Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and a warm welcome to this Annual General Meeting of Premium African Minerals. I'm just glancing through our attendees. I see that from the company, Brendan Roach is attending. Just trying to see if there's anyone else in particular. And a very warm welcome to those shareholders who are attending as well. Thank you very much indeed. Could I have a thumbs-up from anybody just to let me know that I am being properly heard? Brendan, I see you've put your hand up, does that indicate that I can be heard properly? I think it does. Thank you very much indeed, thank you. All right. I'm then going to proceed. This is a fairly short agenda in this instance. So as I've already said, good afternoon, and welcome to everybody attending this. My name is George Roach. I think I've met most of you and spoken to before at some time or another. It's a pleasure to be doing so again. There is a quorum of members present, and we can proceed with the business as intended to be transacted at the meeting. If there are any particular questions that anybody would like to raise regarding the 2 resolutions that we're going to propose, perhaps if there are, let me know, indicate, a hand up will do and I can then come back to you. I'll keep a note and we'll keep an eye open and if there are any questions, I will come back to them just so you know. So let me proceed then with the 2 resolutions. Resolution 1 is an ordinary resolution. It regards the reappointment of Wolfgang Hampel, who's retiring by rotation as a Director. I would like to proceed and propose this Resolution 1. To those who are present, if I could have an indication in support of this. I may add that as Chairman, I hold 6 proxies in regard to this Resolution 1 and the proxies tally as 233,602,121 in support of the resolution and 6,150,000 against the resolution. On that basis, this resolution is carried and Wolfgang Hampel is reappointed. The second resolution that I would now like to deal with is an ordinary resolution to -- regarding the reappointment of Godfrey Manhambara, who is also retiring by rotation as a Director. And I am going to propose this Resolution 2 as is the case with Resolution 1. As Chairman, I hold 6 proxies and the proxy is in favor, total of 233,602,121 in favor and 6,150,000 against. On that basis, the motion -- the resolution is carried and Godfrey is reappointed. Before I contemplate going to a very quick closure to the meeting, which I'm not that keen to do because I do enjoy an interaction with shareholders. If there are specific questions, if you want to put up your hand and give me an indication, if there's anybody who wishes to speak or specific questions they wish to raise, I'm happy to attend to them. I'm not really seeing anything at the moment. Okay. On that basis, I'm going to just make the following commentary that on the 12th, that's the Thursday this week, Brendan Roach will be presenting at a Proactive evening at the Chesterfield Hotel. I think that's fairly well known in the public domain at the moment. And I was due to come through personally and present. I'm not. And the principal reason for that is that our off-take partners have asked for a meeting in Zimbabwe at the Zulu site on that day, and I will be attending at that meeting. I'm personally delighted that they are coming to site. I think it's opportune. There's a huge amount of activity at the site. We're building as fast as we possibly can. And yes, so I'm, as I said, generally excited. I see there has been a question sent through to me asking if I would give a general update on Zulu. I'm not going to say anything that isn't already in the public domain. And I will simply reiterate what I've just said that at the moment, we are -- we have a huge team working extremely hard to bring this project to fruition. There are so many fronts and so much involved with the work that it's hard to put it into perspective other than to say that it is a very, very substantial effort, a very exciting time for Prem. And I'm looking forward very much to being able to come back and talk to our body of shareholders about the actual operation of the plant, start-up of the plant and so on. I think on that basis, I'm going to call an end to this meeting. I don't think that -- I don't see any further questions or comments coming through.
