executiveThank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Genpact's 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. My name is Tiger Tyagarajan, and I am Genpact's President and CEO. It is now 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time, and I would like to call our 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to order. I'd like to thank all of our shareholders and everyone else in attendance at today's virtual meeting for attending. This year's annual meeting marks our second year in a row, holding our annual shareholders meeting virtually to protect the health and safety of our employees, directors and shareholders due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19. All of Genpact's director nominees are in attendance virtually at today's meeting. Before we get to the formal business of the meeting, I would like to welcome Tammy Franklin, our newest Director to her first Annual Meeting of Genpact shareholders. I would also like to introduce Ed Fitzpatrick, Genpact's Chief Financial Officer; and Heather White, Genpact's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. White will also be serving as the inspector of election for today's meeting. Many other members of our senior management team have also joined the meeting. At this time, I'd like to turn the meeting over to Ms. White to conduct our formal business.
Heather White

We may not address all questions during the meeting today. Any appropriate questions that are not addressed will be answered on the Investor Relations section of our website as soon as possible. For the first item of business, election of directors, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the reelection to our Board of the 11 nominees named in our proxy statement. There have been no other timely nominations. I hereby close the nominations. For the second item of business, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the approval on an advisory basis of the compensation of Genpact's named executive officers. For the third item of business, the Board recommends that our shareholders vote for the approval of the appointment of KPMG to serve as Genpact's independent registered public accounting firm for 2021. I understand that we have no questions from shareholders. There being no further -- no questions to be addressed at this meeting, I hereby declare the polls closed and further declare that all matters of business on today's agenda have been approved.
