ExecutivesGood morning, everybody. It's exactly 9:00, so I'm going to call this Annual General Meeting to order. So if I just ask everybody that's online just to go on mute through the course of the meeting. Thank you very much. So this is the Annual General Meeting of Lumi Gruppen I'm going to -- I'm not going to read in detail each of the resolutions. I'm going to summarize them and then I'm going to ask [indiscernible] to confirm both for votes, against and whether each resolution was passed or otherwise. So before we get into those minutes of the meeting, first of all, the election of the Chairperson. So as the Chair of the Board I will assume the position of Chair of the meeting unless there are any objections. I will also ask that we ask Martin Prytz to the cosign the minutes. In terms of the approval of the notice, I'm not going to read the notice. I need to assume that we can take the notice as read and the agenda as read. The first resolution is on our annual report and accounts for the year ending 2025. So the company's annual accounts and annual report for the financial year 2025 are approved. The second is that the general meeting approves the annual auditor's fee for the financial year 2025 as per the auditor's invoice. The next resolution is the remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors set at NOK 550,000 for the Chair and NOK 250,000 for ordinary Board members. The next resolution is the determination and approval of remuneration for the members of the Audit Committee and for that committee the Chair of the committee proposed NOK 60,000 for the Chair and NOK 30,000 for the member -- for other members. For the Remuneration Committee, resolution #8. The Chair of the Remuneration Committee NOK 25,000 and member -- of the members NOK 12,500. Then we have Resolution #9, which is Board authorization to increase the share capital in connection with the management incentive plan. Resolution #10 is the Board authorization to increase the share capital by the issuance of new shares. Resolution #11 is the Board reelection. So it is proposed that the current Board of directors of the company is reelected. Just to remind [indiscernible] Rob Woodward, Henriette Gronn, Bente Soliid. So we have Fredrik Lundqvist and Ashkan Senobari. And then finally, the Resolution #12 is the company's name should amended from Lumi Gruppen AS to Lumi Education Group AS. Those are the resolutions [indiscernible] run through each and reveal those for, those against, and whether the resolutions were passed or otherwise.
