So we have just presented our financial results. Daniel has made the presentation. So we are continuing with the financial statement of financial position. And the next one is changes in equity. This is the statement of changes in equity. And this is the statement of cash flow. So the net cash flow from operating activities is OMR 404,000 compared to OMR 543,000 last year. Cash flow from investing activities is a negative OMR 1.2 million because of the ongoing renovation project payments, which we have made up to 30th June. And in cash flow from financial -- financing activities, there is a dividend paid and there is a bank borrowing for the renovation project, which is OMR 975,000. So our net increase in cash and cash equivalents is OMR 334,000 and cash and cash equivalents at the end of period is OMR 1.637 million compared to OMR 1.185 million the last 6 months. So next, we will go to the split of room revenue and from F&B revenue and other revenue. So as you can see, there is a reduction of total revenue to OMR 3.627 million compared to OMR 4.017 million. This is -- we have explained it in our Board of Directors' report was due to closure of the hotel for innovation project from June. So the month of June, the hotel was completely closed for renovation project, which is now progressing. And as we have disclosed, the hotel will be open for business from 1st of September.
