Thank you, Angela. Good afternoon to you all, and thank you for joining us for Salam International Investments 1Q 2025 Earnings Conference Call. My name is Phibion. I'm with QNB Financial Services. From Salam management team today, we have Abdul Salam Abu Issa, the Chief Executive Officer. We've got Hekmat Al Younis, Chief Financial Officer; Suleiman Al-Khateeb, Executive Director, Corporate Development and IRO; and Abdul Rahiman Pacha, the Corporate Finance Manager. The management will first go over the performance, and we have a Q&A session afterwards. Let me turn over the call to Mr. Abu Issa. Over to you, sir. Can you go ahead?

Hello. Good afternoon. Thank you. I'll just start by a quick brief on the quarter 1, and then we can open for questions and answers. Overall, we are happy to announce that Salam has performed much better than last year with a 79% growth in profitability. This was driven mainly by maintaining the -- slightly improving the gross profit, although the start of the year has been quite conservative, we can say, but the maintaining of the gross profit with a slight improvement, the reduction in the interest rate and the general cost has allowed the company to do much better than last year from a profit of around QAR 11.3 million last year to QAR 20.2 million, which is a big increase for us. We are very happy with the start of the year. Overall, we believe that this year will continue on this pace and hoping to improve the results for the next quarter.
