The certified list of stockholders has been available for examination for 10 days prior to this meeting. We can now turn to the formal business of this meeting. We will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer general questions towards the end of the meeting. The matters to be voted on at this meeting are listed in the company's proxy statement. We will address each of the proposals during the first part of the formal business and address questions concerning any of those proposals. The company has not received notice from any of its stockholders of any matter to be considered at today's meeting, and therefore, no proposals other than those listed in the company's proxy statement may be properly introduced by stockholders. Today's agenda items. Stockholders need their control number to vote or to ask questions with regard to the proposals. Proposal 1 is the election of directors. The nominees for directors as set forth in the proxy statement are James C. Hunt, Neil A. Cummins, James P. Flynn, William A. Houlihan and Walter C. Keenan. The third and final item on the agenda is the proposal to ratify the company's selection of KPMG as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2020. Questions from stockholders pertaining to the items to be voted upon may now be submitted.
