Thank you, sir. Good evening, everyone. I will take you through the financial performance of Transformers and Rectifiers Limited for the second quarter and first half of financial year '27. Let me begin with our stand-alone performance for the quarter. During Q2 FY '27, revenue from operations stood at INR 709 crores, 66% year-on-year growth and 27% quarter-on-quarter growth. Revenue growth during the quarter supported by improved capacity utilization and execution. EBITDA for the quarter stood at INR 114 crores, 203% Y-o-Y and 53% quarter-on-quarter growth. EBITA margin improved to 16.1% compared to 8.8% in Q2 FY '26 and 13.3% in Q1 FY '27. This reflects the benefit of higher operating leverage and improved utilization level during the quarter. Moving on, our performance for the first half of the year for H1 FY '27, revenue from operations stood at INR 1,268 crores, a growth of 35% year-on-year. EBITDA stood at INR 185 crores, a 47% year-on-year growth with EBITDA margin improving to 14.3%, from 13.4% in H1 FY '26. Coming to the balance sheet, our leverage profile remained comfortable as of 30th September 2026. On a standalone basis, total debt stood at approximately INR 575 crores, comprising long-term borrowing of around INR 125 crores and short-term borrowing around INR 449 crores. The debt-to-equity ratio stood at approximately reflecting a manageable leverage position as we scale operation and invest in future growth. Standalone cash and cash equivalents stood at approximately INR 77 crores as of 30th September 2026. In addition, the company continues to have access to other bank balances and unutilized QIP proceeds earmarks for its backward integration initiatives, providing funding flexibility for the planned capital expenditure program. Working capital remains a key area of focus. As of 30th September 2026, stand-alone inventory stood at approximately INR 654 crores, while trade receivables stood at around INR 1,053 crores, out of which INR 825 is current and rest is the noncurrent debt. Net working capital days stood at around 154 days, comprising inventory days of approximately 93 days, receivable days of around 117 days and payable days of approximately 56 days. The working capital cycle reflects the nature of the transformer business, which involves long manufacturing cycle, milestone-based billing, testing requirements and project linked customer approvals. We continue to focus on collection, inventory planning and milestone execution to improve capital efficiency as the scale of operation increases. To sum up, TARIL continues to operate from the position of financial strength. The growth in revenue and profitability during Q2 FY '27 and H1 FY '27, together with a manageable leverage profile provides a sound foundation. Our financial priorities remain disciplined capital allocation, tighter working capital management and the timely funding of capacity expansion and backward integration initiatives. Thank you. [Operator Instructions] The first question is from the line of Harshit Sachdeva from limbus Capital.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#6

Congratulations on a great set of numbers, so really impressive. Sir, could you just elaborate a bit more on the CIG orders and the [indiscernible] order that you received that part on I mean size and what are we supplying and who did we compete against? So did they greatly come to you? And second, a new company, [indiscernible] just got listed, I mean, so do we compete with them in any segment? So that's two questions, sir.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#7

Yes. So sorry, I thought it couldn't get your name, could you please.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#8

Sir, my name Harshit Sachdeva.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#9

Yes, Harshit. So the NPC order for [indiscernible], we were competing with from 10 other large Transformer manufacturers. These are basically generated transformers for the nuclear power project. And as far as [indiscernible] concerned, yes, we do compete with them in the segments of [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#10

Okay. Sir, on the [indiscernible] order, I mean, any MBA or any order numbers that you could give? Is it repetitive in the nature that now that you qualify?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#11

Yes. Yes. This is repetitive in nature of native transformers. And the PCR is putting a few more projects of DKA power in India. So yes, it will be repetitive in nature and a rating of the transformer is 400 KV-plus.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#12

Okay. And sir, just last clarification. I mean, if, let's say, INR 100 crores nuclear plant, I mean, I'm just doing a random number there, what would be the value of the transformer components of the goods that we supply on any new greenfield nuclear project?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#13

So Greenfield new projects would be close to about 15% to 18%, the cost of the transformer.

Operator

operator
#14

Next question is from the line of Vignesh Aya from Sigman Investment.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#15

Sir, congratulations on a great set of numbers. Just one question from my side. If you could share the mix of order in terms of how many -- how much percentage of the total outstanding order book would be 400 kV plus and before than [indiscernible]?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#16

Yes, Mehul, please go on with the numbers.

Mehul Shah

executive
#17

Yes. Sir, roughly, we have around 55% of order, which is having a high voltage class. 55% to 60% is a high voltage class, 400 kV and above.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#18

Okay. And what would that number be for quarter 2 FY '27 out of the total executed number?

Mehul Shah

executive
#19

So roughly, we have executed around 56% of the power transfer in this quarter. So ...

Operator

operator
#20

Next question is from the line of Mihir [indiscernible] from Nina Research.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#21

I just wanted a quick clarification on our cash flow. Can you give some guidance from when can we expect positive free cash flow?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#22

Mehul, please.

Mehul Shah

executive
#23

Yes, Yes. So see, currently, since we are into the stage of the capacity expansion as well as the backward integration, and we are targeting end of this financial year to start reducing our working capital cycle days and that will give us a positive cash flows.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#24

What is the internal target of working capital cycle days, if you could share?

Mehul Shah

executive
#25

It would be roughly 120 days.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#26

It should be below 120 days. We are trying to reach at 120 [indiscernible], we reach them. We would like to see close to about between 110 and 120 days this year.

Operator

operator
#27

Next question is from the line of Yash Gupta from Asit Kotecha Family Office.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#28

I just want to understand on the inventory. How the inventory is moving now earlier in last two quarters? We have purchased a lot of inventories due to the pricing disruption due to wars going on. How are the things looking right now?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#29

So see, things are looking sort of, say, similar right now. But as you are aware that we are putting our backward integration plans. And also, we have enough inventory for until this year quarter 3 this year. So we are pretty much [indiscernible] places in terms of manufacturing and expansion of capacity utilization.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#30

And is that the copper wires and all those things, what we have purchased at a higher rate has been utilized and the billings and everything has been done? Or do you think maybe the -- some impact will be there on margin in next FY '28, '29?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#31

No, I don't think there should be any impact on the margins because FY '28, '29, we should have our own that titin plant fully functional. So we will see a slight advantage there.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#32

My next question is on the competition, how the competition intensity right now earlier, we have seen like a lot of your competition intensity was there. How is the thing going on right now?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#33

See, like we said, that we have close to about INR 21,000 crores already in hand these are inquiries that have been tending to be finalized. So we are pretty much sure in the competition for I don't see there is a huge price war of loaning of margins by competitors. Everybody has orders in hand.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#34

Okay. And this INR 21,000 crores, which you are talking about on which we have bid has been placed?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#35

Yes. Bids have in place. Now impiries are all, and they should be finalized in some time.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#36

Okay. And this INR 1,100 crores of order inflow in this quarter, is there anything, any exceptional thing? Or do we think like this will continue to flow in next two quarters also for this year?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#37

Yes, it will continue to flow. And like we have been saying before, we are trying to limit ourselves to orders executed order book first, not beyond 2 months or 8 months. So we are trying to keep that in check.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#38

Okay. So this INR 7,000 crores will be booked in the next 18 to 24 months. Is this correct?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#39

Yes. Will be build, yes. Will be build in next 18 to 24 months.

Operator

operator
#40

Next question is from the line of Anubhav Mukherji from Preston Capital.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#41

Sir, just one question. There was a clearance in sizes of some of the key areas that [indiscernible] the fourth quarter. So how is the situation now?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#42

You are -- there is a lot of echo in your voice. Can you please -- it's not very clear.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#43

Sir, just one question. Sir, in the past quarter, there was a flare up in prices of some of the key raw material like transformer or in CRG and also how is the situation now, like sequentially?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#44

Mehul, please.

Mehul Shah

executive
#45

Yes, yes. So sir, the prices, et cetera, are still on the higher side. But what we have, we have a majority of order, which is having a price variation clause. So mainly does not affect our margin in a big way.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#46

Okay. And so -- like do we have some like retention money for like any orders we have, like like is that part of our balance sheet?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#47

Yes.

Amit Anwani

analyst
#48

Okay. Can you quantify that?

Mehul Shah

executive
#49

It is the retention on roughly yes, retention money is always there in the order. So roughly, it is 5% to 10%. It ranges from different customers, but it can be from 5% to 10%.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#50

And currently, what is the total amount?

Mehul Shah

executive
#51

I need to check, but roughly around it would be around INR 200 crores.

Operator

operator
#52

Next question is from the line of Deepak Poddar from Sapphire Capital.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#53

So just first, I wanted to understand now this Changodar expansion is expected to come next month. I just wanted to know what is the capacity there? And what's the CapEx involved in this expansion?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#54

So the capacity is close to about to 35,000 MVA. And CapEx Mehul, how much of the CapEx?

Mehul Shah

executive
#55

Yes, CapEx is around INR 150-odd crores.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#56

INR 150-odd crores. So this will take our total capacity to [ 75,000 ]?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#57

Yes, more than that. More than that, yes.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#58

Okay. Okay. And what's the per MV realization generally on an average? I mean I understand it will be different for different type of transformers, but some average MBA per realization?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#59

Mehul.

Mehul Shah

executive
#60

Yes, it is different for a power transformer distribution transfer. But on an average, we will be realizing around INR 7 lakh per MVA.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#61

And sir, just wanted to understand now your all backward integration plan is expected to get completed by first quarter, right? And that would effectively mean on this expanded capacity, 80%, 85% backward integration. Would that be a right understanding?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#62

Yes, yes.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#63

Okay. Understood. And sir, what sort of valuation we can have in terms of cost benefit or a percentage to revenue, what sort of benefit we expect once all this backward integrated plant -- integration plan.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#64

We are looking at 100 basis points to 300 basis point margin expansion through this backward integration.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#65

And this will likely come by what -- second half of FY '28 or FY '29, this improvement?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#66

So you will see entire firstly, it will cater the entire need of the TARIL and then do the third parties. So FY '28 and then the FY '29. So it will gradually increase.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#67

Okay. But the full effect will be seen by FY '29?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#68

Yes. Yes, okay, yes.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#69

Okay. Understood. Understood. And on your -- this year, we are talking about 25% kind of a growth with a PAT margin of 9% to 10% rate. I mean given the growth that we have done, I mean, are we being conservative here because we are already at PAT margin, I think last 2 quarters, 11% plus, right? And you're still talking about 9% to 10% PAT margin for the entire year. So how should one look at?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#70

So our target is to reach a growth of 25% and beyond. So we are keeping our -- it is the same.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#71

Come again, sir? I didn't get you.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#72

Our forecast is the same.

Deepak Poddar

analyst
#73

So you kind of maintained the forecast that you have been saying in 10%, 25%. Okay. Okay.

Operator

operator
#74

Next question is from the line of Vinil Shah from the line Roche.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#75

Congratulations on a great set of numbers. I have two questions. I can just get the proportion of exposure in our order in place and the revenues for Q2 FY '27. And second was, if you could just give us some color about how much price rise has been taken in Q2 FY '27.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#76

Mehul, please.

Mehul Shah

executive
#77

Yes. So in Q2 FY '27, our export is around 8% of the total revenue. And in the order book also, we have around roughly around 15-odd percentage with the export. And mainly this quarter, this margin expansion as well as revenue, which has come from the higher capacity utilization of the Moraiya plant. So margins, et cetera, is on the similar lines what we have guided, around 16-odd percent of EBITDA.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#78

And sir, any price rise we have taken in this Q2 FY '27.

Mehul Shah

executive
#79

No.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#80

What do you mean by price rise?

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#81

Since the raw material that have [indiscernible] the less data prices, if we have passed [indiscernible] customers?

Mehul Shah

executive
#82

Every quarter, it is a phenomena. So every quarter, whatever we do the billing to the customer, we pass on the price variation also. So this is not a onetime thing or anything. It is every quarter whichever billing we do, we also do the price variation billing also.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#83

Yes, sir. I just wanted to understand that how much of the revenue growth can be attributed to the price hike?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#84

Mehul.

Mehul Shah

executive
#85

Roughly 7% to 8%.

Operator

operator
#86

Next question is from the line of Derek Pande from ICICI Securities Limited.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#87

Just one question just on the production number for this quarter in total production.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#88

Sorry, you're not very audible.

Operator

operator
#89

Mr. Pande, may I request you to please repeat your question.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#90

Yes. Sir, I want the production number for this quarter. What is the production on MVA for the transformers?

Mehul Shah

executive
#91

It is roughly 9,500 MVA.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#92

Okay. For this quarter, Q2?

Mehul Shah

executive
#93

Yes. Yes.

Operator

operator
#94

Next question is from the line of Jainam from Centor Investments.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#95

Congratulations on a great set of numbers. My question was on the CapEx that we are doing. So could you just help me understand Changodar plant's existing capacity was 12,000 MVA and we added another 15,000 MVA [indiscernible] or was it in Moraiya because I'm getting a little confused. And was it for medium voltage and renewable energy transformative expansion?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#96

Yes. So Changodar, the manufacturing capacity was up to 12,000 MVA. [indiscernible] capacity at Changodar will be 35,000 MVA. Changodar will be producing distribution transformers, transformer IDT transformers, transformers for renewable energy. Changodar will be producing small power users up to 132 KV [indiscernible] , a large power transformer up to 220 KV.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#97

So, 25,000 MVA is being added to the 12,000 MVA that we had, taking it to 35,000 MVA capacity. Is that correct?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#98

Yes.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#99

And the extra high voltage 22,000 MVAs that we were adding, that would be on the Moraiya facility. And that will be large power transformers and when will that commence?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#100

That will be EHV transformers. And once we have finished this Changodar project, we start working on the Moraiya plant.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#101

So when can execute this idea?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#102

Yes, what will happen from an insulation and [indiscernible] plant [indiscernible], the manufacture -- the manufacturing place for integration, which was at Moraiya will now be added to transfer manufacturing units. So we will be adding about 30% plus manufacturing capacity at Moraiya. The 30% should be on our resort plant is functional -- and apart from that, what to happen, it is going to have on Changodar is completely finished.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#103

So the when [indiscernible] Changodar plant will be completely ready post that, we will look at Moraiya facility. So FY '28 onwards, is it safe to say that the EHV transformer plant would be ready for production?

Mehul Shah

executive
#104

Yes.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#105

Okay. Understood. That's my first question. My second question is on the INR 1,000 crore big order that we received from PGCL, congratulations on that big order, what is the execution time line? And what are the milestones to that given that it's one of the largest single short orders?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#106

So the execution time line is about 24 months -- 24 to 28 months. And we should start commencing manufacturing, I think December next year.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#107

December next year. Understood. And I just wanted to get an idea of what sort of capacity utilization that we are looking at this year and the next year FY '27 and FY '28, particularly FY '28, once [indiscernible] plant was live?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#108

So really, I would want a capacity utilization of about 90%. And we are constantly working and we are constantly progressing towards that. But ideally, 90% capacity utilization is very good for a plant.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#109

So will we achieve that in FY '29? Or are we confident of achieving that in FY '28 itself?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#110

We are working towards it. Maybe this year, maybe next year, we're constantly working towards it. Once will be ready, we should be better placed to understand how it is going.

Jainam Vora

analyst
#111

Got it. And one last question on data centers. How is the opportunity? What are the orders that you are seeing? And particularly in the U.S. export markets, are we in discussions with companies, early utilities out there to provide [indiscernible] that would be very helpful if you provide some color, both in India and?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#112

So, out of the 20% of the 21,000 crores inquiries, 20% is exports. And yes, we are looking at [indiscernible] in terms within India and outside India. We have registered manufacturers for a lot of large data center facilities. So we have a preference there.

Operator

operator
#113

Will take next question from the line of Abhijit Singh from Castetics Group.

Abhijeet Singh

analyst
#114

My first question is what is the impact of the disruption in the Middle East on our business in terms of imports or exports or raw material or any other impact that we are facing?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#115

Mehul, please.

Mehul Shah

executive
#116

See, sir, or this -- due to this disturbed in the Middle East, mainly our raw materials are not coming on from that fruit, et cetera. So there is no such major impact. But yes, the timely availability of certain critical raw materials is still an issue that we are trying to figure out by keeping a large inventory as we spoke like we have already have a high number of [indiscernible] backward integration plans are in place.

Abhijeet Singh

analyst
#117

Right. So sir, one thing, I can observe with that. We are guiding for 25% revenue growth for FY '27, which means our H2 run rate of revenue growth is 20%, which seems to be conservative given the auto plant coming online by Diwali. So I mean, I just wanted to understand is there any other factors which could be impacting our execution going forward? Because, I mean, after the plant is commissioned, I think we should be able to execute because we have a large order book, which has -- I mean, a substantial part of the order book was there even by Q4 of last year.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#118

See, all the orders that you are getting currently are for beyond 12 months. So not beyond 12 months or so, beyond 18 months. So all those will be executable in FY '29, right? [indiscernible]

Operator

operator
#119

So I'm sorry Satyen sir, we are losing your voice.

Mehul Shah

executive
#120

Yes. So see, basically, can you just -- how you calculated the 20%? Because even if we go by our guidance, et cetera, we are still need to execute around INR 900-odd crores every quarter going forward.

Abhijeet Singh

analyst
#121

That's right. So same calculation. So INR 1,800-odd crores you would require for H2? And then last year, H2 was about INR 1,500-odd crores, so 20% on that [indiscernible] But anyway -- INR 1,500 crores to INR 1,800 crores.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#122

Yes Yes, I think we are maintaining our INR 3,200 comes. So I think we are good at [indiscernible]

Abhijeet Singh

analyst
#123

Understood. Understood, sir. Second question is on the HPTC repair order that we had. So we were undergoing some repair from HPTC and on transferor. And then we were about to enter into HBDC manufacturing. Could you update on the progress of that? How is it coming along?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#124

So we have already started the process of that. [indiscernible].

Mehul Shah

executive
#125

So, just update. So we are currently repairing the transfer. So what will be another 4 to 5 months' time. Then the successful running of that transform will take another 6 to 7 months. And then we will qualify for the manufacturing, and then we would start participating in the tender. So at least 1.5 months -- 1.5 year is away from when we are speaking.

Abhijeet Singh

analyst
#126

Understood. So 5 months of operation at -- then you will give them, then they will test it for 6, 7 months, and then we are qualified for commercial orders?

Mehul Shah

executive
#127

Yes, yes.

Abhijeet Singh

Okay. Sir, lastly, on data centers, are we supplying into data centers already? Or is there a plan? Or is there no plan?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#129

If you -- we are already apply to a lot of large data centers in India and abroad. So we are in a [indiscernible] manufacturer also in [indiscernible] Can we take last few questions, please?

Operator

operator
#130

All right. Next question is from the line of Vivian Sandip Sureka from Nova.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#131

Perhaps one question. My question on the [indiscernible] us for transformers. Can you please help us with the type of this transfer than the [indiscernible]

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#132

Could you please talk a little bit slow. I could not understand.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#133

So, we completed dynamic short sure testing for 3 transformers. Can you please help me with the type of this transformer, whether they're power customers or the transformer and they're Kavadiin terms of 220 kV 400Kv?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#134

So these are 400 kV autotransformer and sorry -- the [indiscernible] power customers, yes. 400 kV and 220 KV.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#135

Got it, sir. And sir, what would be the customer in specific customer in mind that we need to target really sort cicerfication or certifications that we need?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#136

These are specific for specific customers or electricity goes mostly.

Operator

#137

Next question is from the line of Vijay Bhasin from Ingrid Equities.

Vijay Bhasin

analyst
#138

I just have one quick question. If I look at your presentation Slide 9, what is mentioned is the revenue potential of about INR 5,000 crores to INR 6,000 crores post the expansion? -- to one of the previous participants, what you mentioned there's about INR 7 lakh per MV of realization. Would also understand from the industry dynamics is power transformer being at INR 5 lakh per MVA distribution at about [indiscernible]. And within high voltage, we have seen pricing power being played by the limited supply dynamics. Just wanted to double check if you are still maintaining the $1 billion of revenue guidance that you have been targeting in the past 3 to 4 quarters over the next 2 to 3 years. And in a follow-up on this is whether you can see any spillover to FY '29 but, let's say, [indiscernible] and that that would be requiring either QIP or or debt raise that you would be funding? Because if I do the math at about 90% capacity utilization of 75,000 MVA and, let's say, signing a [indiscernible] top line sort of is getting peaked at INR 5,000 crores in 1 single year. So I'm not able to understand that. That's my only question.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#139

So you are only in transformer stage. We are also looking at pushing sales, [indiscernible] We are also looking at CTC sales our tank manufacturing unit, which is going to be one of the largest in Asia. So with all these sales adding up, we are pretty much sure we'll reach [indiscernible].

Vijay Bhasin

analyst
#140

And the time line for this would be?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#141

Mehul, please.

Mehul Shah

executive
#142

See late part of FY '29 or early 2030.

Vijay Bhasin

analyst
#143

Would you also...

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#144

Quarter here and there. But we are surely -- we are very much well placed and we are very much aggressive in reaching that target.

Vijay Bhasin

analyst
#145

Sure. Would you also be requiring further funding for this?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#146

No. Mehul?

Mehul Shah

executive
#147

Yes, no. Because see, we are already doing -- already doing this capacity expansion, backward integration, projects, funding, et cetera, is already well planned. So no additional CapEx.

Vijay Bhasin

analyst
#148

Okay. The reason to ask that was given your stretch working capital days, your [indiscernible] conversion is slightly subdued to whether if I compare with the high-voltage payer group. So that's fair.

Operator

operator
#149

Next question is from the line of Shrinarayan Mishra from Baroda BNP Pariba AMC.

Shrinarayan Mishra

analyst
#150

So I just wanted to understand if we are executing any best transformer orders currently? And if so, how is the pipeline for best transformer looking big?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#151

No, we are not currently executing any pipeline. But yes, there are inquiries that are currently on board. And we are sure that in this quarter, we should get some orders for the [indiscernible]

Shrinarayan Mishra

analyst
#152

How big that market is, sir? Any assessment if you do?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#153

Not -- is it pretty much new market for us, we're trying to assess the market.

Shrinarayan Mishra

analyst
#154

Okay. Okay. And second question is, sir, on the CTC backward integration plant that was expected to be operated by 2Q end. So is that running now? And will we see some cost savings from 3Q?

Mehul Shah

executive
#155

Yes. So plant will be operational from next quarter onwards. And it will take some time to stabilize, et cetera. So from next financial year, we will start seeing some margin expansion coming from the backward integration projects.

Shrinarayan Mishra

analyst
#156

I think CTC, last quarter, you guided for 2Q FY '27 commencement. Now you were delaying it by 6 months.

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#157

We are in -- so see, in Q3, before the value of the plant will be commissioned. Currently, the [indiscernible] machinery is being installed by the value of the plant will be commissioned month in November and in December, we will do the first trial and by quarter 4 this year we should be commercially manufacturing CTC, but this CTC will be only for [indiscernible] currently. And from Q1 next year, you will see sales in the market also from the CTC plant of TARIL.

Shrinarayan Mishra

analyst
#158

So 3,000 MTPA is the capacity, what of that, how much would be consumed captively?

Mehul Shah

executive
#159

Around 60% is captive.

Operator

operator
#160

We will take the last question from the line of Sanjeev Zarbade from Anika Booking Limited.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#161

Yes. Sir, can you share the capacities of the various backward indication initiatives we have seen a you said about CTC, but out using tanks and term could be the capacity?

Mehul Shah

executive
#162

It is already available on the investor presentation that we have uploaded. On Slide number [indiscernible] also.

Operator

operator
#163

Sanjeev, we are not able to hear you properly. If you are using any external device may I request you to currently use your handset mode, please.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#164

Yes, yes, sure. Sir, the other expenditure has been largely static on a year-on-year basis despite the significant increase in the revenue. So what is the nature regarding the other expenditure? And would it be in the same range as a percentage of sales?

Mehul Shah

executive
#165

Yes, it would be in the same range because it is a multiple [indiscernible] that is there into the other items, mainly like freight, then the traveling, rent, et cetera. than the foreign exchange gain loss, et cetera, that is there into other expense. So it will be mainly -- remain in that range.

Unknown Analyst

analyst
#166

And sir, regarding the HVDC transformer. So normally, we have seen that the HVDC equipment packages have gone to Hitachi and [indiscernible] so they are also doing the -- apart from the converter transformers, there is a lot of power electronics that is involved. So how would we -- what would be our strategy? Because if a [indiscernible] gets the HBDC package, so the converted console will also come from them only. So how do we -- where do we stand so far as the HVDC transformer is concerned?

Satyen Mamtora

executive
#167

So we are also in the process of getting the converted transformers approved also. So within I think in the next 18 months, we to fully be able to do the DC and compete transformers.
