Thank you. I have had dialogue with the representative number of our significant stockholders on these topics and as to what enhancements to these policies they wish for our Board to consider. As a result of this ongoing outreach and dialogue through the years, the Board has enacted several enhancements that our Board believes furthers our stockholders' best interest. I want to thank the stockholders for their input here and especially for those who complement the company and the Board on this outreach effort. The support to the Board stockholders have remained safe and will continue to do so. This concludes the formal portion of our meeting, and I hereby declare our annual meeting is adjourned. We will now address any questions that may have been submitted by our stockholders. All right. We are seeing that there are some questions that are submitted -- that have been submitted, I will -- because these deal with the operations of the company, I'm going to ask David Mansfield, our President and CEO, to answer them. And Dave, will you state the question and then respond to it.

Sure. First question, where is -- how our supply chain issues as a consequence of the pandemic over the last year or so and how those supply chain obstacles or difficulties are impacting us? It's correct that we are seeing some impact -- negative impact on the supply chain. It's mostly on petroleum derivative materials that we require like polyurethane, polyethylene and to a certain degree, steel pipe, although that's not a supply issue, that's a pricing issue on the latter point. On the materials, the polyurethane, polyethylene. Certainly on the polyurethane side, we are -- have recently experienced some difficulties in obtaining supplies -- adequate supplies on time to meet schedules on some products. The only upside to that is that all of our competitors are in the same boat as us. And essentially, what that -- from a macro perspective, what that means is that the clients' projects are potentially at risk of being delayed. We purchased our -- there's quite a limited supply of that in terms of the availability of the different suppliers that can provide what we require. We've been working on expanding our options in terms of a number of suppliers, but we're somewhat limited in terms of the chemistry there. So that's kind of work in progress to expand those options. It affects us mostly, I think, in the U.S.. The availability in the Middle East is a little bit better, although it is becoming constrained. So the outlook that we're hearing from those suppliers is that probably by around June, I think, is around the time when they believe -- or they expect that, that limitation in supply is going to start to ease off a bit. But incidentally, that was caused not just because of that consequences of the pandemic, but also the freezing weather we had in Texas in February, shut down the refineries here for a while and -- at least that's their excuse. And so they had a limited raw material supply. So we're working through that as best we can right now. It has impacted 1 or 2 of our project schedules. And so far, nothing extremely significant. Another question we have is on requesting comments on the rate of resumption of work previously delayed due to COVID. Well, obviously, I can't -- we can't give any rate of resumption. But suffice to say that the work -- our activity in our plants has picked up subsequent to the past year-end, and we are seeing the most significant delay we had -- or significant project delay we had was out in the Middle East. Having said that, that delay was probably not related to COVID, it was related more to our clients' negotiation with their clients on contract terms and technical specifications and this kind of thing. But that project, in particular, has begun production now. And so -- and there's no change to pricing or scope of work or anything. So that's truly a slippage from originally partly in Q4, but also from Q1 into Q2.
