Thanks, Steven. Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us for the Q3 financial '20 result ended on 31st December 2019 earnings call for Arihant Superstructures. I'm Umesh Jhawar, and I take care of Strategy and Investor Relations at Arihant Superstructures Limited. Please note that the results and presentations have been mailed, and you can view these on our website, www.asl.net.in. To take us through the results and to answer your questions today, we have Mr. Deepak Lohia, our CFO, Chief Financial Officer. Unfortunately, Chairman and Managing Director, has got into some busy meeting, so he has to move out of the office. So he won't be able to be available on the call. We'll be starting this call with a brief presentation, giving an overview of the company's performance, followed by a Q&A session. With that said, I would now turn our call to Deepakji. Mr. Deepak Lohia, over to you.

Thank you, Umeshji, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. The financial height (sic) [ highlight ] for the quarter 3 FY 2020 on a consolidated basis are as. Revenue for the Q3 FY '20 is INR 641.54 million vis-à-vis, INR 794.11 million for Q3 FY '19. And if you see last quarter, which is ended on September Q2, the revenue is increased from INR 641.54 million to INR 531.80 million. There is increase of approximately 21% in our revenue. And EBITDA for the quarter is INR 138.80 million vis-à-vis INR 176.10 million for Q3 FY '19. And if you see quarter 2, which is on September 2019, that EBITDA is INR 138 million for this quarter and vis-à-vis INR 73.30 million for Q2 FY '20. It is also increased by 8% from previous quarters. PBT for the Q3 FY '20 is INR 62.10 million vis-à-vis INR 84.6 million for Q3 FY '19 and PAT for Q3 FY '20 INR 41 million vis-à-vis INR 71.4 million for quarter 3 FY '19. This quarter, we have sold approximately 267 unit. And this revenue is INR 893 million and the total area is 1,78,216 (sic) [ 2,10,457 ]. INR 893 million and this total area sold 2,10,457 compared to last quarter we have sold 1,78,216.
