Good day, and welcome to the Qatari Investors Group Q4 2021 Results Conference Call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Joseph Abdo, CEO. Please go ahead, sir.

Thank you very much. Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the earnings call of Qatari Investors Group, QIG. My name is Joseph Abdo, the CEO of the group. And here with me is [ Mr. Ahmad Taufik ], our acting CFO. We are pleased to present to you the annual results of QIG Group for 2021. We will highlight the financial performance of the group and the progress that have been realized during 2021. The group achieved an annual revenue amounting to QAR 692 million, which is lower than last year by only 1%. The group has managed to maintain a sustained level of revenues during 2021 through income diversification strategies that allowed us to create a balance in the overall revenue in which each sector of investment supports the other and even compensate for any potential stagnation. The group net profits amounted to QAR 183 million, a 103% increase compared to last year, which was effectively supported by operational optimization strategies that enhanced our gross profit margins and creating savings opportunities at the level of operating expenses to ensure higher returns to our shareholders. Group EBITDA reached QAR 286 million in 2021 due to operational excellence and the management of different sectors. Our main aim is to maintain a sustainable growth in the group bottom line and create value for our shareholders. Cash generated from operating activities amounted to QAR 424 million and the total assets amounted to QAR 4.721 billion as of December 31, 2021. Finally, we will continue to be committed and support diversification and investment during 2022 to make more achievements that benefit the group and make us play a role in supporting Qatar's economic vision.
