Okay. It's 10:02. So just to confirm other than [ Dora ] and Kelvin, is there anyone on this call? Okay, Kelvin, so why don't you just go ahead and call the meeting to order, and then we'll go from there.

Okay. This is the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for MegaWatt Lithium Battery Metals Corp. My name is Kelvin, I'm Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company and I will act as a Chairman for the meeting. Also present today are [ Dora Wayne ] of National Securities, the transfer agents for the company, [indiscernible] [Coverage] and Jeff Wust McMillan LLP, Counsel for the company. The meeting will now come to order.

Okay. I've requested Jeff Wust McMillan LLP, Legal Counsel for the company to serve as recording Secretary for the meeting, [ Dora Wayne ] of National Securities, the registered transfer agent for the company is present via teleconference and will act the scrutineer for the meeting. We'll now ask the scrutineer to read the scrutineer's report in order to confirm that a quorum is present at the meeting.

Hi, everyone. The scrutineer's report indicate there are total of 493,350 shares represented by proxy and represented by a total of 13 shareholders. This represented approximately 5.33% of the company issuing outstanding share capital as of a record day of November 16.

Perfect. So Kelvin just read numbers [indiscernible] and then #9.

The required quorum of ones who are entitled to vote at the meeting, whether in presence proxy accurate at least 5% of issue shares entitled to be voted at this meeting has been met. Jumping down to 9, notice having been properly given and a quorum being present, I now declare the meeting to be regularly called and properly constituted for the transaction of business.

Okay. So we'll dispense with 10, 11, 12 and those of all passed, 13, and you can go to 15 then Kelvin.
