[Operator Instructions] Our question comes from the line of Adnan Kim with Orion Investment.

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#6

Hello, everyone. This is Adnan from Ada Investment. Congratulations on the good set of results. I have 3 questions. So -- the first question is about the cement revenue. If I look at the third quarter revenue, it's increased by 16%. Can you clarify that this is because of the volume increase or they are less discounts . Should I ask the second question? It should be 1 by one, so.

Saqib Parvez

executive
#7

This one, the 1 -- let's see, is the increase in the revenue is mainly due to the volume .

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#8

Because of volume. So there is no like a softening of demand due to the current situation right now -- are you guys facing or it's like normal as new year. .

Saqib Parvez

executive
#9

One like a better approach inputted in 1 -- and let water here that we are, I think, teasing our retail position in the market. For that, we opened a new retail store in the industry area to customers .

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#10

So like this increase is like you are driving market share from your competitor?

Saqib Parvez

executive
#11

I see you can say competition.

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#12

My second question is about the jump in gross margins year-over-year. I know like quarter-over-quarter is like flat. But why the last year third quarter margins were down so much?

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari

executive
#13

If you remember in our previous financial statements, we cause we stopped reduction of clinker and we started this best of January. So part of the cost have been absorbed by the inventory started to.

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#14

Okay. Okay. My last question is about the income. Like your operating profit was up like by 37%, but there is no other income has come like year-over-year, like it's declined by 31%. Like what's the other income and why it's volatile?

Saqib Parvez

executive
#15

Other in things on price of rental income dividend, profit from the investment of deposit and the team -- so most of yes. Your customer -- over to you. .

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#16

So like in fourth quarter, we can expect a jump in other income? .

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari

executive
#17

It depends on the market. And part of the revenue we have the income from people. It's a rate increase yet if it's reviewed by the brings on. We have -- if you see our notes in the financial statement, we have the category with other income. If we have a dividend distribution from our car investment in the portals in the market, yes, demand in the market situation.

[Operator Instructions] And your next question comes from the line of Amit Nasser Doran Amit. .

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#19

Congratulations on your results. And I just have 2 questions. How optimistic are you on full year 2027 revenues? And the second part of my question is dividends paid out have been steadily going down for the past 3 years. So do we expect a flat dividend in 2027 or maybe a little bit higher?

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari

executive
#20

The dividend to answer the dividend. This also depends on the market. So we have no still the vision on the dividend, but you know the history of our company. For the -- the first question was a prediction for the 2027, obviously, we are very optimistic. Hopefully, the whole geopolitical situation will be over. And then after that, I think we are hoping that other projects has been postponed at any. It will be kicking off by next year.

And your next question comes from the line of again with Anakin with our investment.

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#22

Congratulations on the results. And I have a couple of questions, if you allow me, please. My question is regarding the market currently. Where do you see the demand for cement coming from? Is it the government? Is it lit sector? And following up, do you think potentially in Shale, there is an opportunity to export not to see, obviously, maybe next year if things normalize?

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari

executive
#23

Most of all, I think at the moment, the consumption is mainly coming from the both, to be honest with you. But I think private sector is more than probably the government, but who can really give you the right answer is the contractors because we -- at the end of the day, we supply material to the rhythmic companies. From there, we do not talk exactly where the material will end up. But both are working at this time, private sector, I believe it's is contributing positively in the market export. . Export is something, obviously, we will always monitor when the price is correct, yes, we will consider it at the moment now.

There is no further question at this time. I will now turn the call back over to Vivian for closing remarks. Fabian?

Phibion Makuwerere

analyst
#25

I think before I close, I've got just 1 or 2 questions to ask as well. Around your industrial area units that you said you have just started renting out. Can you give some kind of guidance in terms of your expectations on your last revenue? And also how much CapEx if you've done the numbers, how much CapEx did you eventually end up using for that project? .

Saqib Parvez

executive
#26

As well as our financial statement, the transfer is mentioned there. the value, I'm not missing in the most . QAR 40 million. .

Adnan Muqeem

analyst
#27

And then so the guidance on your expectations on the revenue rentals. I see,

Saqib Parvez

executive
#28

This project was up like completed during the last quarter of this year, like in the second half on -- so you cannot see the full impact in this year, and the full impact of the project will come into next year. So -- but right now, it is partially like Opera, the the accommodations we have rented out warehouses are up for Pat. So we are working with different partners to like rent them out as well. So like cannot say anything right now because things are not yet finalized. .

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari

executive
#29

At the same time, just to add 1 more thing that we have already -- the development is over 54,000 square meter. So most of the infrastructure for that development is done. The only thing that we have built is the first phase, and this is where the revenue is coming from. But the CapEx was mainly for -- even for the second CapEx for infrastructure was really paid for the second and the third phase of the project. .

Phibion Makuwerere

analyst
#30

Okay. Really appreciate it. I take it we no longer have more questions on the line. think it's fair to say we can bring this call to end. I thank you all for joining us, especially thanks to the management team to -- for taking the time. update the market. Please do join us for their 4Q call. Keep well.

Essa Mohammed A M Kaldari
