Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Genpact's 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Tiger Tyagarajan, and I am Genpact's President and CEO. It is now 12:05 p.m. Eastern Time, and I would like to call our 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder to order. I would like to thank all of our shareholders and everyone else in attendance at today's virtual meeting for attending it. This year's annual meeting is a unique one for Genpact as it is the first time we're holding our annual shareholders' meeting virtually, which we are doing because of the COVID-19 crisis. All of Genpact's director nominees in addition to our Board Chairman, Bob Scott, who is not standing for reelection today, are in attendance virtually at today's meeting. Before we get to the formal business of the meeting, I would like to thank Bob for his outstanding guidance, wisdom and support over the past 9 years as the Chairman of our Board and his nearly 15 years of dedicated service to Genpact as a director. Thank you, Bob. I would also like to introduce Ed Fitzpatrick, Genpact's Chief Financial Officer; and Heather White, Genpact's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. White will be serving as the inspector of elections for today's meeting. Many other members of our senior management team have also joined the meeting. At this time, I'd like to turn the meeting over to Ms. White to conduct our formal business.

Thank you, Tiger. Our notice of the annual meeting and proxy statement was mailed out or otherwise made available on April 9 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 27, 2020. A quorum is present at the meeting, so I hereby declare the meeting open. Matters to be acted upon will proceed in order. The rules of conduct for the meeting have been posted on our virtual meeting website. We will address questions today that are in accordance with the rules of conduct. For the first item of business, election of directors, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the reelection of the 9 director nominees named in our proxy statement. There have been no other timely nominations, and I hereby close the nominations. For the second item of business, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the approval on an advisory basis of the compensation of Genpact's named executive officers. For the third item of business, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the approval of the appointment of KPMG to serve as Genpact's independent registered public accounting firm for 2020. Ed or Roger, do we have any questions?
