Good afternoon, and welcome to the Lesha Bank conference call. Please note that this call is being recorded. I'd now like to turn the call over to the presenters. You may begin.

Hi. Good afternoon, everyone. This is Muhammad Tauseef Malik. I'm CFO at Lesha Bank. I'll just give you a small summary of the financial results or snapshot, then we can have some question and answers. So for 30th September 2024, the net profit for Lesha Bank shareholders is QAR 96.6 million, which is 45% increase over the previous year's same period. As of Q3 2024, total income reached to QAR 214.4 million, up by 66.66% year-on-year. As of Q3 2024, income from placement reached to QAR 147.2 million and profit on Sukuk investment reached to QAR 80.7 million and fee and dividend income reached QAR 65.5 million. Similarly, total assets also stood at QAR 7.6 billion as of 30th September, which are 24% increase as compared to the same period last year. Bank investments reached to QAR 3.3 billion, up by 26% from QAR 2.7 billion on 30th June to September 2023. The bank total customer deposits are QAR 3.7 billion by Q3 2024, which is 22% increase on year-on-year. Total bank equity increased to QAR 1.4 billion from QAR 1.2 billion on 30th September 2023. Now some ratios. I'll just give the high-level ratios. The return on average equity is 9.94% or we can say it is 10%. Return on average assets is 1.85%. The book value is QAR 1.21 and EPS is QAR 0.115. And capital adequacy is 16.34%. The total AUM of the bank has reached to QAR 7 billion as of 30th September 2024. These are the main items which we just gave it to you. And now any question if somebody is open for question and answer.
