Unknown Analyst
analystI have a question.
Harkamal Kumar
executiveGood morning. This is Harkamal.
Unknown Analyst
analystThis is Salman. On your annual financials, there is a note that you had given loan to other party. Can you shed a bit more on that -- shed a bit more light on that?
Harkamal Kumar
executiveLoan to other parties?
Unknown Analyst
analystYes, it says loan to other parties of [ OMR 859,079. ] This is in the annual statements.
Harkamal Kumar
executiveOne, we haven't given any loans neither such specification has been given on the annual financials. We cannot extend loans to any other parties. Maybe we have given advances to other parties. It's not loans. We have given advances for capital commitments, which is mainly our warehouse. We are constructing a warehouse. The total cost of warehouse is around OMR 4 million, where we have given advances. There is no loans being given. There are advances given to various suppliers.
Unknown Analyst
analystI'm not talking about advances. In Arabic -- I can read in Arabic. It says, [Foreign Language]. I think your gentleman in Arabic understands that as well.
Harkamal Kumar
executiveYes. Definitely, this is because of translation glitch, those are advances.
Unknown Analyst
analystSo these are not loans to other parties, only advance payments, okay?
Harkamal Kumar
executiveThese are the advance payments to suppliers. It's just a translation glitch. I'm so sorry about that.
Unknown Analyst
analystOkay. Clear. One more question. Congratulations on the new facility. Can you tell us a bit more? Is this more of a production facility or a storage? And if so, what are the benefits going forward this facility will add in terms of capacity storage or production storage or you are moving your storage from one place to another? If you can just shed a bit more light on the new facility.
Harkamal Kumar
executiveYes. The new facility, it's not yet complete. It's in work in progress as of now. There is a warehouse. We had land available just behind our existing factory. So we have utilized that land and down there constructing a warehouse. We'll be moving to that warehouse very soon and we will be exiting the warehouses, which we are on rent currently. So the only advantage is saving of the rent which we are paying to third parties and then own a warehouse. So that's all gentlemen from our side. We thank you very much for joining us today. We are now closing the session.
