Thank you, Brian. And now I would like to turn our attention to Ladder's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The company has appointed Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. to act as inspector of election. [ Jed Levitt ] from Broadridge is attending this meeting and has taken the oath of inspector of election. A web replay of the annual meeting will be posted at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/LADR2021 for a period of 1 year. No one attending via the webcast is permitted to use any audio recording device. The Board fixed April 5, 2021, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at this meeting. We have been informed by the inspector of election that more than a majority of the voting power of all issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock entitled to vote on the record date are now represented either in person or by proxy. As such, a quorum is present for purposes of transacting business and for purposes of voting on each of the proposals to be considered at this meeting. We are here to consider 3 proposals. As indicated in more detail in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials and the accompanying documents that were made available beginning on April 22, 2021, to all holders of record of Class A common stock as of the close of business on the record date. They are the reelection of Douglas Durst and Jeffrey B. Steiner to the Board, the ratification and appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for 2021 and the approval of the compensation of the company's named executive officers, as disclosed in the Compensation Discussion and Analysis section of the company's proxy statement on an advisory non-binding basis. The polls are now open. Any stockholder who has not yet voted or wishes to change their vote, may do so by clicking on the voting button on the web portal and following the instructions there. Stockholders who have sent in proxies or voted via telephone or Internet and do not want to change their vote, do not need to take any further action. [Voting]
