Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am David Gandler, Chief Executive Officer of fuboTV Inc. and the Chairman of today's meeting. Welcome everyone to fuboTV's 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders today. The meeting will now officially come to order. I will now turn the meeting over to Gina Sheldon, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Good morning. The Inspector of Election for the meeting has reported that a quorum is not present for transaction of the business. Accordingly, in accordance with Florida law, the holders of a majority of shares represented at this meeting have approved an adjournment of the meeting until July 14, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This meeting will be held virtually at the same Internet address that you used to access the meeting today, www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/fubo2021. I now declare this meeting adjourned.
