The Estelle Project is located here in Southcentral Alaska, about 100 miles west of anchorage in the Matanuska Valley. So it's ideally situated in the Tintina Gold Province. This has been 1 of the most prolific belts in recent decades in terms of exploration and mining activity with new discovery coming online every year. Estelle is rapidly developing into a Tier 1 gold asset and what our objective is as a company is to establish the next major gold and critical minerals district. Alaska is, of course, a resource economy, very mining-friendly jurisdiction. The project being all on state land. This is a much more streamlined process. We are fully permitted through the Alaska APMA process for all the we're doing. In terms of gold and antimony, the process is very clear and we feel very confident that, that will be efficient and timely process when it comes to the full mine permitting. The Estelle Project is 1 of the largest undeveloped gold projects in the world. Not many of these left in the world, a district scale play with numerous deposits. We've already discovered a large resource across 2 deposits, that would be Korbel, which is a bulk-tonnage system. And then what's really become the jewel in the crown at RPM, which is a high-grade, bonanza-grade resource right on the surface. In addition to those 2 deposits that we've already defined at Korbel and RPM, there's 20 other known prospects at various stages of advancement, and we continue to advance those with our annual exploration programs. With that, we've made some major discoveries of antimony here an at Estelle in numerous prospects, but we're really honing in on the 2, and that's the Stibium and the Styx prospect. And what we see there on the surface is massive stibnite banding right on the surface. And you can see here's a great example, very good antimony mineralization. Antimony is 1 of the most critical and strategic elements known to man that most people have never heard about. Used in all types of high-tech, green tech applications. In addition, it's used for all kinds of defense applications. The thing with antimony is there's very little U.S. domestic production of antimony. What Nova Minerals is going to do is bring that domestic production back to the U.S. based right here in Alaska. And to achieve that, we're being supported by the Department of War with our Phase I grant of $43.4 million, which we've been recipient of. Phase 1, our priority and our objective is to produce military-grade antimony trisulfide for munitions. Now in addition to that Phase II, and Phase II is really the real prize here, where we scale up the operations in terms of mining larger process plant to not only produce military-grade antimony trisulfide but to also produce some of these other antimony refined products, including antimony metal, antimony trioxide, both of which have very large markets. A key asset that we have, a real strategic asset, is at Port MacKenzie, which sits about 100 miles from the project. This is being built out as a commodity port to really become the gateway for Alaska minerals to meet the market. So the company has already secured a 42-acre parcel there, and this is where we'll be conducting a downstream processing for antimony and also in the future, looking at other minerals to be produced there. That's just the beginning of creating a critical minerals processing hub based right here in Alaska with Nova Minerals at the center of that effort. And so that's the grand vision of Nova Minerals with the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project.
