Hello, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Visioneering Technologies, Inc. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded. It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Dr. David Mazzo. Dr. Mazzo, the floor is yours.

Good morning and good evening to all of you. My name is David Mazzo, and I am the Chairman of Visioneering Technologies, Inc., and I will act as Chairman of this meeting. Unfortunately, a simple majority of the company's common stock has yet to respond to our announcement for this annual meeting, and we therefore do not have a quorum present. As a result, we currently are unable to convene the annual meeting. To date, we have received proxies representing approximately 40% of the shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote, including shares of common stock underlying CHESS Depositary Interests or CDIs. Holders of shares may vote at the meeting. Holders of CDIs were required to nominate themselves or another person to be appointed as proxy for CHESS Depositary Nominees or CDNs prior to the start of the meeting. The meeting has now begun, and the number of holders of CDIs nominating themselves or another person as proxy is not sufficient for us to achieve a quorum. Consequently, we will adjourn this meeting to the same time on Friday, June 3 at 8:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time, which is Thursday, June 2 at 6 p.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time by when we hope to have a quorum present. The meeting link for the adjourned meeting will be the same as the one that you used to join this meeting. We will include these details in an ASX announcement that we will post after this meeting. I now declare the meeting closed.
