Good morning. Now we will go through the company's overview. FINCORP is one of the oldest investment management company and was established in the year 2003, is in the Sultanate of Oman, and is listed in Muscat Stock Exchange. During 2025, FINCORP asked to cancel its licenses and it's yet to be approved by FSA and to be shifted to an investment company. Okay. Our income during the year is basically from brokerage and investment management and property investments. In year '25, we make a total income of OMR 691,000 and our operating expenses was OMR 451,000. The profit from operation was OMR 240,000. After the provisions, the company carried net losses of OMR 1,367,000. This is before taxation done. After taxation, the net losses was OMR 1,406,000. The total assets of the company in year 2025 was OMR 7,385,000. The total liabilities was OMR 1,701,000. The total equity by end of December '25 was OMR 5,684,000. Fees and commission income was less than last year by 66%. The net realized gain was less than 2024 by 57%. Fair value changes was higher than 2024 by 365%. Dividend income was similar to 2024. Share of results of association was higher by 209%. Now the question and answer.
