Today's meeting relates to the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting released to the ASX on 23rd of March 2026, including matters associated with the proposed merger with Cannatrek Limited. I will now hand over to Paul Long, Executive Director and Chair of today's meeting, who will take you through the formal business. Paul, over to you.

ExecutivesThank you, David, and good afternoon, everyone. My name is Paul Long. I'm the Managing Director of Little Green Pharma Limited. As the company's Non-Executive Chairman, Mr. Michael Lynch-Bell is currently traveling and unable to attend today's meeting, I will preside as Chair at the meeting pursuant to Clause 7.4(a) of the company's constitution. It is now past 3:30 p.m. Western Standard Time, and so it is now time to commence the meeting. As 2 shareholders present online or by proxy, attorney or representative, I confirm that we have a quorum and the meeting is properly constituted, and so I declare the meeting open. Before we turn to the conduct of today's meeting, I'd like to introduce the company's members of the Board, which just jump on to the next slide there, please, David, who are in attendance of today's meeting, being Executive Director, Angus Caithness; and Dr. Neale Fong, Independent Non-Executive Director. Ms. Fleta Solomon is unable to attend today's meeting. And as previously noted, Michael is currently traveling. I also welcome Company Secretary, Alistair Warren, who will be assisting in the poll process for today's meeting. Next slide. As announced on the 14th of January 2026, LGP and Cannatrek Limited have entered into a scheme implementation deed under which LGP proposes to acquire 100% of Cannatrek's issued capital by way of scheme of arrangement. As shareholders will be aware, today's meeting is only to consider resolutions 2a, 2b and 3 of the Notice of Meeting announced on the 23rd of March 2026. Consideration of Resolution 1, which is the approval to issue consideration securities pertaining to the issuance of securities to shareholders of Cannatrek Limited in connection with the proposed scheme of arrangement has been postponed. This consideration of scheme consideration resolution will be postponed until the 22nd of May 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Western Standard Time. Please refer to the company's announcement dated the 21st of April 2026 for further information about the postponement of this resolution. The company will continue to keep shareholders fully and fairly informed ahead of putting Resolution 1 to shareholders. The resolutions to be considered in today's meeting relate to one of the condition precedents in the scheme implementation D. Therefore, if Resolution 2a, 2b or Resolution 3 are not approved by shareholders at today's meeting, the scheme of arrangement will not be completed. Proxies have been received and inspected for the meeting, and all those validly lodged have been accepted. The details of the proxies received will be read later when the meeting considers the resolutions. As set out in the meeting of notice, voting will be conducted by way of poll. Attendees have the ability to vote via online via the Computershare online virtual meeting platform. Please note that only shareholders registered as at 4:00 p.m. Western Standard Time on the 20th of April 2026, or their duly appointed proxies, attorneys or corporate representatives can vote on the resolutions. If shareholders wish to ask questions during the meeting, I confirm that you will be given the opportunity to ask questions of the Board as they relate to the resolution. Please note that there will be no investor presentation at the end of today's meeting. We now come to the formal business of the meeting. I refer you to notice of meeting announced the 23rd of March 2026, and I will take the notice as read. The purpose of this meeting is to consider and if thought fit, pass resolutions 2a, 2b and 3 of the Notice of Meeting announced on the 23rd of March 2026. Proxy results. The valid proxy votes received for resolutions as at the time of proxy close will be detailed on the screen. Open votes are proxy forms which have been validly completed but for which no proxy has been appointed or no voting direction has been provided. As disclosed in the Notice of Meeting, I will, as Chair, vote in favor of the resolutions for all open votes. Before I propose the resolutions, are there any questions relating to this matter?

I now propose Resolution 2a to put to shareholders that pursuant to and in accordance with Sections 200B and 200E of the Corporations Act and Listing Rule 6.23.4 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the giving of all benefits and amending the terms and conditions of securities as described in the explanatory memorandum in connection with the cessation of employment with the company or a related body corporate of the company to the following executives or the retrospective nominees, Angus Caithness. The Board recommends with Angus Caithness abstaining that shareholders vote in favor of Resolutions 2a. The proxy votes received in this resolution are currently being displayed on the screen. I now propose Resolution 2b to be put to shareholders that pursuant to and in accordance with Sections 200B and 200E of the Corporations Act and Listing Rule 6.23.4 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the giving of all benefits and amending the terms and conditions of securities as described in the explanatory memorandum in connection with the cessation of employment with the company or a related body corporate of the company to the following executives or their respective nominees, Fleta Solomon. The Board recommends with Fleta abstaining that shareholders vote in favor of Resolution 2b. The proxy votes received in this resolution are displayed on the screen. I now propose Resolution 3 to be put to shareholders that pursuant to and in accordance with Sections 200B and 200E of the Corporations Act and Listing Rule 6.23.4 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the giving of all benefits and amending the terms and conditions of securities as described in the company memorandum -- explanatory memorandum in connection with the cessation of employment of the company or a related corporate body of the company to Dr. Neale Fong or his nominee in the terms and conditions set out in the explanatory memorandum. The Board recommends with Neale Fong abstaining that shareholders vote in favor of Resolution 3. The proxy votes received for this resolution are displayed on the screen.
