All right. Thank you very much, Scott. It's good morning, everyone. It's Steven Gold here. Welcome you to the Annual Meeting of the shareholders for Jaguar Uranium Corp. Again, I'm the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Uranium and will act as Chair for today's meeting. Before we begin the formal business of the meeting, I would like to thank you all for joining today. This is the first meeting of Jaguar shareholders that we have conducted virtually. So I ask you in advance for some patients during the course of the meeting. In order to cover the required business in an efficient manner, we have prearranged with certain shareholders to move and to second motions of the business. This is in no way intended to discourage comments and on the contrary, should any registered shareholder wish to speak on the tabled motions, please do so at any time. However, I would ask that you address me with your questions by clicking the raise hand icon at the bottom of your screen. I will be providing a brief corporate update following the meeting and encourage you to save any questions that you may have for the period following the presentation. If shareholders present have no objections, I welcome all guests and ask any nonsecurityholders to refrain from asking questions or voting during the formal part of the meeting. There will be an opportunity for questions after the meeting. This meeting will now come to order. And with your approval, I shall ask Scott Reeves to act as Secretary for purposes of recording the minutes of the meeting. The first item of business will be the appointment of the scrutineer. With the consent of the meeting, I shall ask Arlen Lane of Odyssey Trust Company to ask as a scrutineer. Ms. Lane has indicated that security holders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2026, were mailed the notice calling this meeting, together with the accompanying meeting documents. Accordingly, with the consent of the meeting, I would propose to dispense with the reading of the notice, and I direct a copy of the notice with proof of service to be kept by the Secretary with recording -- with the records of this meeting. I have received the scrutineers' report and it indicates that a quorum is present. It shows that 12,526,454 common shares are represented in person or by proxy at this meeting, representing 62.03% of the outstanding voting securities of Jaguar. Each motion will be conducted by way of a poll. Each motion will first ask those in favor of the motion to vote on each poll which will appear on your screen. If you have already submitted a proxy for the meeting, and you are not a proxy holder, please click on the No Vote Required choice, which will be Choice 3 on each resolution. We will tabulate the votes represented, including all proxy votes received and then report whether or not the motion was carried. I now declare that the meeting is regularly called and properly constituted for the transaction of business. The first item of business is to receive and consider the financial statements of Jaguar for the year ended December 31, 2025. Together with the auditor's report thereon, with the consent of the meeting, the reading of such financial statements and auditors' reports will be dispensed with. Copies of the financial statements and the auditor's reports thereon have been mailed to each registered shareholder who no doubt have had the opportunity to produce it, and no action is requested. I would be pleased to answer any questions after this meeting. The next item of business is the election of directors. I now declare the meeting be open for nominations for the election of directors and for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Okay, everyone. I'm going to take a few minutes here to speak to obviously, the progress that we've made to date and what we have a managed management team and company see going forward. Recall earlier this year, in mid-February, the company had successfully completed its NYSE American IPO, having raised $25 million across a broad array of shareholders. And the intention was, of course, to allocate capital towards what we think are 4 menus assets in South America, whereby we see really the future of uranium supply coming from on the basis of a historically very successful mining environment, but really sort of in its infancy days as far as critical elements is concerned, and I think that benefits the company, the sector and shareholders alike. Just to recap, currently, the company has just over $19 million in cash as of our last financial statements. The company has no debt and what we think is to be plenty of runway to be able to deploy capital across at least 3 of our assets, with 2 being in Argentina and 1 being in Colombia. Just by way of quick background in Colombia, our flagship Berlin asset has -- is an asset that had substantial network performed on it in the past with over 20,000 meters of drilling. As a result of the acquisition of this asset in late 2023, early 2024, we had inherited substantial amount of information as well as a good portion of the mineralized drill core, which we are currently analyzing and I'll get into shortly. In Argentina, I'd like to focus on 2 assets, first of which is a large exploration property called Laguna Salada, which is over 230,000 hectares in size. We recently completed a Phase 1 exploration program, which we are currently working through to be able to not just continue to advance the rapid permitting that we've been successful in achieving earlier this year, however, we're also in the process of determining and going through much of the data that we've accumulated towards what we hope to have a maiden resource estimate at some point over the near to medium term. At Huemul, which is another asset in Argentina, a little bit different than the exploration project. Huemul is a former mine. It comes with the benefit of having operated for 20-plus years, very strong on the uranium and copper side, asset came offline in the mid-70s. However, we are revisiting it. We believe that from a geological metallurgical perspective, this is a very promising asset, of course, having been in production before. And when we look at sort of the first phase of exploration results that we've encountered, of course, the last several months, we've reported very encouraging copper levels, very encouraging uranium grades and that speaks to, again, we had acquired this asset, a lot of the information that we had been inheriting as the course of the acquisition and look forward to move this forward as well. Looking out to the end of 2026 and 2027, starting in Colombia, the flagship Berlin asset, we're continuing our field exploration. We're continuing to analyze historical core in the data and work towards an MRE at that asset. Goal is to have that complete before or during Q1 of 2027, and that's something that's ongoing. At Laguna Salada in Argentina, that large exploration asset, this is something that, again, we have completed our first phase on a portion of that asset, and we are while analyzing that towards what we hope to present an MRE on that asset as well to be able to determine where else in this particular package of hecterage that we might want to might want to go next just for the benefit of the investors. A reminder, this is a unique asset. Certainly, from our standpoint, has potential for being district scale, near-surface mineralization, not sort of your typical sort of mining operation, if anything, would carry what we hope to be a lower cost model given potential stripping situation. But without getting into that, this is, as I said, an enormous property that we're quite excited to be able to continue to advance on the back of the success that we've had over the last several months. Finally, at Huemul, the former mine, we're going to work to continue to define targets, advance through the high-value zones. This is part of a land package that the former mine had been on just one part of. What we want to do is determine what that former mine looks like now as far as what we can do with it next as well as explore the rest of the property, including what we most recently believe we've found indications of a potential 4-kilometer long copper trend that could be quite exciting in addition to the uranium potential. So our approach over the course of the next 6 months and 12 months, I look forward to hopefully seeing everyone this time next year at our next Annual General Meeting. But the idea is to focus on this early stage exploration, evaluate those results and then figure out which are the most promising projects, ultimately deploying capital to sort of those assets that we feel most excited about, both in the context of how quickly each asset could be advanced and of course, within the political and permitting framework. What I will add is that we've benefited over the course of the last 2.5 years both as a private company and a public company 2 very strong political alignments that have happened while we've been working in both Argentina and Colombia. Earlier this year, Argentina and the United States that signed a critical elements, critical metals pact, something that we think would benefit our company as the United States looks worldwide to secure future supply and potentially allocate funding initiatives towards that as well. And then most recently, specifically on September 8, the same thing had happened in Colombia. We see politically very aligned governments from a mindset standpoint, and we think that's something that will benefit the continent in general and Argentina and Colombia, in particular, as we continue to advance these critical elements packages and their potential. So with that, the Secretary, that concludes the presentation part of of the management's portion this morning.
