Thank you very much, General Manager. Hello, everyone. According to the Luxembourg law, we have to have at least 1 share of Solutions 30 to regularly attend this general meeting. Considering the current pandemic and restrictions that are still applicable in Luxembourg, the company, again, had to take precautionary measures to limit the exposure of shareholders and that of usual participants to general meeting. In this context, the general -- Board decided to hold this meeting without any presence, and we decided that this general meeting will be available on webcast and would be recorded on the 16th of June 2021. The documents relating to this were put on the Bureau and the documents, according to the laws and statutes, were sent according to the legal delays. The advisory statement was sent on -- in May and June 2021 in the Tageblatt as well in Luxembourg and on the website of the company on the 31st of May and 21st of June 2021. We also sent notices on the 21st May 2021. The data recording the proxy votes have been sent to the bureau as well. The quorum and majority, according to the law and according to the statutes of Solutions 30, we don't need a quorum for the holding of an Annual General Meeting, but the resolutions that are on the agenda will be adopted with a majority vote. Each share gives 1 vote. These formalities having been said, I'm now going to give the floor to Alexander Sator, the Head of the Advisory Board.

To this 2020 AGM, I will use 3 key words to describe the year 2020, resilience, improvement and resistance. Resilience because despite the pandemic that has ended our lives and will likely have a lasting impact on our behaviors, Solutions 30 has continued to grow steadily. 2020 was a challenging year, and the management focused all of its energy finding the best solutions to continue improving services to our customers. Moreover, all of the group's employees joined in, making the extra effort to do their jobs efficiently and professionally, especially where our activities were in high demand. The teams in Europe have done a tremendous job and have proven their commitment towards the Solutions 30 success. Improvement throughout the year. The group has kept on moving. The transition to IFRS was a big step, being added to the SBF 120 Index was an important milestone too. It will push us to continue improving and produce better [ factors ]. Solutions 30 has grown quickly, creating funnel structures and accelerated pace. Today, it's the group's commitment to continuously improving its process, risk management and its compliance, while remaining agile and flexible and pursuing its corporate social responsibility efforts. With this aim, we have launched this year transformation plan, and we know that the teams are determined to enter this new stage of development with energy and enthusiasm. Persistence. Despite, great operational performance, Solutions 30 has been under attack since December 2020. Fighting against rumors requires tremendous resistance. The group's governance has been united in this unprecedented situation, and we remain 100% committed to proving Solutions 30's availability and professionalism. I'm convinced that our teams will turn this difficult situation into an opportunity to keep on going stronger. Our markets have great potential. They were already extremely promising before COVID. And today, pre-COVID trends, emerged even stronger as digital transformation and energy transition are accelerating. Solutions 30 is well positioned to capture new market opportunities and to consolidate leadership, duplicating its brand success towards Europe. And we and the Supervisory Board have renewed our full confidence to the management team and keep driving growth. Gianbeppi, the floor is yours now. Thank you very much.

Thank you, Alexander. We're now going to turn to the year 2020, and we'll come back to the destabilization campaign that we are fighting before taking stock on the group's prospects and the transformation that we announced. The year 2020 will remain marked by the health crisis. In this unprecedented, unexpected context, our markets have held up, and we were able to adapt quickly to new ways of working. As Alexander pointed out, the commitment of our employees was extraordinary, and we would like to thank them warmly for their efforts. When the lockdown forced most people to stay home, our technicians were on the ground to help those same people to stay connected to their work, to their families and to their studies. The pandemic will have allowed us to put our model to the test, successfully testing its resilience and agility. As in every year since our creation in 2003, we've recorded a double-digit growth in our business, which now stands at EUR 820 million. Since 2015, we've experienced an average annual growth of 45%, and the growth curve of our workforce follows the same trajectory. Solutions 30 now employs nearly 16,000 people across Europe to carry out 60,000 installations per day. During the year 2020, we also have expanded our European footprint. Firstly, by integrating the activities acquired at the end of 2019 in Poland. And at the end of the year, by entering the U.K. market by -- through the acquisition of Comvergent, a complementary company, which is well established on mobile telecommunications market. The growth of the year was driven by the excellent dynamics of the telecom sector, which represents 76% of our business. [The interpreter apologizes, the sound is cutting off]. The telecom market is our entry point into each territory and gives us access to other business segments, in particular, the energy sector. Our group is positioned and driven by the digital transformation of the economy and the energy transition, the rise of electric vehicles and the necessary adaptations of the electricity network. Amaury Boilot, Chief Financial Officer.

Thank you, Gianbeppi. In this very unusual year, the results of the group were very resilient. Solutions 30 has made an 18% increase in revenue, which reached EUR 819.3 million compared with EUR 691.4 million a year earlier. Organic growth of 13%, a strong contribution of business in France, which benefited a fiber rollout in the countryside in dense and less dense areas. During the first lockdown, we saw a decline in the activity, mainly due to the temporary suspension of smart meters -- smart meter rollout in France and the decline in IT activity. The resumption of activity was -- started again from mid-May and was very dynamic, and the flexibility of our operating model enabled us to support a very rapid increase in workload of our customers almost instantaneously. External growth operations contributed EUR 38 million to 2020 sales. In the half context of the financial year, we decided to slow down the pace of acquisitions as a precautionary measure. And so it's mostly the acquisitions of 2019 that contributed to the 2020 activity. In terms of EBITDA, the EBITDA margin was 13% compared with 12.9% the previous year. Throughout the year, we kept our costs under control and the partial activity measures taken in the first half of the year limited the impact of the turn down in activity during the first 2 months of hard lockdown. The use of this flexibility and subcontractors helped us in adapting very quickly to the needs of our customers. The second half was particularly dynamic. The volume effect enabled the group to record a clear rebound in its operating margin and to raise the one-off drop in profitability observed in the first half. The EBIT, excluding nonrecurring items, reached EUR 60.9 million, 7.4% of turnover and was impacted by the increase in operational depreciation. Let's see now how this is broken down in the different geographies. In France, the EBITDA reached EUR 86.6 million, which is a margin of 16.6% compared with 16.1% last year, and this is due to the intervention volumes in the second half of the year. In the Benelux, EBITDA amounted EUR 21.4 million, and the margin is 15.7% of the turnover, which is stable. In other countries and despite the effects linked to confinement measures, especially in Italy and Spain, the EBITDA stands at EUR 7.6 million, representing 4.8% of sales and it was 4.5% the year before. For 2020, Solutions 30 recorded a nonrecurring income of EUR 0.4 million, mainly related to negative goodwill recognized for the acquisitions of Algor and Brabamij. Last year, this EUR 5.1 million, and it was mostly done -- composed of negative goodwill through the acquisition of 51% of Byon and the disposal of Italian subsidiaries, BSI and BRSI. The financial income is mostly made up of financial expenses, representing an expense of EUR 4.1 million versus EUR 1.6 million for 2019. And it includes financial expenses relating to the new IFRS 16 norm. The amount is EUR 0.6 million, which is stable versus 2019. After recording a tax charge of EUR 8.4 million versus EUR 7.5 million a year earlier, the group share net income reached EUR 34.9 million versus EUR 38.7 million in 2019. On 31st of December 2020, the group significantly strengthened its financial structure. Shareholders' equity amounted EUR 170 million versus EUR 134.5 million. Gross cash and gross equivalents was EUR 159.3 million versus EUR 75.1 million. And gross bank debt increased by EUR 12.9 million and now stands at EUR 100 million. This balance sheet reflects our financial policy, which has remained unchanged and is based on 3 pillars: firstly, mergers and acquisitions financed by long term debt; secondly, the ramp up of new contracts financed by cash generation from our own activities; and thirdly, the working capital requirements. The group has a factoring program to finance its working capital requirements. This program allows it to assign trade receivables and to transfer the factor to contractual rights to receive the cash flow and substantially all the risk associated with the receivable. So we are now at EUR 93.5 million at 31st of December 2020. Schematically, the use of factoring makes it possible to reduce the collection period for trade receivables and to free up cash flow generated by the receivables to finance the group's acceleration strategy at a cost of less than 1% of the amount of receivable bonds transferred. Regarding the debt structure of the group, the main evolution between 2019 and 2020 comes from the very favorable evolution of the cash position and the very good control on the WCR. The cash position reached plus EUR 59.2 million in 2020 versus a net debt of EUR 3 million in 2019. The debt and leverage ratios attest to very healthy balance sheet, which allows us to consider double-digit growth for the coming years. For the cash flow generation, our cash flow stands at EUR 89 million, while the working capital requirements were negative EUR 47.8 million. The net operating investment amounted to EUR 12 million during 2020. So this is 1.4% of the turnover compared with 2% a year earlier. So these are normal levels, generally between 1.5% and 4% of the turnover and are mainly related to the group's information system and the technical equipment. The group's free cash flow, therefore, reached EUR 124.8 million, excluding the IFRS 16 impact. This means EUR 101.3 million, so this is 12.4% of the group's turnover. Let's now move on to 2021. And this -- we see very dynamic activity in the first quarter. Growth remained, indeed, very strong, with revenues reaching EUR 225 million, up 19% compared to the first quarter of 2020. On a like-for-like basis, growth was 15.4%. This growth remains particularly strong in France. Again, thanks to the excellent momentum of telecoms and the rollout of the fiber 2025 plan. It is also the telecoms business that is underpinning activity in the other territories, while the impact of COVID varies from one country to another. The impact, it is more marked in Germany and less so in Spain and Italy. These 2 countries have returned to high growth, and their commercial activity remains very strong as shown by the recent contract signed with TIM in Italy for the deployment of fiber, EUR 210 million over 5 years and with Masmovil in Spain, for millions over 4 years. Added to the integration of Comvergent in the United Kingdom, this explains the growth observed in outside -- countries outside France and Benelux. I will now leave the floor to Gianbeppi.

For several months, Solutions 30 has been the object of repeated attacks from active short sellers. These attacks have been more virulent with the move to Euronext and the inclusion in the SBF 120. And while the share price was at a higher in early December, anonymous report was published. And then while the spread reported, we responded to these attacks in several phases. The Executive Board responding point by point to each of the allegations contained in the anonymous report. All of these responses have been effectively and fully disseminated and have been made available on our website. We have alerted the market authorities that supervise us, namely the CSSF and the AMF with whom we have maintained numerous transparent and proactive exchanges during the entire period. We have also filed a complaint with the [P&F] for dissemination of false and misleading information and market manipulation. And we have filed a complaint against Muddy Waters for defamation. These complaints are currently under investigation. The Supervisory Board has mandated Deloitte and Didier Kling to conduct independent and autonomous investigations to shed light on these allegations. The investigations confirm the integrity of the company and its management and concluded that the serious allegations made against Solutions 30 were unfounded. By the admissions of our detractors, these allegations have not been proven. Deloitte and Didier Kling, who had access to all available documentation, carried out very thorough investigations, enabling them to conclude very clearly on the integrity of the management and the solidity of the company's figures. However, R&D [ detractors ] continue to defame our group, spreading misleading and deceptive information in the market directly or indirectly related to Solutions 30. These attacks undoubtfully put our group and its partners under pressure. In this context, and despite a very thorough review that did not lead to any [indiscernible] opinion or reservation, our auditor decided belatedly and against all expectations, not to issue an opinion on the financial statements of Solutions 30, which caused a new shock wave on the share. The situation of the group is and remains very solid. As Amaury indicated earlier, our economic model is extremely simple, and our turnover is easily seen. Indeed, Solutions 30 has 30% of its activity with great -- the biggest accounts. Our activity, sometimes questioned, shows an organization turned towards operational efficiency. Our processes, the density of our network and our IT platform explain our level of profitability, which is in line with that of the most performing actors in our markets. Especially, cash never misses, and the performance of the group was proven with the bank accounts of the group at EUR 159 million that are in the activity of December 2020. These elements are very factual, have enabled the Supervisory Board to close the account and which was approved by the Board of Directors. This new situation has led us to solicit the President of the Tribunal of Bobigny and to appoint it's solicitor to provide all the answers to solutions, helping us to ensure the support of our partners. We have, therefore, launched on May 25 a research for new [indiscernible]. The first decision of the conciliator was to mandate. [Mr. Green], the presence of the council, the chamber, and to support us in this research and consolidate our work with EY. We are also supported in discussions with our bank partners and commercial partners. Discussions are going well. We have the trust of our clients, and they can see very well what is happening with our accounts. In record time, less than 2 months, we were able to have a call for tender. We are already working with the [ TWC ] KPMG on topics, key topics, and the independent investigation led by the sup -- Board of Directors was given to Deloitte. The teams of the council of audit showed the capacity to lead the revision of the accounts of Solutions 30 according to the standards. The audit is present throughout the group and has the necessary teams to conduct the work that is necessary. If its nomination is approved, the council said they would be able to begin the work very soon and to see the council at the end of 2020. This crisis is managed by all the governance of the group. The Supervisory Board has created an Ad hoc Committee meeting once a month since December 2020, which follows carefully the situation. The actions led by the Supervisory Board -- the Board of Directors. And since the departure of [ Karin ] a year ago, we strengthened our competencies, first, with the arrival of Luc Brusselaers as Chief Revenue Officer. And in last April, we had the arrival of Mr. Ziegler. Robert has a wide expertise in terms of company transformation acquired as Associate and Managing Director, and DHL, where he directed an activity of EUR 4 million in turnover. Robert will lead the transformation of the group to accelerate its restructuration in line with the ambitions of growth we have. Robert will come in a few minutes to explain the transformation plan to us. You will have -- as you will have understood, the group stock market situation is -- in no way reflects its operational situation, which remains extremely solid and still a very strong growth potential. Wherever it is present, the group has very favorable growth levers. This slide details the outlook for each territory. What is important to note is that everywhere markets are opening up. The U.K., Germany, Italy and Poland are where France and Spain were in 2017, 2018 in terms of fiber development. The pandemic has further reinforced the need for robust and ultra-fast telecom infrastructures. In the ultra broadband and fiber market, we have solid references, thanks to the leading skills and competitive position we have acquired in France. We have proven our ability to support very rapid ramp ups. We know how to meet our customers' requirements. We know how to guarantee rapid quality interventions wherever we operate with high satisfaction rates for our customers. Another promising market is the energy transition. The rise of electric vehicles requires the rapid deployment of recharging infrastructures, and we are in the process of winning the important references in this rapidly developing market. The multiplication of energy sources and the need to control energy consumption are also growth drivers for our group while electrical networks must adapt to new uses. All these factors allow the group to see the symbolic milestone of EUR 1 billion approaching. I will now hand it over to Robert, who will talk about the group's transformation plan.

Good morning, everyone. My name is Robert Ziegler, and I'm the Chief Transformation Officer of Solutions 30 since April 1. I'm very pleased to be here with you today to talk about our transformation plan for 2021. On the following slides, I'd like to explain how we plan to marry growth stemming from our markets with a transformation that is needed in Solutions 30 to sustain this growth. Since its inception, Solutions 30 has never seen a year without double-digit growth. In the past few years, this profitable growth has accelerated to bring the company to where it is today. My job will be to sustain this growth trajectory and achieve our ambitions for the coming years while maintaining current levels of profitability. We, as a management team, understand that operating at a level of $1 billion-plus in revenues requires additional discipline. Discipline needed to assure that we can sustain this growth without exposing ourselves to risks from the increased size and therefore, complexity of the organization. At the same time, the DNA and strength of Solutions 30 is its entrepreneurship and the drive of its people at all levels of the organization across Europe. Therefore, the challenge we seek is to become more structured and have stronger internal and external controls while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit at the heart of our teams. A very pragmatic transformation approach is needed, which will be driven by the top management and reach into the very details of our operations. We need to do this without creating an obstacle to our continued growth. Therefore, my approach to transformation will be twofold, focusing first on the continued growth of the business. It will support -- I will support this growth actively as part of the team, which is highly committed to deliver quality services to a loyal customer base. All that within a healthy and proven business model. The financial strength of Solutions 30 will allow us to fuel that growth with a very agile organization and with short decision-making processes. To give you an example, I'm currently deep diving into the German business, and I'm driving the growth there. We're building a stable platform to grow organically in our core markets of telecommunication and energy. We're also seeking opportunities to capture the current market momentum in Germany. We're investing into capabilities to bring new fast Internet to homes and businesses. The main challenge is to build resources and capabilities fast, all that in a market that is characterized by very high demand and a constant lack of supply. In order to bring additional resources to the German market, we're applying several strategies. One example is that we've built a supplier sourcing platform. This platform will allow us to source supplier companies from all over Europe. It will allow us to offer them projects or ongoing work all over our European entities. This platform will evolve into our main tool for managing subcontractors. In terms of our second priority, we will take steps to improve our structures around governance, risk and compliance. We're continuing to implement on a number of quick wins in this area. We're introducing new risk controls and compliance policies, which we're rolling out to all countries and all managers. We're building a digital platform for managing subcontractors and for monitoring all transactions with related parties. We keep strengthening our governance and governing bodies. We're continuously improving the legibility of our organization. 14 subsidiaries were merged in France in 2020 and we will keep reducing the numbers of subsidiaries. We're also improving our commitment to ESG. And for the first time in 2021, ESG criteria will be part of the management's bonus targets. Beyond the quick wins, we're starting a project with an external consulting firm, whom we've already selected. The project will focus on building a comprehensive governance, risk and compliance framework. We've chosen to implement the best practice model called GRC or 3 lines of defense. This framework covers governance, risk and compliance instead of looking at them as separate topics. It is centered around the first-line of defense, which are the core processes of the company. This means it is grounded in the business rather than a layer on top of it. We want to use GRC not just as an approach to fulfill external norm, but also to prepare the company for the coming growth trajectory. GRC will help us strengthen our structures and improve our internal controls. We do this, first and foremost, to protect our business and avoid mistakes in a fast-growing organization. The second line of defense are the internal control systems, which interact with our co-processes. We want to avoid those becoming a burden. We will, therefore, immediately implement easy-to-use workflow technology to facilitate the introduction of those internal controls. This system will support us on steering decision-makers along the process. It will document all relevant decisions and make them auditable. The challenge will be to design this in a way to stay agile while being more rigorous and disciplined at the same time. Once the first 2 lines have been implemented, we will activate the third line of defense by auditing whether we're doing the right things and whether we're doing the things right. In terms of organization, we will broaden the powers of the group Executive Committee, which will take our day-to-day task from the group management Board and help run the company more smoothly across geographies. There will also be regular interactions with country Executive Committees, and each country will follow a similar template for its organization. We will, of course, allow for differences in size or other local specifics. We have already significantly improved the integration of ESG matters into our strategy. The improvement in our ratings shows this. Solutions 30 was ranked by Vigeo to be the second most improved company on the Euronext Paris. Awareness for ESG has strongly increased throughout the group over the last year. And clearly, today, our customers are expecting their key partners to commit to sustainability. In 2021, we intend to go further, and for the first time, make ESG part of our managers' performance targets. We believe that this will further improve integration of ESG into our daily operations. The business will also increase its green revenue by growing the e-mobility charging networks throughout Europe. New initiatives will support human capital development. But last but not least, our own fleet will become more sustainable. Our first ESG report will be available in the coming weeks. When we look at the time line for our transformation plan, we expect the quick wins to be implemented by the end of Q4. The next stage growth plan and GRC implementation are expected by the end of Q4, beginning 2022. We also plan to follow-up our GRC efforts with an external audit on GRC in the first half of next year. In a nutshell, we want to deliver a stronger organization with stronger control for a stronger outlook. Thank you for your time and attention. I now leave the floor to Gianbeppi.

Thank you, Robert. We have received several questions from our shareholders. We have added the answers during the presentation. We have grouped the others per theme. First, for the audit. We received several questions related to audit and the measures put in place for the accounts and the control of the accounts. Since 2 years, and especially since the adoption of the IFRS standards, the desire for improvements have been required to solidify the accounts. We have a time line that is very precise for all the teams of the group and the auditors. This time -- this agenda was followed during 2020 and the first month of 2021 until our reviser in May published its report as we know it, and which was included in the presentation. We have several questions that led the reviser not to emit an opinion, the super -- the auditor, and we haven't talked about it. So we are binded by confidentiality clauses that, unfortunately, do not enable us to answer precisely to these questions. But I'd like to be very clear, and I'm saying it with the most strict firmness, we all -- we -- all the documents in our possession will be shared. The work has been very thorough, and we never asked the auditor not to look into it. So the -- as we have said it at several times, we are in deep disagreement with the auditor, and we do not agree. So the new auditor of the company will institute on the company and there will be a revision of the quarterly accounts and the strength and audit of the report opened in January 2021. If the 2020 accounts are approved during the general assembly, they will be provided to the register of trade commerce. And once again, these accounts are audited, even if they weren't the object of an opinion provided. Under the governance of the group, we also had received questions of 2 nature, some shareholders wanted to go back to the sale off of the shares. It was done in full transparency, 5% to the CCSF (sic) [ CSSF ]. These declarations are available on Solutions 30 website and were disseminated in the strict respect of the regulations. The notifications of the -- when the threshold was gone over, this is done by the stock exchange in Luxembourg. Not being -- having left the supervisory -- the Board of Directors, Karim Rachedi, no other notes to bring, but remains an important shareholder of the group. We were also asked about the confidence in the governance of the group and potential changes. As soon as the situation is normalized, the shareholders will be able to strengthen the Supervisory Board in terms of competence, audit compliance and so on and also looking at gender equality and considering new governance. Several shareholders have been asking about looking for a reference shareholder and potentially pulling out of the quarter. This is -- it's too early to say the coming in of a reference shareholder could take us out of this rating, but this is not the case now. And if we pulled out of the rating, we would have binding rules to protect the shareholders. And if such an operation was to be considered and implemented, then an offer would be sent to all shareholders to offer to buy back their shares according to specific terms, and they would be free to agree or not. We also considered a share buyback program and also we considered the dividend. And as you know, Solutions 30 is growing strongly and therefore, the cash flow is dedicated to the contract for the social interest of the group. Also, due to the crisis that we are going through, we have to -- we need the support of our banks, and they expect our cash flow to be managed extremely cautiously, which means that it needs to be dedicated to the growth of operations, which is why we cannot consider a short-term buyback program. And it's the same for paying our dividend. Regarding buyback from the members of the Governance Board, we obviously can't fall into the trap of insiders knowledge, and so we can't go into this. We answered most of the questions that you asked. And in 2 words, coming out of the health crisis is going well. Our activity continued throughout the second and the third lockdowns. The market is very buoyant, and the effect of the recovery plans are going to be felt soon. We're going to communicate on our 5-year plan towards the end of the year or towards the start of next year. The priority of the group is to capture the growth of our markets and to position ourselves as leaders of buoyant markets with strong recurrence as it is the case for fiber connection, markets, maintenance and support of final users. Our M&A policy is on standby considering the situation, but we have a pipeline of operations that is very good on a very fragmented market. And I think I have now answered all the questions that were asked. Teams of investors relations and shareholders relations are available, and I'm now going to give the floor to Pierre-Alexandre.

Thank you very much, Gianbeppi. Sorry in advance it's going to be a little bit technical, and I'm going to be reading. As you know, the agenda was the following: presentation of the management report and the consolidation report, the lack of opinion from the auditors; and the approval of the 2020 account; the approval of the consolidated account for the same year; allocation of results; the discharge to the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board; and the reelection of a number of members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Jean-Paul Cottet, Ms. Caroline Tissot, Mr. Paul Raguin and Mr. Francesco Serafini, as members of the Supervisory Board for a period of 4 years ending at the date of the Annual General Meeting called to approve the annual accounts for the financial year ending 31st of December 2024; and the creation of additional Supervisory Board subcommittees; the appointment of new approved statutory auditors until the Annual General Meeting resolving on the approval of the annual accounts; and the submission of the remuneration report for advisory -- for advice. Regarding the voting formalities, all shareholders were invited to vote, through proxy vote, sending by the 21st of June midnight, their proxy vote duly completed and signed. The only shareholders holding shares on the record date, which was 16th of June 2021, were entitled to participate and vote in this general meeting. In my quality as the scrutineer teller, my team and myself have been counting all votes cast in the proxy and voting forms received prior to the general meeting. The process and the methodology have been verified by a bailiff, which -- who was able to ascertain the method and use the consolidated list of votes cast. In compliance with the law, the votes counted do not include votes attached to shares for which shareholders abstained or cast a blank or null vote. First resolution is the following, is the approval of the account of the company for the 31st of December 2020. The approval of the annual accounts of the company for the financial year ending 31st of December 2020 Annual General Meeting. After having reviewed the management report of the management Board, the disclaimer report of the approved statutory auditor and the observation of the statutory Board approves the annual accounts for the financial year in their entirety showing a net profit of 21 point -- well, you see the figure on the screen. Then you see the votes, 29 million -- 29,200,835 votes for, and 13,000 -- 13,339,677 votes against. So the resolution is adopted. Second resolution. The second resolution, approval of the consolidated financial statements of the financial year ending 31st of December 2020. So the net profit of EUR 35,844,373. You see the results on the screen. And so the resolution is adopted with a majority of 68.17%. Then the third resolution on the allocation of results. The Annual General Meeting acknowledges a net profit of EUR 21,240,366, and you see the allocation on the table on the screen. And the votes are also on the screen. The resolution is adopted by a majority of 99.57%. Fourth resolution. This is for the discharge to the members of the management Board and the Supervisory Board. And the resolution can be read as such: the Annual General Meeting decides to grant discharge to the members of the management board and the members of the Supervisory Board for the performance of the mandate for the financial year ending 31st of December 2020. And you see, again, the results on the screen. So over 28 million for, over 17 million against and about 9 million abstained. And so the resolution is, therefore, adopted by a majority of 61%. Thank you. Gianbeppi. Thank you, President. As this is a new meeting, we have to do things properly. So let's see what was said before. According to the Luxembourg law, you have to have at least 1 share of Solutions 30 and agree to the statutes to be able to come to this general meeting. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restriction on gathering that are still in force in Luxembourg, the company had to take precautionary measures, again, this year to limit the exposure of its shareholders and all the usual participants in an Extraordinary General Meeting. In this context, the management Board of the company has decided to hold this Extraordinary General Meeting without physical presence as permitted by the Luxembourg law. The management Board also decided that this Extraordinary General Meeting will be broadcast live by video and would be accessible to all shareholders registered on the record date of the 16th of June. Considering the formalities and publications, the documents relating to the regularity of the convening of the shareholders have been deposited on the bureau. The documents provided by the law and the article of the association were made available and were published in the following way: 31st of May; 10th of June for the 3D electronic gazette and the local paper in Luxembourg, Tageblatt; and the website on the company on the 31st of May, 10th and 28th of June. The notices of the Extraordinary General Meeting was sent to shareholders in name by registered letter on 31st of May. The certificates as at 16th of June and proxies and voting forms were also deposited on the bureau of the assembly of the general meeting. Concerning the quorum, in accordance with the law on commercial companies and articles of association of Solutions 30, we need a quorum, which needs to be half of the corporate capital that must be represented for any general meeting to be held valid. The resolution of the agenda of this Extraordinary General Meeting will be adopted by a majority of 2/3 of votes validly cast. Each share gives the right to 1 vote. For the calculation of the quorum as per the analysis of the documents and the consolidation of the vote validly cast by the shareholders, it appears that the corporate capital amounts to 107,127,984 shares. The required quorum was 53,563,992 shares. And the represented corporate capital represented is 51,582,728 shares, which is 48.15% of the capital. So the legal quorum not being reached, this Extraordinary General Meeting cannot be held as valid. And the notary will draw an acknowledgment deed, establishing the absence of legally required quorum and the Extraordinary General Meeting will be reconvened at a later date. So this ends this Extraordinary General Meeting. Thank you very much for listening.
