Majumdar, ED. With this, I hand over the call to the MD sir for his opening remarks, post which we will have a Q&A session. Thank you, and over to you, sir.
Brajesh Singh
executiveThank you. Thank you, there. I just welcome all our esteemed analyst to this analyst meet after having published our September quarterly results. And I'm very happy to inform some of the salient features, though we have already provided the full balance sheet and profit and loss statement posted. So we have this quarter crossed a very important milestone of INR 30 lakh crores of business, and our total global business stands at crores at 15.18% Y-o-Y growth. And then global deposit also grew by 13.13% Y-o-Y, and it is as of now, at INR 16.97 crores -- INR 16, 97,000 crores. Global advances grew very robustly at 19.46%, Y-o-Y, [indiscernible] and the most heartening to note is our core business, the income on core business, that is net interest income grew by 20.39% and it is at ever highest Y-o-Y also and our highest outstanding gross amount at INR 11,000-plus crores. Net profit also grew very handsomely, and it is also our highest profit of any quarter at INR 175 crores and Y-o-Y 8.4%. CRR is very well placed at 17.19% due to clawback also. And at the same time, our density of our respected asset has also improved like anything. Then PCR coverage is also -- we have increased it by 175 basis point Y-o-Y basis, and now it stands very robustly at 25.34%. Gross NPA, our total asset quality has improved like anything. Our guidance for the full year at March 31, '27 was for gross NPA [ 1.5% ] we have already improved it at 1.33%. Net NPA also, we said that it will be around 0.4%. It has further improved at [indiscernible] and it is as of now only at [ 1.30% ]. So if we go granularly in the advances side, it is the advances growth was broad best. I mean every RAM and large growth for everybody has equally contributed to discuss RAM grew by [indiscernible], retail credit at 31.61% and even -- in retail, if you talk about housing loan, it has also grown 17.35%. All these numbers are Y-o-Y. [indiscernible] grew by 25.5%. If we talk about MSME also, there is a very good growth at 15.49%. And in earnings per share, also 5% growth is 5%, and we are at INR 22.6. And there is a growth of 21 -- there is an improvement of 21 basis points on Y-o-Y versus in credit cost and it is very handsomely placed at 0.4%. And the slippage [indiscernible] has been contained like anything, and the annualized slippage ratio is only 0.58%, and there is an improvement of 18 basis points. So -- and let me just conclude by just giving how we have fared against our guidance, which we gave in the start of the year. So we said we'll grow total business by 10% to 11%. Against that, we have grown 15.8% advances, we said 11% to 12%. We have grown 19.46% deposit growth, we said 9% to 10%. Now we have growth at 13.13%. CASA, we have said that it will be between the range of 30% to 32%, which is as of now at 29%, is that we have protected at 39% in spite of the fact that we could garner 5.8 billion of FCNR (B) deposit, which in rupee terms is close to INR 55,000 crores, which is all under term deposit. Had it not been there, we would have been also achieved those surpass this guidance also. Despite of so much term deposit, [indiscernible] in a very short span of time, we are still maintaining 29%. NIMB said, it will range between 2.5% to 2.60%. We are at 2.53% on an annual basis. And on quarterly, it is 2.5% even better. Gross NPA, like I already discussed, net NPA also discussed, [indiscernible] discuss slippage ratio guidance was 0.80%. Now it is only 8.58%. Credit costs also have said that we have improved. And against the guidance of 0.75% is only 0.47%. Return on equity, we said 16.5%. It is 2% more around [indiscernible] to be precise. Earnings per share also we said 20% and it is at 22.6%. Return on average, we said between 1.01% to 1.05%. We are at 1.04%. So you see barring on CASA, that I've explained [indiscernible] we have surpassed by good margins on all the -- this thing. I mean, all the guidances. Now I shall be open to your analysis, your questions, your any further clarification from our side. And any guidance from your side, please?
Operator
operator[Operator Instructions] We will take the first question from the line of Mahrukh.
Mahrukh Adajania
analystHello, sir. Congratulations. Congratulations, sir. So I just had a couple of questions. What would be your incremental yield on corporate loans currently? And what would it be last quarter? As in what was the incremental yield on corporate loans in the second quarter? And what was it in the first quarter? And likewise, on gold loans [indiscernible]
Brajesh Singh
executiveOkay. That I will provide you. Yes, we have got [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveThe corporate yield is 7.72%. And on gold, it is increased to 9.10%. It has increased from 8.96% to 9.10%.
Mahrukh Adajania
analystAnd corporate has improved?
Unknown Executive
executiveFrom 7.68%, it has improved to 7.72%.
Mahrukh Adajania
analystOkay, sir. Got it. Got it. And sir, what is your take on margins from here on? Do you see margins improve from year on to?
Unknown Executive
executiveI guess we will be able to sustain this NIM at 2.5%. -- considering, I mean, there is a rate hike also up 0.25 basis points. We had 25 basis points. And our reported linked book is 53%. And again, MCRR will be also repriced, but at the same time, it will further depend upon how deposits and advances are getting repriced. But as of now, we speak 53% of book is already repriced. And then there is a festive decision, there will be a lot of festivity also. So there will be a lot of underwriting on the retail lending and growth propelled through widespread consumption. So we see there is good margin also. In retail, our margin is 8.65% [indiscernible] so that's why it will improve. 50% already repriced.
Mahrukh Adajania
analystGot it, sir. Sir, and again, on gold loans, competition keeps increasing. I know Canara Bank has done well. It's one of the leaders there. But competition keeps increasing, so do you see pressure on yields going ahead? Your yield has actually improved Q-o-Q, but do you see pressure on yield going ahead, given that competition keeps rising, even large NBFCs are now getting into it in a big way?
Brajesh Singh
executiveSo we were under a very competitive environment so that we are used to taking on competition. So yes. But one thing I would like to say, gold loan, we are doing for years altogether. And we are very -- I think very much skilled in doing gold loans. All our people are very smart. We have got a very good setup of [indiscernible], gold safes and the whole ecosystem we have got very well placed. We are market leaders also. And as of now, also, we are not pricing very aggressively like this NBFC and all. And we are always below NBFC, and they can't be below us considering they borrow from us only and then the further goal lending. They are not a deposit-taking NBFCs. So yes, competition is there, but we know how to -- we know this business, how to do this business. We will be further bettering. It will be not dipping, I guess.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of Jai Mundhra.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystCongratulations on a steady quarter. Few questions, sir. First is the bulk deposit, while we have raised huge FCNR (B), but it looks like that the bulk deposit has not moved either way. I was under the impression that you -- the bank may be tempted to reduce bulk deposits are only replaced bulk by FCNR. So what is your thought process? Can bulk deposit be decreased? And is there any -- the entire FCNR will be in retail TD only, right? Is that understanding correct?
Brajesh Singh
executiveLet me request Ahluwalia to answer here.
Hardeep Ahluwalia
executiveSir, last quarter, we have increased the bulk and CD by INR 12,000 crores. So from [indiscernible] the bulk has gone to INR 4.37 lakhs. Now this quarter, we have consciously not taken and maintained at the June level from INR 437 to INR 438 million. During this process, we have decreased our cost of deposit by 1% because the FCNR deposits were at 1% less than the bulk prevailing market price.
Brajesh Singh
executiveSo we have grown by 19% in advances also. We have grown 13% in deposits. So there is a gap also. So it was funded there also. The part of it was utilized there or credit fully with robust credit growth, it was utilized.
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, it has replaced what you understood was correct, replaced by deposits. It fully replace the bulk deposit. Otherwise, had FCNR (B) not been there, deposits would have been more by INR 30,000, INR 35,000 crores. I mean bulk CD put together.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystYes. Right. And in the process, you have saved 100 basis points cost on bulk, right?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes, yes. Wherever we have replaced [indiscernible] that was 7.5%. Further, we have saved on cost of CRR and SLR also, which is also 22, 23 points. Considering these were not supposed to be a charge CSLR also. So again, there is -- that arming also.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystSo sir, I'm not able to understand your NIM trajectory because 50% of the book will move up by 25 basis points immediately or it has already moved. And bulk deposit, even if the rates seem still softer or stable times, right? So mathematically, the NIM should go up only. What is the [indiscernible]
Brajesh Singh
executiveOkay. Okay, I'll answer. This quarter, that effect of that FCNR (B) leverage will also come, wherein we do not have a spread of 2.55%. It is the spread in the 3.2 billion in leverage is only 40, 50 basis points. So that will be compensated with this a little more, it will compensate more. So that impact will also come from this quarter now.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystAnd sir, into interest income on advances, was there any one-off? I mean, the calculated yield and even the reported yields are up by 3, 4 basis points on the yield, loan yield, is there anything which helped us in improving the loan yields?
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no, no. It is only since our average advances has continuously increased and it never [indiscernible] so due to average advances on the trading side and very calibrated underwriting also we have done. We have not done any sub 7 loans. Whether we have studied some of the sub 7 loans. And at the same time, we have some of the high-cost deployed like Mr. Ahluwalia told. So that's why this increased earning is there. It merely on the count of average outstanding advance is going one side northward only.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystRight. Understood. And sir, your gold loan -- total gold loan in rupees crore and how much of that is agri gold and retail gold, sir, if you have that number.
Brajesh Singh
executiveOkay. So INR 282,000 -- INR 2,082,000 crores is the total gold loan, out of which agriculture is INR 1,074,000 and other [indiscernible] other, non-agriculture, INR 1,008,000. So all together, INR 2,082,000 crores.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystRight. Last question, sir, from my side is, sir, AFS reserves. If you can quantify what was the IFRS result at the end of Q1 and at the end of Q2?
Brajesh Singh
executiveNumber I will also give, but in percentage terms, I would like to say 80% of our investment book is HTM, 20% other than HTM, AFS and FPL. Out of that, also 15% book is [indiscernible] some percentage is AFS. So even if HTA is not supposed to -- if you are asking about that dent mark-to-market. So STM is not supposed to be hit by MTM, but AFS is also not hitting our profit and loss that will directly go to AFS result. Only BTL, which is less than 4%, around 4%, their impact of mark-to-market is coming. But also I can quantify last.
Unknown Executive
executiveYou wanted to know that what is the increased loss the loss for the quarter is around INR 1,300 crores for the quarter in AFS.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystOkay. But that is adjusted in AFS , right? Nothing to do with [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveExactly. It is adjusted in AFS.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystAnd sorry, sir, you were mentioning about the sensitivity of [indiscernible].
Unknown Executive
executiveYes. last quarter, our earnings was from INR 55 crores. This year...
Unknown Executive
executiveThis year lost [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveThis year loss was INR 55 crores. Last quarter, earnings was around INR 500 crore. [indiscernible] So altogether, losses INR 600 crores.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystLastly, sir, if you can -- I think I heard you on TV saying about this broad situation is not very problematic as of now. But are you seeing anything that can reduce your recovery efforts even for the -- in those affected districts, how is -- how can that -- I mean, if you can.
Unknown Executive
executiveNot much. Three states have been declared drought affected. Part of Karnataka than Maharashtra. So these 2 states are only affected that to part -- so there will not be much effect on the recovery because restructuring is happening through and total exposure to drought prone not less than -- around INR 13,000 crores. So that will not affect much [indiscernible]. And again, some dispersion also will come from SLBC side. So that has already come. So we'll sell through that, I guess.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystSo the, say INR 300 crores INR 14,000 crores will be restructured, right? Or can be restructured?
Brajesh Singh
executiveYes. The restructured somewhere [indiscernible] moratorium deferment is there. Moratorium is there some restructuring, some additional support also, it comes it is decided by state by state by state-level banker committee. Unlike last to last quarter, emergency line of credit was there. So that helped. So some kind of dispense on every time comes. This will be also not an exception you see.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystSir, my worry is by the time dispensation come, can these accounts become NPA or they will be...
Unknown Executive
executiveSo like I've said, there is no stress in my gold book or going further also, even if you take SMA-0 into consideration, total rate is only 2.42%. And slippages also last quarter were only 0.15%. So this way, we do not see or perceive any stress in our book.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystThis 2.4% is all ticket size, right, including below INR 5 crores.
Unknown Executive
executive[indiscernible]. If you talk about more than INR 5 crores, then it less than 1%, 0.3% only.
Operator
operatorWe will give the next question from the line of Sushil Choksey.
Sushil Choksey
analystCongratulations to team Canara in excellent performance. First question to you, sir, your key ratio level. [indiscernible] I've heard whatever you reply to [indiscernible] So I have 3 questions. As you were saying, there is no stress. Margins have bottomed out, our efforts on saving [indiscernible] looking god with respect to your C&I deposit taking up. Would you like to revise your guidance for the year on any parameter starting from ROA, ROE, cost to income, CD or any of the [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveLike I said, sir, these were all decided before by joining the bank. And we are just respecting that. I said I'll work hard. Team will work hard, will better it. So you have seen everywhere we have already bettered it and we'll keep on -- we'll sustain it. So instead of -- I said instead of going and revising my own guidance is, so let me better it. So we are watering it only. We are not restricting ourselves anywhere [indiscernible]. We are not sticking to guidance. You see against the advances growth, 11%, 12%, we are booking. We are just concentrating ourselves to let this growth story be a very sustainable one. So we have no plan to [indiscernible], sir, yes.
Sushil Choksey
analystAnd as of October 14, what is the visibility on RAM business being festive quarter and Karnataka has a big festive specifically around this [indiscernible] Second thing, how is your ball loan business looking? How is your corporate pipeline looking and overall business mix, how do you see visibility for Canara for the quarter and for the year? And specifically looking at the businesses which are emerging in the state of Karnataka and Tamilnadu, where we have a good concentrate manufacturing businesses are expanding, be it auto, be it, defend many other such businesses are emerging out of these 2 states. So how is the new business segment emerging for you where the credit is likely [indiscernible]?
Unknown Executive
executiveSo first question, sir, we are seeing very robust demand for retail and products you see, like our housing loan in excess of 17%, 18% is growing total retail 21%, vehicle loan, 25%. So it's a very good demand also that to without this festive season. So we have already started getting those numbers. We are already in the festive mode. And then yes, our presence is very good in the state of Karnataka and Tamilnadu, [indiscernible] also. So the what benefit we get due to this presents and since we are born here only that we are very well recognized. So that branding and the issue is not there, and we are -- we're kind of first-wise bank here. So that benefit we are already getting. So likely this quarter due to this festivity and other like garners have also have seen in spite of [indiscernible] raising reported by 25 basis points. He revised our growth projections for the country from 6.7% to 7.1%, 40 basis points. So that the country is also very resilient and robust, and we do not see any stress in our books also. So we see that this quarter going further will be a good quarter. And again, regarding pipeline of large corporate book or corporate [indiscernible]. So altogether, all ready tanks are not disbursed and we have got good hot leads in hand. So that is around INR 47,000 crores, let's say, around in and out INR 50,000 crores. And in June, also similar kind of pipeline was there. So I guess, there is a sustained demand also from the market, most particularly from power sector, green sector, power evacuation, battery savers, data centers. So many from infrastructure also. So there are -- there is a good pipeline, I can say that 50,000 is in my hand only. And RAM is also doing a good set.
Sushil Choksey
analystSir, my next question is, how is outlook for recovery from written-off account. Second thing is on your subsidiary. And third is treasury, you'll have a painful time. How are we [indiscernible] the storm where treasury is concerned. So if you can highlight more on your subsidiaries and the return of accounts.
Unknown Executive
executiveOkay, sir. So I'll start with the recovery part. Recovery are though there is no challenge as such. In percentage basis, we are recovering very handsome. And every quarter, we are recovering more than what we are slipping. This quarter is also not an exception. That is one. But yes, at the same time, let me accept that very pull up that return of accounts is drilling down. And all those gross advances also see, it is only 1.33% and in the total absolute terms solicits around INR 18,000 crores only. So part of it is already resolved and recovered also. And which is some of the outstanding [indiscernible] in our book, only due to CRP or PIRP processes. So that pool is drilling down, and we are not slipping also very heavily in the new slippages, only 0.15% quarter. So that tool is a -- so in absolute term, recovery will be not as much as what we are recovering as of now. But yes, 1 or 2 quarters, there is absolutely no issue. But going further, that very pool is dwindling down one thing. But there will be other benefits which we are not slipping than what we will recover. So that is one thing. And then the next question you asked sir regarding...
Sushil Choksey
analystTreasury and subsidiary.
Brajesh Singh
executiveSubsidiary last time 2 of our subsidiaries, we listed them. They're all good profit earnings and their shares stock is also doing good. [indiscernible] Kendra Robeco, that is a mutual asset company. This quarter also, we intend to sell it out one of our a subsidiary called Canara Bank factor, that deal is already done. So total investment was only INR 14 crores, but we'll get ForEx. ForEx will get at least. Our share will ForEx. So that is on account of subsidiary, all -- we have got 14 subsidiary, associates and joint ventures, every where we are doing good. All our subsidiaries are doing good and giving synergy to us and augmenting our balance sheet side also. So then we come to treasury operations, yes, there is pain in that side only due to hardening of yield. And at the same time, there were no much OMO operations so that we had any arbitrage. So last year, very handsome income was there from [indiscernible] side. This year instead of income, there is a loss. But that everybody is exposed to that. We do not have much say to that. But yes, with our own prudence, we are trying to minimize losses. But whatever is mandated like mark to mark, you have to book, you have to book. So that is what we have booked and said I will be not a little bit less affected, considering 80% of book [indiscernible] 20%, 15% in FX, that will go to [indiscernible] directly. 5% that vulnerability is there. For one quarter, it was affected by INR 600 crores that is due to 44 basis points hardening of yield in one quarter. It is for the half [indiscernible] hardening, but that is a dynamic situation, we do not know. So if you know we can speculate, but there's no speculation. Whatever is there, we are coping with that. But that is being compensated by robust NII growth.
Sushil Choksey
analystYes, I agree with you on all the parameters. Sir, my last question, I know I won't get to answer, but still I'm asking you. Look, government has expedited results season for PSU banks this time. And this is led by some speculation or reality, we don't know that there is a Diwali gift of some merger and Canara stands out to pick 1 or 2 banks in the [indiscernible]. Do you have any comment on it?
Brajesh Singh
executiveIt was all our decision to give a result as early as possible if I've got nothing to do with the government. It is all solely our decision management decision and have supported by all my vertical leads and our statutory centralistic [indiscernible] alters only. Why we wanted to result published early as possible, considering every quarter, every -- we are publishing these results by 22, 24 and sometime by 28th of the month. In a way, what happens, we lose 1 month. Then we are left with only 2 months in the quarter. So even if you are not that much bogged down with the process of auditing and publishing our results, still your mind is occupied with the results and all. So that way, we have just tried to make ourselves free. Now at least, we are having 2.5 months instead of 2 months to perform in the quarter, and this is a very important quarter.
Sushil Choksey
analystSame all PSU banks are justifying with productivity. Congratulations and best wishes that it sustains the same momentum for quarters to come.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of Parth Gutka. As there is no response, we will move to the next question from the line of [indiscernible]
Unknown Analyst
analystA few questions on my side. Firstly, if you can share what was the interest of IT refund this quarter. I believe the number for June quarter was roughly INR 250 crores. Secondly, what was the quantum of AS 15-related provision in the June quarter as well as September quarter? .
Brajesh Singh
executiveOkay. I'll ask CFO to answer this, yes.
Unknown Executive
executiveSo this quarter, we could book the IT interest income around INR 90 crores. And your second question is regarding AS-15 provision. So pension and gratuity are put together, INR 950 crores we have provided as per actuarial valuation.
Unknown Analyst
analystIs INR 950 crores, sir, is for September quarter, right? .
Unknown Executive
executiveYes. This is for quarter, correct.
Unknown Analyst
analystAnd what was the corresponding number for the June quarter? .
Unknown Executive
executiveJune [indiscernible] more or less same. Another INR 40 crores, INR 50 crores, it was less, but more or less same time.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, and secondly, can you share any update on the ACL onetime provision impact, which you will see?
Unknown Executive
executiveSee, amount we have not calculated exactly, but what we roughly we presume, it will be somewhere at INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 crores. It has increased INR 2,000 crores, INR 3,000 crores, considering the hardening of field considering onetime provision for M2M we'll have to provide. So that the kind of CR we are having 17.19%, which is as against 11.5% only. And CET on also 8.5% against [indiscernible] are having 12.80%. Even if in percentage term, we count, so it will be not more than 1.2%, 1% to 1.2%. So I guess we'll be easily selling through it and the kind of profit also we are making last year, we could make INR 19,000 crores of profit. And this year also in half year itself, we have booked INR 10,000 crores. I think that will be not much only thing we have decided in how many years we are going to do it considering RBI has given dispense for 5 years. But nobody will take it to 5 years, let us decide. But otherwise, we are not very -- and kind of PCR also, we are having 95.4%. So it will also help and kind of asset quality improvement in asset quality is also going to help you.
Unknown Analyst
analystUnderstood, sir. Sir, and you mentioned some additional impact or are there some revision in because of the hardening of yields, can you just explain how the yields factors into the ECL calculation? .
Brajesh Singh
executiveSee, so all those books now on date of reckoning the 1st of April like how we are doing mark-to-mark as of now. So we have to do it mark-to-mark. But yes, STM will be not mark-to-market will be also mark-to-mark. So that will affect us by INR 2,000 or to INR 3,000 crores, depending upon how much holding we have on that day. And what is the yield rate on that day. We do not know. It will further harden or soften. But if you -- at the same level, we have calculated, then also it's INR 2,000 crores to INR 3,000 crores. So there is not much impact of that also. And that is also now going nowhere out. It will remain with you only that provision, that is a provision. So it will come, it will go. Sometimes you write back, sometimes you have to provide.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, in that case, how do you expect, take your ROA of 1% because it seems like the credit cost will inch up next year?
Brajesh Singh
executiveCredit cost is not...
Unknown Executive
executiveDC's credit cost will only increase if I make a provision for that extra provision for going forward. It is yet still not decided what the industry will do, whether a part of it will be passed on. That will be based on the industry scenario. At this point, we do not see that will affect much. There may be some in case we decide to make provision for that going forward, that will have some credit cost effect. As you have seen, our credit cost today is below 5%, so it will end kind of asset quality improvement that is happening and the kind of seepage restrictions are happening. I think that, that will automatically offset if any such provision requirement.
Unknown Analyst
analystAnd another thing you mentioned was on the gold loan yield that has gone up roughly 15 basis points quarter-on-quarter. Do you expect to take more hikes going forward? Can this yield go up further?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes, certainly, when it comes to gold loan, so we are earning as of now 9.10%, but it is going to give further because rates are now harding. So I think we can have better internal goal going forward. Still, we are lower than many of the peer banks.
Unknown Analyst
analystUnderstood, sir. Sir, and just lastly, one data keeping question, if we can share the slippages across segments for the quarter. .
Unknown Executive
executiveSo total slippage is 1844 and segment-wise, I will tell you, slippage as the [indiscernible], I'll just tell you. Yes. So INR 687 crores we slipped in agriculture, INR 13 crores in corporate, gold way, INR 40 crore, INR 777 crores in MSME, retail INR 327 crores, all taken together INR 1,844 crores, so it is not somewhere very concentrated sort of.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of Param.
Parameswaran Subramanian
analystCongratulations on a great quarter. Sir, firstly, just to again pick up on the comment you made on ECL. Did I hear you correctly? You said that the extra provisioning may not pass through to the bottom line. There might be some, say, pass through to the customer. Is that what you were trying to imply?
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no. We've said [indiscernible] how market is going to respond. We will be aligning with the market. As of now, there is no plan to pass it on to the customers. even if we are not passing. Okay, then ROA will be not say in excess of 1%. No new normal will become 80 basis points, you see. That is also the handsome good.
Parameswaran Subramanian
analystYes, that is what we are trying to understand, sir, as investors that will be reset to a new normal or will effort we...
Unknown Executive
executiveSo that premature -- that will be very premature to say. That market for market will decide. No. As of now, we do not see much of movement out of that also.
Parameswaran Subramanian
analystOkay, sir. And this INR 12,000 crores to INR 15,000 crores, sir, when I look at it as a percentage of your net worth, your reported book value or you like almost 10% of your book value? So even that will get -- so when you're saying the phasing of that over 5 years, will -- I mean on day 1, will your network look 10% lower or will that also get spread over 5 years? .
Unknown Executive
executiveNo. Its net worth will -- it will be spread over 5 years, that option is there. But we don't think we need to spread it over beyond 2 years. It should be -- I mean if not in 1 year itself, it all depends how the bond yields remain elevated, then we may have to cover it in 2 years. So I think 2 years should be more than enough, given a profit of more than INR 20,000 crores and asset quality coming improving still maybe coming to below 0.3 and the provision coverage going up beyond 95% to 96%, 97% hopefully. I don't think that we will need more than without dent even your credit cost and even ROA for that much because one thing you could also look at that overall profit going forward. So I feel that even if we have to provide that will neutralize given the increased profit figure, absolute profit.
Parameswaran Subramanian
analystOkay. And on the quarter, sir, I wanted to understand -- so there is a very strong growth in Agri quarter-on-quarter, 10%. Is that largely the whole loans that you have seen or anything to call out over there?
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no, this is not only gold loans. So core agriculture also, we are growing close to -- so that is there. And because we have seen growth in the first quarter, that is June, September in the same line. And we have done exceedingly well under core agriculturals. That to be very specific, our -- out of the total agri of [indiscernible] last quarter was [indiscernible]
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of [ Parth Gupta ].
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, I would like to know what was -- what is the amount of disbursement we have done under CMBS?
Unknown Executive
executiveSo INR 13,000-plus crores.
Unknown Analyst
analystOkay, fine, INR 13,000-plus crores. And what were the advances given against the [indiscernible] deposits? .
Unknown Executive
executiveINR 3.2 billion. Out of INR 5.8 billion, INR 3.2 billion.
Unknown Analyst
analystOkay. Okay. Fair enough. And my last question was, is it fair to assume that a large part of the FCNR (B) deposits that we have garnered have been utilized this quarter? And from next quarter onwards, we'll again have to rely on the bulk deposits? If we want to maintain the...
Unknown Executive
executivePart of it has been utilized, but part of this has been used for replacing. So our bulk has not increased, it was constant.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of [indiscernible]
Unknown Analyst
analystAny other avenues of fees that you are investing your time in capital on? And also, what kind of upside do you see on MDR latest in there inclusion for UPI money transfer? .
Unknown Executive
executiveSo we are investing heavily both in terms of money and time also in our all those digital advancements, we are just working on [indiscernible] part of it, may be QR [indiscernible] fee collection modules, Internet payment gateways. And regarding the second part of your question, that we have not calculated as it has not come yet. As of now, we are out of cash only by way of paying some switching charges, you can say, charges and all. And that we do not see much earning considering our penetration in PSP, we have also on payment service provider platform that is called AIP. So that has not been popularized very, very much. So we do not see much of earning will be there. So that too, it will come on more than INR 2,000. And again, it is capped at INR 300. So I do not see much of farming out of it. But is going further volume further increases our platform is widely utilized, then only we'll get to earn something. As of now, we are out of cash only considering we have to pay charges to others since other treat pumps are being utilized or some were acquired is different, some there pay bank is different.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of [indiscernible]
Unknown Analyst
analystCan you help me with the [indiscernible] for the quarter as on date.
Unknown Executive
executiveSo if it is INR 5 crore and above then our total SMA, including 0, is only 0.51 percentage [indiscernible]. And in outstanding time, it is INR 7,000 crores. That's all. On a book of INR 13,075,000 crores. And when it is all taken together, not INR 5 crores and all everything taken together, then it is 2.42 percentage. That is in absolute terms is INR 33,340 crores, that's all.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, can you break it down into SMA-0,1,2 also?
Unknown Executive
executiveYes. If you take SMA-2, then a INR 5 crore ever we are talking about, it is 0.21% only, INR 2,838 crores. If we are talking about SMA-1 in INR 5 crores and above, it is 0.09% INR 1,304 crores, taken together as SMA-1 and 2 is 0.30%, INR 4,142 crores and all SMA-0 is INR 2,901 and in percentage them, it is 0.21%. Altogether, INR 0.51 crores, INR 743 crores. If we take all even INR 1, then SMA-2 is 0.9%, SMA-1 is 0.53%. Total SMA-1 and 2 is 1.43%. And SMA-0 is 0.99%. Taken together all, it's 2.42% only.
Unknown Analyst
analystAlso, sir, can you give me the LCR for the quarter?
Unknown Executive
executivePart of LCR. 115 as of 30th of September, 115.
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of [indiscernible]. As there is no response, we will move to the next question from the line of [indiscernible]
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, firstly, in terms of the impact of the treasury that NTM is negative of INR 600 crore for this quarter. And what is the total number for H1 and the comparable number for last year, sir, [indiscernible] negative share with [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveI'll respond to this. June, May total, the rating, MTM, OMO and others. [indiscernible], it was INR 654 crores. And in this quarter, it is INR 153 crores. So this is -- and if I compare to previous year, it was 1,217. Basically, on MTM profits of INR 762 crores in September last year. Last year, it was a profit of INR 762 crores, and this time, it is a loss on MTM, it is a loss of INR 61 crores. If I compare to previous quarter, it was INR 611 crores MTM profit.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, what our chairman have mentioned -- MD mentioned that for this quarter, we have booked losses of INR 600 crores. That understanding is correct? .
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no, no. Compared to last quarter. There was a INR 550 crore earning in last quarter. This quarter is INR 50 crores loss. So if you could add them, it becomes INR 600 crores.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, next coming to the valuation part there. Our book value currently INR 124 closer to INR 125 and the market price is closer to either INR 120 or [indiscernible] We are creating a onetime book. So what, according to you, are the steps that are still in the annual that will improve the valuations for the investing community as you have guided for 2.5 NIM and ROA closer to 1.02. Where are we, sir, in terms of that valuation curve that would benefit your investors? And second point is on the bid pipeline of loans. If you could just give us some color on how that pipeline is shaping up and our win ratio in the same.
Unknown Executive
executiveYes. Also the [indiscernible] people start showing interest into it. It is trading on book value or a little less than also. But today, we have gained some market after this result. And I guess, a few people are spreading good thing about us, all these analysis and all. So it will further go up higher personally and along with Mr. Majumdar, our ED, went, Mumbai and many of the analysts are our investors also just to bring about our perspective. For our part, we have to perform. We are performing continuously for last 2, 3 quarters, you see last year also, we have said INR 19,000 crores. And we have given 220 basis points of yield also. Our yields also more than saving bank rate of interest. So people will understand and they'll start investing. I'll remain invested. It will take our share to some greater heights. That is IV Centre. And regarding pipeline, we have got 50,000 -- 30,000 already, 30,000 hot lead and 70,000 are already sanctioned, but not disbursed. Taken all together is INR 47,000 crores, close to INR 50,000 crores. And this is basically all from green energy, battery energy saving, power evacuations and data centers, some HAM projects also 1 or 2. So it's wide spread. So a lot of good pipeline we see. So going further also, we absolutely have no dirt good leads and proposals. So from these sectors, we are getting good deals in all. And we have given many NBG also. So those things also will come and [indiscernible].
Operator
operatorWe will take the next question from the line of [ Sobi ].
Unknown Analyst
analystSo I know we're looking a lot on ECL, but just one last bit on the steady-state impact. I think last quarter, we had called out that it will be very minimal like around 4 to 5 bps. So have we had a chance to firm up those numbers? .
Unknown Executive
executiveCome again, please?
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, last quarter, you had mentioned that it would be [indiscernible] states impact.
Unknown Executive
executiveWe said, if you remember last time, we said 10,000 to 12,000 will be the requirement. Now we are given market conditions that is farming off of yields and this, we are saying it for HTM category because we need -- we understand even may require a provisioning. So it may -- if this kind of yield continues, then it will -- we expect it to maximum maybe instead of 10 to 12, it may be INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 crores, maybe INR 14,000 crores, INR 15,000 crores. But we are also optimistic if the oil prices come down, the deescalation in political scenario happens. It may -- even we may come back to the previous forecast of 10% to 12%, but maximum, we [indiscernible] around maybe INR 14,000 to INR 15,000 crores. And you have seen in that my CRAR is today at 17% above 17% and 17.19% and even my CET-1 is very comfortable at 12.8. We have a real control on the risk-weighted assets, which is coming down quarter-on-quarter. And there is no reason this trend will not continue. So keeping all that into consideration, we feel now the question is whether we should providing 1 year or we should spread across a couple of years since we have the flexibility given by regulator. That will take a call maybe as we come towards in the last quarter.
Unknown Analyst
analystSir, but I meant the steady-state impact, not the onetime impact. So if you could clarify on that. .
Unknown Executive
executiveWe see that may not be because from -- you are talking of April going forward in the coming year. That we'll have to see, wait and watch whether I do provide for that or we decide to pass it on, that the market conditions will decide, but I don't see a much effect on the overall financials because given -- because even if it is we decide to provide, given the dwindling credit cost and the other parameters, I said that should get offset there cannot be any upside to that. There I don't think what projection we gave earlier. We need to enhance that. As we -- as on today, I don't see if that happened.
Operator
operatorWe will take the last follow-up question from the line of Jai Mundhra.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystOn the ECL, 10,000 to 12,000 going to 12,000 to 14,000. Is this including HPM, which on investment also, right? It has loan loss provision. Do they also impact on [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no. It is including HDF. Yes, you understood correctly.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystI think this impact will be uniform across banks, right, depending on their [indiscernible] on loan loss only. Only loan-related provision, do you have a number, sir or how much we will advance it plus [indiscernible]
Unknown Executive
executiveWe have not crystallized the number. But this what we have just said, taking into HTM, I don't think it should vary significantly on that total number.
Jai Prakash Mundhra
analystAnd you have made that, sir this September 30, banks were supposed to make the final kind of a run on ECL, right? Have you...
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, no, no. There's nothing that September 30. We have time up to April, maybe by end of this quarter.
Unknown Executive
executiveNo, we have this thing had this thing under our technology -- our knowledge partner, then Coforge is also there. So Technical capabilities we are working on models we are writing. So those things are all under testing and final stage. So somewhere in this quarter, we'll have that. So technical capabilities also we have to grow.
Operator
operatorThat was the last question for the day. I hand over the call to MD sir for his closing remarks.
Brajesh Singh
executiveSo thank you all who have participated and very enthusiastically you have understood our balance sheet also and asked questions also. I would request all of you to please just like some of the analysts ask why our share price is not fancy in the marketplace. So I would request all of you to propagate something good about us, our fundamentals. You see we are continuously working on our efficiency parameters more than top line and kind of strength we are giving to balance sheet like you've seen 175 basis points, we have increased in PCR. We would have shown more profit. Instead that we have provided for PCR, which is going to help us in ECL considering there were many questions in ECLs also. Good -- we are very well capitalized. Our assets are very balanced, very good quality of assets we have got. We are going at a very good pace. Our NIM are protected. We are making good kind of profits. So there is no case that we are not being rewarded in the marketplace. Today, yes, market has responded very well after our results. Let us hope and we'll ask your help also to give us kind of support in the marketplace so that our market capitalization increases. So that is all from my side. Thank you all for being there for us. And every time, every quarter, I see some of you and most of you are there -- and that means -- that shows your interest in Canara Bank. Thank you and appreciation for that also. Thank you all. Have a good rest of the day.
