All right. I'm just going to go into it then. Even though it's a little bit early. So NexTech AR Solutions. Let me just get our slideshow going. We should have done this on the NexTech platform. We do actually have an events platform, would have been a little easier. But anyway. Here we are. We have a metaverse events platform. So NexTech -- hold on a second, just made my screen so big. Disclaimer -- Here we are, enter the metaverse. The metaverse is a 3D holographic world. Everybody is essentially considering it the Web 3.0, where you're going to live inside the web. So you'll be in a 360-degree environment. There'll be holograms of people and products and it'll just be part of your everyday life and routine. So in a little while, just like we log into a website, just wake it up. We'll put on our augmented reality glasses, and the world around us will just start to populate with holograms. That's the world that's essentially being called the metaverse. So the Internet connected us to information, the web connected us to social media and essentially people. And the metaverse will connect us to objects, people, places. We'll be able to holoport ourselves or teleport to anywhere in the world, which is super exciting, something from SiFi going back to Star Trek. If you look at the metaverse, it really is the future of connectivity. NexTech has been busy building the metaverse since 2018. So what does NexTech do? We create content. Content is king. We create commute 3D models, we create human holograms. We create avatars, NFTs and more. So spatial mapping is really the future of how the metaverse is going to work. When you specially map the globe, and that's essentially -- I would call it the canvas for augmented reality and holographic experiences to kind of populate onto that blank canvas. So we have spatial mapping capabilities here at NexTech, plus we have the capability of creating content. And so for us, it really is this end-to-end solution that we offer. And if you look at the other companies that occupy the space, it's Microsoft, Niantic, Roblox, Facebook now Meta, they're all essentially trying to create these end-to-end solutions, which NexTech already has. In the metaverse, content is king, again, the metaverse is just as blank slate, a blank canvas. And what does that mean? Not much until you populate it with content. We create 3D models at scale. We create human holograms at scale. And that solves a lot of the problems that currently exist both in the current world, which is really Web 2.0, but also in the future, which is Web 3.0. ARitize 3D is our brand. That's what we have come to market with as our content creation, essentially, factory. And it's an end-to-end solution, a SaaS solution, that, again, is built for scale. How do we scale? Well, the secret sauce is AI. AI and ML, without those two, augmented reality would never really get the kind of momentum that is currently starting to get in the market. So, we create 3D models. We have a factory that's able to churn out thousands of 3D models, soon to be tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands and even millions those 3D models are essentially cross platform, cross device. They'll work in the metaverse, they'll work on your web browser, they'll work on Apple's iPhone, they'll work on the Samsung Android phones. They work on anything. And so that's a critical piece of the metaverse and a critical piece of augmented reality being adopted by the masses. We also host your 3D content in our AR cloud and provide you with analytics. And then we take it to another level and provide animations of these 3D assets, product consorts episodic content and more. And ultimately, as mentioned, you could distribute it through WebAR, you don't need an app. 3D events. As mentioned earlier, we have an event platform and integrations with Shopify and other sites are underway currently, meaning WooCommerce, Bigcommerce, all the big e-commerce sites, we are integrating our technology into them. And if you look at the industries that we operate in, it's very broad. E-commerce is a big opportunity. It's really a multibillion-dollar multi-decade opportunity. Consumer packaged goods, another big opportunity where a person has a package of a product, scan the QR code and out pops a human hologram that essentially teaches you or trains you how to operate that product. So that's some technology that we currently sell today. EdTechX, everybody that follows NexTech knows that we've been working with Ryerson University. Very close to signing up a number of additional universities with the help of Microsoft as they are co-sell partners of ours, and they just love our augmented reality for education, where we can create augmented reality labs, and it works even with HoloLens. Industrial manufacturing, entertainment, those are just a few of the verticals that we're driving really hard towards. Teleport to the metaverse, Holograms on demand, that's basically when HoloX is. ARitize Holograms is our new brand for this app. It's currently in beta and about to launch in the App Store in the next 30 days or so. Essentially, when it is launched -- I mean, we've created about 250 human holograms in-house using this app. You do not need a green screen. So the magic here is, again, using AI, the apps able to chrome a key out the background and turn you into a human hologram and could essentially create billions of them on-demand, which I think [indiscernible] technology provided with our spatial mapping work like magic, we're now populating the metaverse with content. And as mentioned before, the metaverse is a blank canvas. So this is a critical technology to the metaverse. When you look at the metaverse, we really want metaverse to be in your pocket, in your phone, on your glasses, but the spatial mapping is one of the key features. You have to be able to create these canvases so that then you could populate them. So we're launching the first mobile app in market that gives anybody with a smartphone, the ability to spatially map and create mini metaverses so that you could be the artist, you can have your own mini metaverse. No coding required, it's interoperable. It's a very big deal and it's launching in the next 30 days. So we're looking at bringing to market some very, very powerful technology. It's a metaverse creation tool that will be available on iOS and Android, you'll be able to create wayfinding experiences. So point A to point B, navigation, you could populate it with games. You could populate it with human holograms that we create, you could use an agency and create your own augmented reality experiences inside your own mini miners, really, the use cases are limitless. Here's a little video that kind of showcases some of the tech that I've been speaking to. And in this video, you'll see NexTech's technology at work. Our ARitize Maps, where we spatially map it; ARitize 3D, where we've created the models; ARitize Holograms, you'll see a human hologram; and the ARitize Labs, all inside a mini metaverse. And here's the video. [Presentation]

So that's visible through HoloLens. Again, another integration that we pioneered is our spatial mapping the human hologram, but also you're able to view this augmented reality lab experience through HoloLens. [Presentation]

All right. So that was our video. And I'm assuming you could still see my screen. We're going to move to the next slide. So this is another video where we created another mini metaverse for the city of London, super exciting. It was really the first spatial map that we've created and it was a paid-for event. So there was an enormous amount of value to NexTech because it's not just a POC, it was actually a piece of business for us. So again, end-to-end platform places, objects, visuals and music from Guildhall School of music and drama. It was a really, really exciting mini metaverse. If you look at, again, what we offer, we offer a menu of metaverse products. They all feed off of the same factory, the same 3D content management system. This is our metaverse Events 3D platform. Within this platform, you have 3D showrooms, 3D sets, product launches, entertainment, and I'll just show you how with the video, how it all comes together very nicely. And everything you see here we create for the metaverse events platform in house. [Presentation]

So that was just a little snippet. You got to see 3D assets on stage. You got to see a QR code, where we pulled the 3D assets into the room as an augmented reality experience. It's that guy standing there in the black suit, he's a human hologram that we created. So it's just an end-to-end solution for events. Super excited about this technology. So NexTech's metaverse ecosystem is here. We have the products: ARitize 3D, our factory; ARitize Maps, our spatial mapping software; ARitize Holograms, our content creation for human holograms app; ARitize consumer packaged goods for products; ARitize Labs for education; and ARitize Events for pretty much any virtual event that you want to have. And all of these all of these different businesses feed off of the content creation, the 3D models, the human holograms, that's the key. It's the AI that makes it all work, and we could create content at scale, which really does separate us from the pack, interoperable, which means it works across platform. Thank you for joining me today. And that's the end of my presentation. I'm not sure if we have time for questions, but happy to open it up.

Thanks, George. So we have some questions. Can you be the first to do Tony Stark's moving holograms around in the air in front of [indiscernible]? I know what you're talking about. That was actually in a Tom Cruise movie before Tony Stark joined us. So Nadia, architects working, we're looking for partnership. We're your partner, e-mail me [email protected]. Minority Report, thank you, Rupert. That's exactly -- that's where I saw that first where the screens are in front of you. So that will happen, just to be clear, when the glasses show up. So you could do that essentially in VR. But to see that in AR, you need the glasses. So I see a Moses [ Alegera ]. Anybody that wants to contact me, I'm going to stick my e-mail in here so that you can contact me, and we can chat offline. So in the health field, there's tons of applications. Imagine you have a little -- something like this for your health, and there's a QR code on top and you scan the QR code and out pops a doctor essentially or nurse, we have that technology today. So we're in market today with that technology for health. So yes, we do see applications in the health field. Wow there's a lot of great comments coming in and I really do appreciate it. In terms of the internships, we do always try and support the up and comers. So yes, we are interested in that. Which industry or application of this technology most excites you? Well, Curtis, I would have to say, e-commerce is probably the most exciting where you could try before you buy, right? You can see products in your space before you actually buy them. That could be art that you're looking at putting on your wall, it could be a piece of furniture. We're actually working on an idea where you could have a drop of a potential shoe or sure Supreme does all these drops all the time. Imagine being able to create a drop zone in your house, in your room where a holographic version of the product actually shows up and you're able to purchase that as a hologram. I mean, the shoe drop exactly. We're working on that. We're -- now-- yes, I know Wannakits has the plug in. I'm talking about creating a spatial map in your room that's linked to, let's say, Supreme, and they're able to drop into your house the actual product. So -- Now you can't wear and you can't feel it. But we do think e-commerce is the key. We do think that you can shop from home and have an incredibly immersive experience as opposed to now you're just looking at pictures. So super exciting times are here. So Carl [ Poulson ] that NexTech seems to have so many market space strategies, strategic partners, technology. How do you see the resistance or uptake in customer penetration or business revenue? We're really not seeing much resistance at all. We're actually seeing a lot of people sign up for our technology and our platform. It really is just about getting enough scale in the marketplace, that's becoming known as a brand so that people actually say, "Oh, I need an augmented reality or a metaverse solution? Who do I contact?" Well, it's going to be difficult for them to get someone at Microsoft or Meta on the phone, but you can always reach us at NexTech, that kind of thing. Yes, the Tesla suit? that would be pretty cool. Any other questions while I'm still here? Yes. This is actually a pretty cool platform. There's a lot of interactives, people and -- It would be cool if I could turn you all into holograms and we could be in a room together having this conversation. Are we doing anything with aviation? We could turn an airplane. We could take a CAD file and turn an airplane CAD file into a 3D augmented reality screen until the... So -- Yes. And we do work with resellers, if Andrew wants to be a reseller. As far as hardware and infrastructure to support our platform, it's already in place. The 3D ad network, the adoption is coming along, but it's actually interesting. We have essentially now turned our 3D ad offering into the ability. So imagine you're on an e-commerce website. And instead of seeing product views in flat 2D images, the product themselves are in a box, spinning in 3D and the whole site is set up that way. So there's no photo carousels at all. It's all just the 3D spinning products. So that's kind of the product that we're now in market with. I was just on a call with my dev team, and we're working on integrating that into our Shopify app which will be launched in the next -- well, by January 15. So how will Central Bank digital currency, some private sector crypto impact the metaverse aiming system? I mean, you basically need crypto for any significant transactions to happen in the metaverse. So quick crypto is going to be, I think, the key to monetizing the metaverse. So they will just be a very, very important piece. Application in democracy. We don't talk politics. And the metaverse is apolitical. How do you see an immersive content driving the global economy of sector vertical telecommunication? I'm not sure what that question is. Yes, I mean, Ethereum is the crypto flavor that will probably dominate. It could also be One of those dog coins that Elon Musk keeps talking about. Biometrics, I mean, probably will play a role. That's a cool video someone dropped in there. Alexander, we're not going political here dude. We don't talk politics, okay? We just don't. The dating apps, yes, the idea with our hologram creation tool is to create an SDK that would allow any dating app to essentially turn their app into a hologram creation tool. So yes, that is in motion right now. You keep going there, Alex. I don't get it. No democracy. Let's see, would the implications help with window frame dimensions, testing measurements using AR before we purchase the frame? I mean, not really the measurements more about visualizing what that window would look like, right? Because you could measure right now. So yes, can a human hologram be scaled made life Yes, actually They are life-size. And we have also shrunk them down to like that size. We could do the super little cute ones or the full-size human holograms. The entertainment and music industry, again, it's about the SDK we really do need to have an SDK in market. We also have -- so Shannon has an interesting question. How do you provide accessibility to audio cues in the metaverse for the deaf or hard of hearing? So I'm going to flip that to -- so in our metaverse offerings, we will have audio cues. So just like you have visual cues, get near a space, a geolocation space inside the metaverse, you'll see a hologram visually. But if you're visually impaired, there will be audio. So you -- and actually, our launch of our metaverse studio will have audio capabilities so that you can literally create your own mini metaverse and have a playlist and/or custom audio that you create. It could be a speaker in a museum. When you get close to a painting or a place, you will hear the audio like magic. And -- wow, that's pretty cool. Thank you, Rupert. Charisma.ai. Yes. There's lots and lots of companies out there. Thank you, Michael. I guess we're done. I really appreciate everybody's questions. I love the curiosity and I'll see you guys next time. Bye.
