Thank you, Dave. I received affirmation that notice of meeting was properly given to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2020. I have in my possession a complete list of the stockholders of record of our Class A and Class B common stocks on May 15, 2020, the record date for this meeting. This list is posted in the annual meeting portal. I have been informed by the inspector of election that proxies have been received for at least a majority of the aggregate voting power of the outstanding shares of common stock entitled to vote at this meeting. Therefore, a quorum is present for the meeting today, and the meeting is duly convened and can proceed. The polls are now open for voting on all matters to be presented, and you can vote online through the annual meeting portal any time until we announce the polls are closed. Polls will close after we go through the matters to be voted on. The agenda and rules of conduct for the meeting are posted on the annual meeting portal. We ask that you follow these rules to help the meeting run smoothly. We will address questions during the Q&A portion of the meeting. [Operator Instructions] And with that, I'll turn it back to Dave.

The polls are now closed. The inspector of election has provided us with preliminary results, which indicate that each of Archana Agrawal, Hope Cochran and Dwight Merriman has been elected to the Board as a Class III Director of MongoDB, each to serve until our 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. The compensation of our named executive officers has been approved on an advisory basis. And the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as MongoDB's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2021, has been ratified. This concludes the formal portion of today's meeting. We will now turn to the Q&A portion of the meeting. The first question we have is, how does the company think about the issue of diversity, particularly diversity at the Board level? Diversity has been shown to enhance decision-making and provide protection against the potential for insularity and group think. Thank you. It's from John from [ White ], New York State -- sorry, [ John White ] from New York State Common Retirement Fund. Thank you, John, for the question. I'll turn it over to Dave for an answer.

Thank you, John. MongoDB as a company is firmly committed to diversity. In fact, on the Board today, we have 2 members of the Board who are women and 2 members of the Board who are of Asian origin. So 44% of the Board today are non white males. We also have diverse inclusion as a core value for the company, and we're very committed to creating a very diverse and inclusive workforce. We do agree that by doing so, it gives us access to a broader talent pool as well as multiple perspectives to help us make better decisions. Thank you for your question.
