If we want to go ahead, we can start the meeting here or we can wait for more minutes, whatever people are comfortable with. Great. So Eddie, if you want to go ahead and start the meeting here, we'll get the report from Dora. And given that we don't have any shareholders that have decided to join the call here, what we'll do is we'll have Dora provide her scrutineers' report, and then we will go ahead and make a motion to approve all of the items set forth in the information circular that was filed on SEDAR.

Yes. So Dora here will go ahead and just provide us with a report on the proxies that were received.

So for [indiscernible] hasn't voted his share yet. So I'm just going to go ahead and include Brad's share. So there are total 23 shareholders present in person or by proxy and represent a total of 52,962,817 shares can be voted at a meeting. And this represented 11.6% of the total company's issued outstanding shares as of the meetings rep.
