Good afternoon. I'm John Gustavsen, the Chief Executive Officer of United States Antimony Corporation. On behalf of our Board of Directors and employees, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders. We are happy to have you with us. First, I would like to start by introducing the members of our Board and management team. We have Gary Evans, Chairman of our Board of Directors, 2 of our directors, Joe Bardswich, and Michael McManus; and Rick Isaak, our Chief Financial Officer. Also with us today on this call are Scott Neue from Assure, our independent public accounting firm; and Steve Boender, and Justin Sedor from Stoel Rives, our outside legal counsel. Now that we've gone through the introductions, a few words regarding mailing notice and presence of a quorum. A notice of meeting and Internet availability was mailed on or about November 17, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of that date, November 17, 2023. An affidavit to that effect has been received from Issuer Direct Corporation and would be followed -- will be filed with meetings from this -- minutes from this meeting. Based on the shares represented in person or by proxy, a quorum is present and we can proceed with the meeting. In the interest of time, we will dispense with the reading of minutes from last year's shareholder meeting. I would like now to proceed with the business of this year's meeting. As set forth in the meeting notice and the accompanying proxy statement, there are 3 matters to be voted on by the shareholders. Proposal #1, the first matter is for the election of 4 directors to the Board of Directors to serve for a 1-year term. The Board of Directors nominated and recommended the election of Gary Evans, Blaise Aguirre, Joe Bardswich and Michael McManus in the proxy statement. Proposal #2, the second item is the approval of the proposed equity incentive plan. Proposal #3, the third item is ratification of Assure as our independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2023. The polls are now open to vote for these 3 proposals. Please use the Vote My Shares button on the left side of the screen to cast your vote. We will pause for a minute to allow shareholders to vote their shares. [Voting]

We are now declaring the polls closed and ask Rick Isaak, our Inspector of Elections to tally the votes. The Inspector of Election reports that a majority of our shares of common stock are present and voting at this meeting virtually or by proxy. The inspector also reports that each of Gary Evans, Blaise Aguirre, Joe Bardswich and Michael McManus has been elected to the Board of Directors. The equity incentive plan has been approved and the selection of Assure has been ratified. A formal report of the Inspector of Election detailing the results of this vote on each proposal will be filed within 10 minutes -- within the minutes of this meeting. This concludes the business to be conducted today. Your Board and management team want to thank our employees for their hard work and dedication to our company. It is only through all our efforts that we achieved our goals to improve our company and increase shareholder value. We would also like to thank our shareholders for their support and encouragement and for their dedication to our company throughout the years. Thank you for participating in this meeting. The 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting is officially adjourned.
