Thank you very much. Good morning. Welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Quanterix Corporation. I'm Kevin Hrusovsky, Executive Chairman of the company. Joining me at today's meeting is our President and CEO, Masoud Toloue. In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I now call the meeting to order. We are again holding this year's meeting virtually due to the public health impact of COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize the health and the well-being of our meeting participants. We hope that this virtual meeting will maximize the participation of the stockholders regardless of their location, and we would like to thank those who are participating today. Prior to the commencement of the meeting, approximately -- prior to the commencement of the meeting, I was informed that more than the majority of the outstanding shares of our common stock were present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting, representing a quorum. I'd like to express my appreciation to all stockholders who returned their proxies. The first matter to be acted upon at the meeting is the election of the Class II directors, Sarah Hlavinka, Masoud Toloue and David Walt, each of whom has been duly nominated to serve until the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held in 2025 and until the successor has been elected and qualified. The online voting will now be closed. I have been informed by the inspector of elections that based on the preliminary count of the ballots, all nominees for director have been duly elected. The advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers has been approved. Our shareholders supported holding future say-on-pay votes on an annual basis, and the appointment of Ernst & Young LP as our 2022 auditor has been duly ratified. We will file the official results on the Form 8-K with the SEC within the next few days.
