It's 9:00, and welcome, everyone, to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Otello Corporation ASA. My name is Geir Evenshaug, and I'm a partner with a law firm, Schjødt. The Board of Otello has asked me to open this meeting and make a registration of attending shareholders. And we have approximately 87.2 million votes and shares registered, which equals approximately 63% of the outstanding share capital. The exact numbers and how the votes are casts will be appended to the minutes, which will be available from the website of Otello later today. Item 2 on the agenda is election of a person to chair the meeting, and the Board has proposed that I continue to chair the meeting. And we have no votes against. So that is approved. Item 3 on the agenda is approval of the calling notice and the agenda itself, as a calling notice was sent out on 5th of March. We have no vote against, so that is approved by 100% vote. Item 4 on the agenda is the election of a person to correspond the minute and I -- as usual, I propose that the General Counsel of the company, Jason Hoida, corresponds the minutes. And we have no votes against. So again, we have 100% majority. And then, we have Item 5 on the agenda, which is approval of sale of AdColony Holding AS, and this has been explained and disclosed in previous stock exchange releases from the company and also set out in the calling notice for the AGM, where also -- well, appendix explaining the reasons, and the pros and the cons for approving this transaction, was set out. We have approximately -- well, not approximately, we have 557,465 votes against, which means that we have a 99-point something percent majority, and the sale of AdColony Holding AS has been approved. Unless there are any questions from anyone on this call, we are through the agenda. And I thank everyone for their participation. And unless there are any questions, I suggest that we close the call.
