Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining the meeting. I am Archie Black, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SPS Commerce, and it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to the 2020 SPS Commerce Annual Meeting. In these unprecedented times with the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home orders, we decided to use remote technology to host today's meeting in the interest of safety. Thank you for your flexibility, and thank you for joining us today. If you encounter any difficulties during today's meetings, please call the technical support number posted on the meeting login page. At the request of our Chairman, I call this meeting to order and announce the polls are now open. First, I would like to note that our other directors are in attendance today, along with our other executive officers. Jon Zimmerman of Faegre Drinker, our legal counsel, is attending the meeting and serving as the inspector of election. Also present today is Kevin Slama with KPMG, our independent auditor. Today's agenda is straightforward. I will address certain procedural matters, outline the matters being voted on, announce the results of the vote, conclude the formal portion of the meeting and answer any questions. Most stockholders have already voted by proxy, and the proxy votes have been tallied. You may also vote during the meeting, which you should do so at this time. If you've already voted by proxy, you do not need to vote during the meeting or take any other action at this time. Stockholders may submit questions electronically during the meeting by following the directions on the website. A valid quorum is present. There are 4 items to be considered today: First is the election of 7 directors, each to serve until election of directors at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The nominees were set forth in the proxy statement. The second item is the ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent auditor for the current fiscal year ending December 31, 2020. The third item is an advisory vote on the company's compensation of its named executive officers, often referred to as a say-on-pay vote. Information regarding the company's executive compensation plans and payments are disclosed in detail in the proxy statement for this meeting. The fourth item is to vote to amend the company's certification -- certificate of incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock. I will now close the polls. I am pleased to announce the approval of the election of the 7 director nominees; the ratification of the appointment of KPMG; the compensation paid to the company's named executive officers on an advisory basis; and the amendment to the certificate of incorporation. The exact vote totals will be certified by the inspector of election and incorporated in the minutes of today's meeting. Thank you for your participation. This concludes the formal portion of today's meeting. Thank you for joining our meeting today. We'll now address stockholder questions.
