So it seems that the Zoom is working, so we're going to begin and open this general meeting of ICL Group. Thank you for joining us this morning. My name is Aya Landman, I'm ICL's VP, Corporate Secretary and Head of Compliance. And Leo Osker Ziegler sitting here with me also from our Corporate Secretary department. We are here with the general meeting of shareholders, this extraordinary shareholder for the appointment of Mrs. Dafna Gruber as our new External Director of the company, replacing our former External Director, Ruth Ralbag. Dafna Gruber will be commencing her 3-year term as our new External Director, according to Israeli law starting with this approval of the general meeting. I can share with you that we have received most of your and our shareholders' votes, well, either via electronical votes or via voting that were passed to us in the past few days.
