Thank you, Ali. Hello, everyone. I want to welcome you to Lesha Bank's Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2024 Financial Results Conference Call. So on this call from management, we have the bank's Group CFO, Tauseef Malik. So as usual, we will conduct this call with, first, management reviewing the company's results followed by a Q&A session. I will turn the call over now to Tauseef. Please go ahead.

Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining the call. This is Muhammad Tauseef Malik. As Shahan said, I'm the CFO. So I'll just give you the -- some intro and then we delve into question and answers. So first, I'll just give you these some high-level numbers. The net profit for Lesha Bank shareholders is QAR 128.2 million, which is 36% increase over the previous year same period. For the year 2024, our total income reached to QAR 270.6 million, up 39% year-on-year. For the year 2024, our income from placement is QAR 190 million; from sukuk, [ QAR 1,009.3 million ]; and from the fee and dividend income is QAR 85 million. This is the total composition of the income. Our total assets stood at QAR 6.8 billion as of 31st December 2024, up by 8% compared to the previous year, which was QAR 6.3 billion. Additionally, the bank's investment reached to QAR 3.3 billion, which is up by 12%. The bank's total equity is QAR 1.3 billion and it -- from QAR 1.2 billion. Further some ratios, I will say that average equity is 9.94%, average asset is 1.95%. Book value was QAR 1.2, and the earnings per share is QAR 0.114. The capital adequacy is 17.16%. Plus, the bank has also announced the dividend, which is the 5%. The last thing is the AUM. The total AUM as of 31st December is QAR 8.6 billion. Year-on-year growth is 39%.
