executiveGood morning, ladies and gentleman, and welcome to the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. My name is Mike Rossi, and I'm the President and CEO of the company. We hope this year's annual meeting of stockholders is [indiscernible] attending the meeting, recording devices. This meeting is now called to order. Dr. James Healy, Chairman of the Board, is President and will serve as Chairman of the meeting. By his order, I will conduct the formal business portion of this meeting, now 8:00 a.m. on July 11, 2025, and the polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented. Please refer to the rules of conduct posted on the meeting website. In order to conduct an orderly meeting, we ask that you follow these rules. We also have joining us today, [ Philip Holez ], who has been appointed as Inspector of Elections by the Board of Directors; and Geoff Brzuchalski of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the company's independent registered public [indiscernible] questions as needed. In the interest of having a fair [indiscernible] by clicking on the proxy voting cycling on the left side of your screen. Each share of the company's common stock is entitled to 1 vote. After I describe the items to be voted on and we hold the question and answer polls, a digital copy of the notice and proxy statement is also available. The order of business for the meeting is displayed on the right half of the screen. The matters to be considered at this meeting are described in the company's proxy statement dated May 30, 2025, and I will review them in a few minutes. I would like to state for the record that on May 30, 2025, the notice of this meeting was deposited in the United States mail to all stockholders as of May 23, 2025, the record date for this meeting. I have proof of such mailing in the form of an affidavit from American Stock Transfer and Trust Co. The affidavit will be incorporated into the minutes of this meeting. We expect to close the polls directly after the question-and-answer session on the proposals. We will answer questions regarding matters to be voted on at the meeting after all matters have been presented. Should you wish to submit a question during the meeting, please click on the messaging icon at the top of the left side of your screen, type your question into the text box, then click the send icon at the right of that text box. Please note that in the interest of all stockholders, we will only address those constraints. Stockholders are limited to 1 question each. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to respond to as many as possible in the time permitted. We will allow up to 10 minutes for this question-and-answer period.

executiveThe Inspector of Elections has confirmed that based on preliminary voting results, David Gill has been elected to hold office until the 2028 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until his earlier [indiscernible] resignation or removal. The Inspector of Elections has confirmed that based on the preliminary voting results, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, has been ratified. The Inspector of Elections has confirmed that based on the preliminary voting results, the resolution concerning the advisory vote on the executive compensation of the company's named executive officers. We expect to report our preliminary voting results or if available to us on a timely basis, our final voting results on the current report on Form 8-K to be filed with the SEC within 4 business days after the end of this meeting. If not earlier reported, we expect to report our final voting results in an amendment to our Form 8-K within 4 business days after the final results are known to us. I now direct the inspectors both and certificate of elections to be affixed to the minutes of this meeting.
