at the same time right? Then we have the report results section over here. So here's where you will see any report that we've scheduled for you. By default, the reports are going to be made available here for you to download them. So you would have to log in, come here and download a copy of it. Whether we run those reports or you're receiving those reports or are set to receive those reports daily or weekly or monthly, you know you can come in here and find them here. But if you choose to receive or would you like to receive those reports via e-mail and not have to log in, then what you have to do is come to this page and click on Notifications. There's a little menu that pops up and you have 3 options. Turn off those notifications, meaning you will not receive an e-mail letting you know that, that report is ready for you to download. The second option is to receive that e-mail notification. It's going to include a link that prompts you to open up this page. And then the third option is to actually receive that e-mail with the attachment, which is the easiest thing, right? So depending on how often you're using our site, some people open it up in the morning and just leave it open all day. And maybe the report runs at 3 p.m., they just click on it and they know the report is going to be there. They don't need a notification or maybe you have a ton of reports and you don't want to receive an e-mail every time a report runs, then maybe you choose to turn them off. But if you do want to receive that e-mail with the report attached, then you want to choose the third option. This applies to all of your reports, right? So you won't be able to choose which ones you do receive and which ones you download from here. But it's super important that we know that we do have that option. All right. So let's try to run a shipments report real quick, and then we'll do the customs brokerage one. So you click shipments and then you click to sign. We're going to get to this page right here, and you have 3 options. You have option to choose the filters, add or remove columns and schedule this report even before you run it. So let's stick with filters first. Let me just choose our demo environment here right. And then you won't have to do this because you already have access to your account data. Then we have to use one filter. And this is basically telling the system out of all the data that you guys have for my account, I only want to focus on this stuff. So the easiest thing to do is choose the milestone date filter. So you have an option of basing this report on something that either actually already happened or that is set to happen in the future. For example, we have the actual departure date. So you would want to select this option if you want to know everything that departed in the last 2 weeks or the last month or yesterday. You want to choose estimated departure date if that departure hasn't taken place. So that means everything that's set to depart in the next 6 days, in the next 12 days, in the next 2 weeks, right? And you have that -- that same 2 options for every single milestone. You have an estimated arrival to final destination or an actual arrival. This means arrival hasn't happened. This means arrival already happened, right? It's either you're looking at what happened or are you looking to the future. So let's pick to actual departure just for the sake of this demo. We're going to choose absolute date range and we're going to say, give me everything that departed in February, right? So I just choose here February 1 to February 28. Then you have the option of selecting more filters. Maybe out of all the freight that we handle for you, you only want to take a look at everything that originated in Houston or everything that has L.A. as the origin, right? You can do that too. You can select more than one filter here. or just leave it as is and focus on just everything that's departed between these 2 dates, right? You can choose to run the report now or take a look at the columns first. So when you run this, you're going to see these 5 data points on there already. But maybe this is not enough and it usually isn't. Then you click on add columns and you click everything that you want to add to that report. So I'm just going to click on some stuff here, just so that let me see what it looks like, click away, and there we see more than just 5 columns that are going to show up there. If you want to rearrange them, then you just click and drag, super easy. Let's click on run now, so we see what that looks like. And now we see the report results. In the exact order, that I wanted. We have origins, status, primary reference and everything else that I chose. The Expeditors' reference is a hyperlink. So clicking on any of these would take me to the shipment page that I showed you before. From here, you can download a copy of it in CSV or Excel or you can save this report. If we save this report, then this means that perhaps we want to run it again tomorrow or we want to run it again, let's say, next week, right? So we can do that. Let's say, we call this weather. You can add a description to maybe remind you of the reason why you ran this report, right? I just did a demo. So I'm just going to click save, and this report is going to be saved under customized reports, right? Because remember, that's where we would find any reports that we create on our own. But what if maybe this report is exactly what you were looking for and you actually want this to run every day and send it to the rest of your team as well. You're going to click back to design report, which takes us to the page where we were before. You click on schedule, which was the third option, and then you go through the setting up the schedule, right? You choose whether you want this to run every day, every week or every month. If you want this to run on the weekends as well. The time it runs. And then at the bottom, you add all the e-mail addresses that should be receiving that copy, okay? You click on this option right here, you turn on the switch and then you click run now and save. All right. So now let's go back to our customized reports. So we were in standard reports, I clicked on customized and here's a report that I just created. If I click on it, it shows me what I added as description, right? So you don't -- you remember why you ran this report if that's what you added. Maybe you want to add a description of the report, what it covers, right? This is for all the freight that departed in the last month. So I want to run it again next month. So any reports that you created are going to be found here either under the all view or customs brokerage or transportation. So we created a transportation report, so this is where you would find it. Okay. Now let's go back to standard reports and try to run a customs brokerage report. These 2 reports that we have as options are exactly the same ones that we had on our old website. So we had a report that we could run at a commercial invoice item level and one at a declaration line level. We changed the name of the reports because we felt like the name that we had in our old portal could be a little confusing or misleading. So we figured it would be better to have a title that truly reflects the outcome of that report. You can also click or put your mouse over this little icon next to the name of the report, and it gives you a description of what the report is supposed to provide you, right? So this one says, "These extracts are great for investigating potential compliance situations or analyzing historical entry data." The invoice item extract is from a perspective of a commercial invoice. For example, if you have the option to include the invoice number, PO and duty at the commercial invoice part level. This one over here, Line Extract, is from the perspective of the HTS level. Each line on the report equals 1 customs import declaration tariff line, all right? Okay. So just watch out for those 2, depending on which one you want to run this time. So let's just click on this one, same user interface as the shipments report, and we click the sign. And we see the same options as we did in the shipments page. We're going to choose a country, organization. This is just for me, it's demo. And then the importer record. If you have more than one IOR number, you're going to see the list of all the IORs under your account here. So you'll be able to select which one you want to run this time or if you want to select them all. Date, same thing as the other type of report can be based on one of these things, entry date, export date, import date, et cetera. Going to stick to entry date and choose an absolute date range. Let's do February 1 to February 10, there we go. And then we have some other filters that you could choose from. Declaration type could be one. We have a ton of options here, let's just stick to consumption entry. Expeditors branch code, if you have multiple offices clearing for you through different ports, PO number, tariff-specific searches and declaration number searches. We're going to click run now. And you see that this one just by default without even looking at the columns to add or remove, it's already showing me a lot of information. We have importer record number, declaration number, Expeditors reference number, the broker, right? Carrier, vessel voyage, port of lading, port of unlading, port of entry. And then as you scroll more and more, you get to see the customs details. You see the item number, the tariff number, the description, currency, the quantity, the MID, declared value, duty amount, tax amount, MPH, HMF, et cetera, okay? Now this may or may not be everything that you wanted to look for, you can still add more columns. This warning message right here, I'm glad it showed up, so I can explain that to you. It can only display 1,000 rows on this page. But if you download the report, you'll be able to see everything that was within that time frame. So for example, here, we see that there's almost 2,000 results, so 2,000 rows here. We only show you 1,000, but if you download the report to your -- to a CSV or an Excel file, you will see those 2,000 entries or lines on this report. If you want to add columns to this report or remove stuff, then you can click back by selecting designed report, view select columns. Here are all the columns that are already there by default, but you can add more stuff from this list. There's a ton of compliance data that can be added to this report. So I suggest you look through it and just make sure that you select the right one for what you're looking for, and this report will be -- ran free. You can schedule that as well just like the other report, right, every day, every week, every month and we can also save it. Then we hit save. Report has been saved. I go to customized reports and here it is. right? This is exactly what I just saved. I can delete this report if I want to by just clicking on the little trash can icon, okay? All right. So now let's go back to our presentation real quick to cover a couple more things and then take a look at the questions. So as I told you before, everything, 100% of the track and trace and -- that we had on our old website has been migrated to the new version of our site, which is what you just look through during this webinar. So track and trace is already available. From a reporting standpoint, we have 100% of 2 types of reports, transportation reports and customs reports. We are working on order management reports and all of the distribution and warehousing reports. For the booking tool, same thing. We already have air bookings available on there. We're working on -- we're pretty close to actually releasing the ocean bookings there as well. Our old booking tool will continue to operate until everything has been migrated. So if you are a current user of our booking tool for domestic and for ocean, just hang tight, we will be migrating those as well pretty soon. Online quoting, we have air quotes available on there, too. We're working on ocean and domestic quotes pretty soon. We will see those. And then analytics, which is another tool that's a little more strategic than the tracking and tracing tactical application. That's another thing that we should see before the end of the year within EXP.O NOW. And then we already worked on revamping order management bookings. So for those of you order management customers, you know that OMB had kind of like a facelift early last year. So you can see that difference now. So there's a lot of things that we're working on. We will be notifying you whenever one of these releases are coming up. Just be on the lookout, and we should see all of those applications migrated into EXP.O NOW, okay? All right. So now let's look at the questions. I see we have a couple of them.
Melissa Reyna
executiveOkay. If my portal only has the options to search for shipments, would that suggest my user permissions currently does not allow me to search by declarations or is more likely a global setting for our customer account as a whole? All right. So for those of you who are both transportation and customs brokerage customers of ours, we just need to turn the switch so that you are able to search by declaration. So just contact your local representative, and we can add that to your account. What else? Can you add an event named estimated delivery to final consignee? We are working on this actually. This has been brought up in recent conversations. Let me get back to you on that. So if you want to contact your local representative and have them reach out to me, I can give you some information on that. That's not available yet, but we are working on something like that. My company has multiple sub accounts under our main corporate account. I cannot see all of those sub accounts or their activity from the homepage. How do I set up to gain full visibility? This is a great question. So whenever we have accounts or customers that we work with that have multiple business units or different locations, and they're completely independent from each other, what we do is that we kind of regroup the visibility so that you have access to the global view. So that means every single business unit, but then you have the option of selecting each individual group underneath that corporate umbrella, right? So for this one as well as kind of like a setup type of thing, so reach out to us and we'll take care of it. It says, no importer of record is associated to this country and organization. We just need to link the IOR to your account. So another request that should go to us, and we will do that setup change. For customs brokerage reporting, is there one available for ones that go on hold? That's a report that's a little more, I guess, customized than what you can get from here. You are able to add -- you were able to see if there was an FDA hold or any type of hold, but you won't be able to run a report specifically for that, but we can create a report for you that runs and you can download from our page. Currently, I look up customs statement information and visibility. Is that option now available on EXP.O NOW? Not yet, but we are working on enabling that. That actually came up in a conversation yesterday. So we are working on doing that declaration searches feature and the statement searches feature migrated to the new version of EXP.O. Is there a report that shows the details on the Expeditors' invoice? We need to report how much freight expense by month by shipment. Currently, billing charges are not on there. We are able to produce a report that shows you those details too. So if you are interested in that, I would say, if you have an account manager, reach out to your account manager, and they'll be able to create that for you. All right. So we are running a little bit out of time here. So any other questions that perhaps were left unanswered, we will reach out to you directly to address that. And you will be -- just really quick, you will be receiving a survey later on today, I believe. We really appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to answer those questions. It helps us make improvements on the way that we conduct these webinars, but then also figure out what topics you guys are interested in, right? So we would appreciate if you took the time to respond to that survey, too.

executiveYes. And this page just kind of shows how you can subscribe to our communication channels and how you can be informed on any other upcoming events that we have for the region and that are hosted on the Americas level as well so. We got all high-tech over here so you can scan these QR codes and they'll take you to those respective websites. Melissa, there's one more question. I think we have time to answer it if you want to.
Melissa Reyna
executiveFor consolidated entries, we are not able to see customs documents under group entry number nor we have visibility for child entry numbers. And is there any improvement for it? Let me get our brokerage manager to address this, your local brokerage manager to address this because this is not something that you'd be able to get off of our website. But let's try to figure out how we can provide you with those details. Great. Thank you so much, everyone, for joining today. We're 1 minute early before our end date. So thank you, everyone. If you have any other questions, if you have any challenges while trying to access your portal, like I said, signing up and all that stuff, please reach out to us, and we'll make sure that we address those requests.
Cherokee Ford
