Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Kofola's conference call to discuss the expansion of the group, of which Kofola CeskoSlovensko is a part with the family foundation. The detailed information will be given by the Group CFO, Martin Pisklak, and then there will be a space for your questions.

Good afternoon, everyone. Martin Pisklak speaking. We call very quickly for this information call basically just to provide you a basic explanation about what happened with the holding group, which was there yesterday, the holding company of Kofola CeskoSlovensko. So please let me inform you, as we did it in our current year report, that as of 19 of August, AETOS and its shareholders were initiated steps to restructure the ownership structure of the group, which includes also Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s. And the aim of these steps is to ensure basically the succession of the management of family assets for the next generation through the family foundation. Regarding Kofola CeskoSlovensko, this restructuring does not represent a change as a majority of voting rights in Kofola CeskoSlovensko remain under the control of the current shareholders of AETOS. This means that there will be no change in the ownership or control of Kofola CeskoSlovensko nor any other changes that could affect the Kofola CeskoSlovensko in general. So basically, this is like very technical announcement which we did. We just would like to give you this information, and I ensure you that basically nothing is changing in respect of our daily business or the -- basically ownership structure of our company.
